Room was comfortable and mostly clean. House keeping did great, but missed us a couple times. Staff was nice. Breakfast was super good. If you get there late at night there’s typically no parking and you have to park on the street in back. Otherwise overall a great hotel and we would stay there again.

The pool area was pretty run down and could use a good cleaning and repair. It was really cold, water was cold and a lot of water dripping from ceiling. Lucy, the breakfast attendent was super friendly and kept the area spotless!

The room was clean . Actually the entire hotel was very clean and inviting. The breakfast was very good and hot. Also they had a yogurt bar. Nice touch. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Also felt welcomed by passerbys. Would stay again for sure

The hotel is clean, but I was surprised that this hotel was rated 8.6. It's old and could use an update. I haven't taken my shoes off as the carpet in the room (and hallways) is very old and looks dirty. The furniture is a bit dated. The bed wasn't super comfy but not terrible. Bathtub is dingy. That said, the people seem very nice and it was just a short overnight stay and for a quick night's sleep, it did the job.

The sheets and bathroom were clean but the carpeting was disgusting. There were stains were horrible to the point I would not take my shoes off. The cloth chairs in the breakfast area were so dirty I would not sit to eat breakfast. I would not recommend this property, even at a great price.

Jacuzzi suite has a 2 person Jacuzzi tub. 2 of the three controls are missing...totally removed. Drain plug is missing and they use a kitchen drain cover to stop it from draining. The bed you ask?? It is firm...like plywood is firm or concrete is firm.

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and well maintained.We visited Pella, IA on our way to visit family in Illinois. We decided to stop here since it was on the way to Field of Dreams. This is a perfect location. The hotel is very nice, the breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

So, looked good, until I got into the room. Room was clean++ TV didn't work (broken cable connection), Wifi didn't work, phone to call front desk didn't work to call and tell them about the issues. Room was on 3rd floor window was facing business parking lot which at night was extremely lit up curtains (lack of) where sheer block absolutely no light. No need to turn lights at night it was already provided from outside. Hard to sleep in when that much light is coming into room (#300). To top it off they double billed me. Overall just a bad experience. I have had worse (Not Much) definitely not going back.

It was a nice motel in a very small city. We were coming back from a road trip from out west and road weary. It was a quiet area, we felt safe, the facilities were good in all areas. Didn’t get to try any local restaurants, not sure if they are good. Had a Jimmy John’s across the street. We would stay here if we ever pass through again.

It was just an ok stay. Floor coming up in the bathroom, shower curtain kept falling down, breakfast was luke warm and had to heat up in microwave and the worst thing was in the lobby on one of the chairs was finger nails and I looked on the ground and as if someone cut their nails and left all over the floor. Needless to say our 3 day stay, they weee never vacuumed up.

Diane at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, but there was a hole in the bathroom wall that they could repair and should. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with real scrambled eggs and bacon. Lucy did a great job there.

Great location, friendly staff and overall clean rooms. The hotel could use some updating as the rooms appear outdated with some observable blemishes including but not limited to the following; front door exit button, pot holes in the parking lot, coffee bar with cold water, and cracks in the popcorn ceiling. All the aforementioned issues would not prevent us from staying here in the future because of the friendly staff and convenient location.

This Best Western was a surprise and a delight! Totally worth driving off the interstate to the downtown area to stay at! The breakfast area was spotless and the staff was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. This hotel is a Newton gem! Highly recommend!
