Rooms were amazing! Incredible view and extremely clean. They made the rooms beautiful every day. The staff were polite and helpful! We unfortunately fell ill from the buffet and there was a little confusion about a few things but apart from

Breakfast was mediocre Mainly a lot of cold cuts and less choice of cheeses The queues at the restaurants by the pool were long and very slow There was an unpleasant situation where we were asked to get out of bed in the pool area because it was reserved for VIP customers and had an excessive daily cost of 80 euros! (Although there was no signage about it or explanation in advance) In addition, my child was injured by the sliding glass door on the head and the care of the staff was lacking They didn't even cal
