We checked in a room that the air conditioning was broken but the staff was able to move us to another room right away. There were construction going on so it was noisy a bit when we wanted to sleep in. We were informed at arrival. Staff were super nice and helpful. Coin laundry was convenient!. Love the massage chair in the workout facility.

Good location, nice hotel room. I love there is a filtered water dispenser on every floor. Every hotel should have this. The gym "opens" at 8am. This is too late. should be 6 at the latest. I use quotes because it is connected to the 24 hr. business center so you just need to go around the velvet rope barrier. Strange. The concierge was kind of helpful in that he will look up information and relay it to you, but not much of a problem solver if you are looking for that kind of help.

すごく綺麗で快適に過ごせます。ユニットバスですが広いので使いやすいかと思います。部屋を出た廊下にレンジ、ウォーターサーバー、氷があって、カップ麺をつくるのにすごく便利でした！エレベーターがホテルキーをかざして自分が泊まる階にだけ行けるようになっていて、少し面倒だけどセキュリティ面でとても安心だなと思いました。ホテルの目の前の横断歩道に信号がないのですが、優しい譲り合いでだいたい渡れるのでまあいいのかなってかんじでした。

3人で利用しましたが、部屋も清潔感がありとても快適でした。カードキーがないと宿泊エリアに入れないので、セキュリティも安心です。周辺が夜になると人気が少なくなるので、1人旅だと少し不安かもしれません。フロントの方も日本語を話してくれるので、コミュニケーションも問題ありませんでした。また利用したいです。

This hotel was the best out of all the hotels we stayed while in Seoul. There is a convenience store right below the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. When I checked out, I left something behind and was surprised that the hotel still kept it for me. Only thing I didn’t like was the shuttle bus to MyeongDong actually only runs on Friday.

Excellent and very helpful reception staff. A good breakfast, but repetative, and items not always available when service first started, and were allowed to run out, unreplenished, after 9 AM. Did not appreciate breakfast not allowing guests in after 9.20, despite breakfast time being untill 10. Disappointed that there was no bar, apparently the Roof Top bar advertised would not be opening up untill 2024! Our room however was good, with nice balcony with a great view. Good housekeeping.Very convienient location, close to Metro etc., restaurants and bars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

コロナ前にはPJがお気に入りで２０回位は利用したことがあります。今回３年ぶりに利用しましたが、サービスの低下が酷く、次回の利用はありません。 ①１日目の清掃（グラスの交換なし、洗ってもいない状態、前日利用したものがそのまま置いてありました）バスマットは回収されて新しいものが置いてないない。我慢できる範囲なのでクレームは入れませんでした。２日目、清掃不要のボタンを押した覚えがないのに付いていて、清掃が全くされていなかった。フロントに伝えたところタオル類、水は頂くことができた。（ボタンを押した、押さないになるのでホテルが悪いとは言えません。そして対応してくださったフロントの方の対応はとても良かったです。） ②コロナ前にあった、匂い消しスプレー、靴を磨くものなど備品が少なくなっている。紙のカードーキー入れが使いまわしである。 ③冷蔵庫の扉が壊れていた。気を付けないと隙間がある状態。 ④東大門、明洞の無料バスが廃止されていた。 ⑤部屋に行って見るとレディースフロアと書かれていて、私たちは夫婦のためフロントまで確認に行くと、今は廃止されているとのこと、チェックインの時に説明してほしかったです。 ⑥部屋は清掃用のワゴンが置いてある部屋の隣？\u3000夜９時頃までガタンガタンと音が凄かったです。（これは我慢しました。）

There is a damp smell in the halls. We reserved for a family of 5. On Hotels.com it describes the room as accommodating for up to 5. When we got there they told us that it was only a room for 4. We had to move the couch and a stool to make a tiny bed for our daughter. And they charged for an extra set of towels and bedding. Not really as expected and it was disappointing. Room looks big but it’s tiny. Breakfast was huge but nothing was warm besides the soup and waffle station.

The hotel is nice and we really liked that they offer luggage storing. The buffet was also good. It’s also around a lot of restaurants and cafes. The only downside is that the rooms get hot and stuffy. The AC doesn’t work well, we asked the staff about it and they said it’s centralized. This caused us to sleep uncomfortably because it was hot.

Avoid staying for 3 reasons: 1. They turn off A/C when it isn’t summer. We stayed in fall and our room was 27 degrees Celsius and I was told to open my window instead. They brought a fan which kept it down to 25 which is still way too warm for me. This alone is enough to avoid this place. 2. The hotel is old and outdated. Thin walls, I heard our neighbour sneeze. Toilet barely flushes. The sink and the tub both were nearly clogged and slowly drained. 3. Not in Myeongdong touristy area. It is about 25 minute brisk walk to the shopping myeongdong area. The area it’s located in is a sketchy commercial area that is really not pleasant to walk around. I gave it two stars as the only pro was it was close to 4 subway lines (around 8 minute walk) which was easy to get around the city. Low budget hotel don’t stay here unless it’s super cheap which is what this hotel is.

Absolutely loved staying at PJ Hotel! The location is perfect—walking distance to Myeongdong and surrounded by cute little cafes. The GU was the highlight of our stay, hands down the best part. The rooms were clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the Hotel PJ. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were great. They literally had everything: separate desk area at entrance, well appointed bathroom, three beds and excellent living room area with Nespresso machine. Enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

Wanna express my thankfulness to a female staff who worked during evening shift on 30 Sep 2023. I went to reception ask for help because I lost the luggage lock key. She helped me to call technician and break the lock. Both the hotel staff and technician were very helpful.

The room is large and clean. The immidiate neighbourhood is ugly (it is a sort of the printing district in Seoul), but it is one block to one subway station and few blocks to another. Besides, it is walking distance to Myengdong and the airport bus from Incheon stops one block from the hotel. Overall it is a good experience and much cheaper than similar hotels in Myengdong.

最寄りの駅が２つあり、行く場所により路線を選べたのでとても便利でした。明洞までも徒歩１５分くらいです。ホテルの部屋は清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。共有スペースに電子レンジ製氷機もあります。あと何よりWOWpassの機械があったので便利でした。部屋にある乾燥、消臭の機械を使いましたが、あまり臭いが消えなかったので、ファブリース的な物があった方が嬉しかったかなと思いました。
