It\'s an over rated hotel! What they advertise isn\'t what you get. It was a huge NCAA weekend for UT and the bar was never open. When i asked front desk, they replied with a smirk, "guess bartender didn\'t come to work today"! How unprofessional! The ice maker didn\'t work, the remote in room didn\'t work, the ac unit was hit or miss. Not to mention the beautiful view of the 1st floor rooftop..... would never stay here again.

Everything is average or below average in my opinion. Location is right off busy I35 and not convenient to go back and forth. The breakfast, surprisingly is additional cost. The fitness center below average. Parking was ok. Service was ok mixed some were super friendly others not so much. Room was fine but small and not a lot coffee. Overall it was disappointing, I’m a pretty loyal Hilton customer who travels 4-5 time a year for business and this one let me down.

The staff, especially Steven, were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time there and the location worked well for us. My wife forgot her backpack in the lobby one day with her wallet and cash in it and we were thankful that the staff retrieved it and held it for her until later that day. The pool is very small and although we saw it being cleaned, it had a green hue to it that made it unappealing. We would definitely stay there again.

Just so so. I expected a little more from the Hilton brand. Common areas were super hot. Break in a sweat just waiting for the elevator. I didn't know they made such little pools, wasn't much bigger than ahot tub.

I was there for testing and was in one of the conference rooms and the AC was out which made it very hot in side. The room my husband and I stayed in also didn’t have AC the night before. The pool was out of service and it couldn’t be utilized. Then we had to pay for breakfast which should have been continental. I have never been to one of the Hilton hotels where we had to pay for our breakfast.

Room service never cleaned our room. They never even went into our room. The beds were not made. We did not have clean towels. Only one elevator worked, and there was no AC in the hallways or in the elevator.

Had a four night stay at the property and never had my room cleaned once. On the 2nd day, I went to the front desk to request cleaning of my room and communicated my displeasure. Still, nothing happened. Finally, on the last night, I went to the front desk to get new towels as I was not provided any new towels for my entire stay. Horrendous customer service by the staff at this property.

The bathroom was not clean. There were pubic hairs on the shower shelf and blood on the threshold of the bathroom door. We were not given hand towels and only one towel. There was hair in the drain that was not removed. blood at the threshold of the bayhroom

Room was comfortable and clean, with the exception of the shower (chunks of brown brown stuff in shower) microwave had mold in it which was disappointing because I wanted to heat up my food. The receptionist helped move my room as I was concerned about dust from the construction next door. I was really appreciative for her doing so. All the staff I interacted with during my stay were amazing. Overall, was content with my stay. I would stay there again.

The rooms were VERY clean. I just have to say you might have the best housekeeping team because I’m in hotels in north Austin once a month since 2022, and I try different ones.

The level of noise coming through windows was not acceptable! The toilet flush made this wheezing sound for a good 1 minute after usug it. The sheets looked very used and old! I won't stay there again.

Beautiful facility. Excellent front desk staff-Monica. TV didnt work. Maintenance came. Was a server issue. Couldnt fix. 4 channels available. A/C unit had an inoperable control panel. Maintenance came. I thought he fixed it. Didnt. I froze. Too late & too tired to change rooms. Good bed & pillows. But nubby & worn polyester bedsheets. No fan in the bathroom & no USB ports to plug in laptop or phone. Refrigerator was too warm. My leftovers were ruined. Not hilton caliber. Morning desk clerk was unfriendly.

This place needs a remodel asap. Not what I see as Hilton standards. Every one of employees were amazing. Grade A+ staff Definitely the best part of the stay was their friendliness, helpfulness & professionalism. The breakfast was NOT it. Breakfast was in option and definitely not worth it. Very dated hotel. The room was dark, lighting was not good at all, the curtains were broken, dusty, stains on the toilet & walls, carpet was dated & not vacuumed well. Location was convenient for what we had planned.

I stayed 2 nights and basically did remote work. The room was clean. My only issue was the headboard from the bed. I think it was loose so every time I leaned back, the headboard would hit against the wall. It got somewhat annoying. Also, the fitted sheets on the bed kept on riding up. My room wasn't facing the freeway so it wasn't as noisy. The front desk staff were nice and courteous. They would greet each quest every time you come in or go out. This hotel is located in the Tech Ridge area and it's the area where I normally stays whenever I travel to Austin.

The pool was not as advertised, very small. The elevator feels like you’re going to get stuck everytime because it makes weird noises and takes a while to open. The TV in the room is very outdated with very limited entertainment options and no streaming services (no YouTube, Netflix, Hulu…etc). The rooms were not cleaned as we found dust bunnies everywhere and previous trash from other people. However, the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Called to confirm since I would be late arriving. Checked in and was given a key. Didnt work. Front desk employee walked me Up to room with another key. Room occupied! No other rooms available. Accommodations were made at a nearby hotel and that was helpful but I was sent alone to schlep my luggage across a parking lot at midnight. Thanks, Hilton.

Well when we first got there the person at the desk didnt know what they was doing at all it took him 30 mins to check us in he asking me to repeat something over and over kept just dont make no sense at all when it was check out time we notice my card was charge extra for what after the room was paid for online you need more training obviously you dont know what you doing at all

I booked and paid for my room a month in advance. When I got there to check in they had sold my room to someone else, telling me I would not be able to stay there and that I would be getting transferred to the courtyard by Marriott next door. When they sold my room they never called me to even inform me. The courtyard by Marriott employees were way more professional.

Place wasn’t horrible. I chose it for a good price but found I had to deal with issues that I wouldn’t have had to at a nicer hotel. Place was somewhat clean with a little mold smell. Had to know on the neighbors door to ask her to stop allowing her children to scream after 10 pm. Was annoyed that I purchased the breakfast while in hotels.com so we could just eat breakfast there. They tried charging me and my other two guest for our breakfast and had to argue with them and show my own proof I had paid for it. They said they had no record of it and all 3 of us had to argue each time we individually went down. I was so annoyed by it we didn’t even bother eating the breakfast the second day before checking out. Guess that’s what I get for trying to save a little money. Room wasn’t horrible, AC worked well, carpet could have been cleaner.

The property was quiet and safe. As a solo woman traveler, I felt very much at ease during my stay. I also don’t drive so having a bus stop nearby for me to use was also quite convenient. I would stay at The Hilton again.

Internet connection was non existent. Check in took a bit. Breakfast next morning was I thought continental- which it was but Hilton charges you for it. That was very disappointing as the eggs and potatoes were cold.

Elevator felt very unsafe. Cracking and popping. They told us what time breakfast started, HOWEVER, they DID NOT tell us that it was not included and had OUTRAGEOUS prices. Over $9 for cold cereal, cold muffins etc. Over $19 of you wanted cooked food. We won’t be Hilton regulars for sure. Disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful experience. I LOVE Really Good customer service. Nathaniel, Faith and Drea all went over and above to make me and my daughter feel right at home in Austin. That Ribeye steak was EVERYTHING!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! Thanks for everything
