Multiple Maintenance Issues and Disappointing Management We stayed at Hyatt House Lincoln Park from September 23 through October 8 while working at the State Fair of Texas. Our stay included several unresolved issues: a broken outlet, door hook, bathroom faucet, and room phone; a missing feather bed; malfunctioning dryers; and air conditioning that left our room at 78–80°F from October 5–8. Although we reported the problems, we were not offered another room. Management also failed to return calls and later said we would receive compensation but then wasn’t able to offer me a room change (would be an upgrade) or compensation because I booked through a 3rd party. They also never addressed or compensated me for the missing feather bed. The front-line staff were kind and helpful, but management’s lack of communication (no communication) and follow-through was completely unacceptable. We expected much better from a Hyatt property.

Other than paying $30 to park for one night, it's not bad. The room wasn't updated like it was in the pictures, so I assume only some rooms are like that. Could hear the interstates loudly from the room. Breakfast was lack-luster, no waffles. 2nd time staying there, probably won't be going back.

The guys at the front desk we’re pretty rude, but as time passed and we stayed day by day, they became nicer initially I wasn’t impressed, but we actually ended up in really enjoying our stay and will probably stay there again. Not too big on having to pay for parking, but it is Dallas and it’s off of I 75 so it’s all good. We’ll probably stay there again.
