Overall a good hotel. But they should improve on the checkout, eg. Offer express checkout options especially (room card drop off box) for those who have already settled the bill. Otherwise it’s a long queue.

In Beijing for business and my local colleague recommended the hotel. Got upgraded to a suite and the room was gorgeous. Throughout the stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel amenities. I’m glad that the room I booked came with the use of the lounge. It solved most of my meals in those few days as the location of the hotel was not ideal. There’s was no shopping malls or food options in the immediate surrounding, making the hotel fairly isolated. My room though big, was facing the train tracks. Being a light sleeper, I couldn’t sleep for the few nights as the sound from the moving trains were loud throughout the day, and late into the nights. The sound proofing of the room devotedly needs improving as apart from the train, I kept hearing noises from other rooms often.
