Ótima localização, hotel charmoso. O que estragou foi o fato do hotel estar em obras, gerando bagunça no hall e muito barulho de máquinas de construção civil .

Localização perfeita, no entanto, o hotel é muito velho, requer muita manutenção, que parece não ter sido feita. No banheiro só havia um gancho para toalhas; o registro de água quente do chuveiro estava espanado e no último dia no hotel não funcionou, não consegui abrir, tive que tomar banho na água pelando. No quarto não havia nenhum espelho. As tomadas precisavam de reparos, algumas não sustentavam o equipamento que eu precisava usar. Todos os dias limpavam o quarto, a cama ficava arrumadinha, mesmo sem pedirmos, talvez seja a prática do local, diferente do Brasil. Esse foi um ponto positivo. O café era razoável, bons produtos, mas poderia ter uma maior diversidade de frutas, queijos. Importante destacar: nos colocaram no 11º andar, mas o elevador só ia até o 10º, então tínhamos que ir de escada o restante. Brincávamos que nosso andar era um "puxadinho", e era mesmo, kkkk.

localizacao top! atendimento na recepcao por Lucas foi nota 10! Hotel poderia utilizar de algumas melhorias. Elevador terrivel, velho e capacidade para 3 pessoas! as vezes tinha que esperar muito. Cafe da manha foi uma decepcao! muito simples, minha familia ficou 10 anos atras nesse hotel e disse que era otimo o cafe da manha. hoje tem muito pouca opcao! deixou a desejar. Quartos sao bem velhos e o banheiro ficou horrivel com a reforma.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación (a metros del obelisco). Sean pacientes con los ascensores porque son lentísimos (o si pueden usen las escaleras). La limpieza es buena y la atención de Lucas en recepción y del Sr. de Mantenimiento fue muy oportuna (la caja de seguridad del cuarto se descompuso y el primer día la ducha estaba tapada, pero lo resolvieron rápidamente). En la habitación el colchón es cómodo y se ve nuevo, pero sugeriría cambiaran las almohadas.

The hotel is very well located. The staff are also very friendly.My room had a very unpleasant smell and I asked to have it changed. The floor of the room replaced was very dusty and it wasn't possible to walk barefoot. The bed and shower were good. There is absolutely no soundproofing. The rooms are very close together and you can hear everything from the room nearby, which is very annoying . I had trouble sleeping with noisy neighbors. It's a good hotel for the price, but if it's more than 80 dollars, you'd better look elsewhere. I stayed at this hotel years ago and it has gone downhill.

el hotel esta bien ubicado y es lo único bueno. el check in es a las 3 y me dieron la habitación a las 18 hs, otros pasajeros estaban en la misma que yo, una vez en la habitación el baño esta sucio (olor a pis) las sabanas amarillas de gastadas y las toallas agujereadas, no andaban las canillas de agua fría en bidé y lavamanos, la cama estaba 10 cms cada en el medio, al otro día lo solucionaron, el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. La pagina web esta bien lograda ya que engaña a los huéspedes que van y se encuentran con algo opuesto, no vuelvo mas.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location The reception staff were incredibly unhelpful, even towards a solo female traveller, the room was really shabby, bedsheets torn, ( plenty of photographic evidence) bitten to death by bedmites, bathroom was falling to pieces, only one ancient lift working. I'm a travel writer and very well globally travelled, this place just has a very thin veneer of civility hiding many cracks. Tolerable for a cheap central stay

It was relatively cheap for the peak holiday season and it’s very well located. Central and still very quiet room. However, the pictures are not representative of the rooms you get. It’s my second stay at this place so I can now say it confidently. They really need maintenance and deep cleaning.

Location was great. Everything else was ok with the exception of our bedroom curtains and bathroom. Very old and outdated. Also, I felt that during the entire time we were there, the restroom floor was always dirty and was never getting properly vacuumed or washed ;(.

Excellent location, you get all the basics in the hotel and so not expect more. I wasn't thrilled with the absence of usb plugs , and obviously no other plugs in the room but the local ones. Couldn't charge my phone in the room and didn't have a power bank. Close to McDonald's lol . Was easy to Uber from the hotel . For the money you pay it's not too bad especially for one night

We chose this hotel due to its location and convenience for transportation to airport and for city tour buses. Hotel is at one of the prime tourist attraction , right by Oblisque and is very convenient to major tourist attractions by walk/uber. However the hotel is like New York City small condos with tiny space ( barely 300 square footage ) with small bathroom , barely enough space to move around . Our room wasn’t cleaned upon return in the late afternoon .

O hotel é bem localizado. Os quartos foram recém reformados, então ainda dá pra sentir o cheiro de tinta nova. Ocorre que na vdd a reforma foi pra esconder as coisas ruins. As tomadas são todas atras da cama, então pra usar tem que afastar a cama inteira. A cama "king" na vdd são duas camas de solteiro juntas, então o meio fica fundo. O colchão é coberto com um lençol simples, não tem lençol de elástico e quando você deita ele sai do lugar e você fica em contato com o colchão. O colchão é SEBOSO. SEM CONDIÇÕES. Na foto dá pra ver umas manchas que sabe Deus o que são. As paredes são de papel, dá pra ouvir absolutamente tudo que acontece nos quartos do lado e no corredor. Cuidado com a janela, pq quem tá do lado de fora, consegue ver do lado de dentro. O barulho do chuveiro e do vaso sanitário acordam a vizinhança inteira de tão alto. É alto de dar susto. As luzas do banheiro só funcionam pela metade e as vezes ligam e as vezes não. As tomadas funcionam quando querem. Levei meu secador e não prestou, pensei até que tinha queimado, pq quando eu coloquei na tomada saiu faísca. Não tomei café l,á então sobre isso não posso opinar. Não vale o custo-beneficio.

The location is good, many good food and coffee places close by. The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable and the pillows were amazing (A+). The down side is the rooms are so noisy that for sleep you need earplugs. The internet in the rooms is so weak that reading a newspaper is a challenge. The hotel staff is not helpful and unfriendly. They only give one key per room. The staff in the evening dose not understand English and during the day they are limited. I cannot recommend and was happy to leave.

Pessoal da recepção foi muito rigoroso no horário de entrada , da mesma forma não teve acordo no check out 1 hora mais tarde. Internet muito fraca, caia o sinal com frequência. Noite de sábado para domingo muito barulho vindo da rua, acordando nos com frequência.

The location is good, many good food and coffee places close by. The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable and the pillows were amazing (A+). The down side is the rooms are so noisy that for sleep you need earplugs. The internet in the rooms is so weak that reading a newspaper is a challenge. The hotel staff is not helpful and unfriendly. They only give one key per room. The staff in the evening dose not understand English and during the day they are limited. I cannot recommend and was happy to leave.

Una experiencia terrible, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, pero el servicio es pésimo, la primer noche pasamos en una habitación sin aire acondicionado (estaba malo), y como el hotel estaba lleno, entonces nos tuvimos que conformar con pasar una noche de terror a 31C porque no tenian habitaciones, y el otro día no hicieron limpieza ni cambio de toallas, y tampoco nos avisaron el porqué, llamamos a recepción en todas las ocasiones y nos decían que nos iban a resolver y no lo hacían y cuando era de noche, simplemente decían que a esa hora no había soporte de mantenimiento y de las mucamas.

The front desk was very helpful with recommendations and directions, some local customs like tipping ect. Housekeeping wasalso helpful with extra towels. The hotel is old which adds to it's charm. A normal Argentina breakfast is served, not american, which we were aware of, but I have seen some people complaining about it. We fout it perfect!. The elevator only holds 3 persons at a time, which just made for planning with our family

Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful; however, we experienced several issues with our rooms that were not addressed in a timely manner. The Wi-Fi service was very poor, the shower drain was clogged, and a bathroom issue took three days to resolve. Our safe also did not work, and despite two attempts to fix it, it was never fully operational.

O hotel possui um otimo custo beneficio. A localização é otima e possui a base da policia em frente ao hotel, o que trás muita segurança. A wifi disponibilizado não é um dos melhores. I requested 2 beds but I was given a room with one bed instead. Staff did a good job to move us to a room with two beds later. Great central location in the city which made exploring Buenos Aires possible by walking to various tourist spots. Supermarkets, fruit shops, train stations and buses nearby.

O café da manhã é muito fraco, os funcionários da recepção sem nenhuma simpatia, algumas vezes nem respondiam ao bom dia dos hospedes. Outro ponto negativo é a internet do quarto. PÈSSIMA. o wifi do quarto raramente tinha sinal,quando precisava abrir um arquivo ou vídeo, tinha que ir pra recepção. A porta da varanda do meu quarto, era velha e não trancava de chave. O ponto positivo é a excelente localização, bem pertinho do Obelisco.

Quarto: pegamos 2 quartos conjugados, porém as portas que os interligavam não abriam e precisávamos abrir e fechar portas tá auxiliar nossas filhas, iluminação do quarto péssima, tv não tinha entretenimento, não tinha telefone no quarto. Banheiro: minúsculo porém ótimo chuveiro. Itens que constavam na lista não tinham como: secador de cabelo, ferro de passar, etc. Café da manhã com nada de variedade, ficamos 10 dias no hotel e os 10 dias as mesmas coisas, muito enjoativo , salão de café muito pequeno e não tinha organização dos hóspedes, muitas vezes duas pessoas usando mesas grandes. Para um hotel boutique achei bem a desejar.

A localização é muito boa! Café da manhã com poucas opções e é igual todos os dias. Quarto confortável, o banheiro é apertado e sem box, ocasionando o derrame de água a cada banho e consequentemente uma lama no banheiro. A limpeza do quarto é apenas um pano no banheiro e a troca do lixo.

localizacao top! atendimento na recepcao por Lucas foi nota 10! Hotel poderia utilizar de algumas melhorias. Elevador terrivel, velho e capacidade para 3 pessoas! as vezes tinha que esperar muito. Cafe da manha foi uma decepcao! muito simples, minha familia ficou 10 anos atras nesse hotel e disse que era otimo o cafe da manha. hoje tem muito pouca opcao! deixou a desejar.
