The only "complaint" would be that we chose this property because of the pool and we were not able to utalize it. After 12 hours of driving with two small children I wanted them to be able to let out some energy. Unfortunately the property was hosting a party and the pool was at capacoty and we were unable to use it.

The elevator needed clean. There is a bar of soap left in the bathtub and a drain drain over the top of the shower that was dirty.. which room because the first room, the bed had dirt or something in it and so we had to switch room.

Outside looks nice. Went inside and floors were so dirty and stained everywhere. Elevators were really dirty. Got into the room and stains on carpet and couches. Carpet was dirty. Room smelled terrible. We will not be back!

We reserved a room with a sofa bed. When we pulled it out, it was broken. The mattress had large brown stains on it. Then we tried a second room. The sofa bed had food crumbs and dirty sheets still in it. We tried a third room. The sofa bed was also broken and the mattress had brown stains and appeared well worn. I asked if we could get a refund, because I no longer felt comfortable staying there. The attendant said that only Expedia could issue C s refund. I spent an hour with Expedia’s online chat. Expedia said that the hotel could give a refund, that they couldn’t. The representative from Expedia called the hotel to see if they would give me a refund. The hotel said no. I called the hotel back to find out why I was getting mixed messages from them, and the attendant at the hotel said she would contact her manager in India to see if he would consider a refund and call me back.

The room looked clean, but the TV wasn't working and there was no "Do Not Disturb" placard to hang on the outside doorknob. Housekeeping tried to enter when I was in the shower! I was also unlucky in that a baseball tourney was being played locally and there were many players and families staying the weekend. Imagine hallways with children going from one room to the next to see their friends, running, talking loudly, etc. One of the side entrances/exits has an outside trash bin missing its lid and overflowing with trash. Once, there was a coffee station in the lobby which allowed early risers to serve themselves before the 6am breakfast area opened. I voiced this information to the attendant behind the counter during checkout who, dressed in a sweaty tee shirt, was doing double duty of trash pickup and working the front desk. His explanation was that ownership of the property had recently changed. In conclusion, I was left with the impression that this location is understaffed and attention to detail is less than expected.

The room was freshly painted, but the carpet was stained and dirty. The bed was not very comfortable and the refrigerator didn't work. It was also dirty inside. The window had a black-out curtain but no lighter curtain, so I only had the option of a dark room or no curtain at all. My room on the first floor faced the parking lot so I had no privacy when the curtain was open.

The room was very nice, however we needed the fold out couch bed for one of our party. The fold out was very uncomfortable with springs that stuck up enough to make it hard to sleep. We used bed covers and blankets to try to soften it, to no avail.

Price was great, hotel was clean and mostly well kept. Service was terrible. 2 different front desk clerks were not very hospitable, borderline insulting and rude. Breakfast wasn't very well stocked, and when we asked the front desk if they could replenish some items, at 8:30 am, it was met with quite a bit of visible, yet unspoken, anger.

The hotel stay was beautiful, employees very friendly and helpful. The only issue was how we were double charged for our stay. I thought it was taken care of but the owner cancelled the credit back onto my creditcard so I have to go through my card company to dispute the second charge. Su h a pain to have to do this.

It was kind of hard to see getting in and out with all the large trucks because it’s next to a loves truckstop. Make sure that you notice that they do not come in and clean your room or change your sheets or give you more towels and washcloths unless you specifically ask for it. it’s on a small notice by the sink and vanity. It was very clean and quiet.

Everything was great with the hotel, but little upset with the parking lot lights being in the driving area. During the heavy rain strom September 19th we didn't see one and hit the cement base of a pole, didn't even see it! Did alot of damage but we made it home.

We were given a handicap room when I feel it should stay reserved for actual handicap persons in need. The breakfast was under par. Eggs and gravy was cold. No meats like advertised. And the biscuits were very dry.

Hotel was very clean and had been updated in many areas. The staff was very friendly. The only negative was the mattresses all sloped to the middle. One thing that was strange was that they were out of plates at breakfast on the first day. The second day they were still out of plates even though there is a convenience store across the parking lot!

The staff were very kind and hospitable. The room was spacious & clean. The shower had great water pressure & plenty of hot water. The pool & hot tub were great. All of the breakfast items were delicious except the hot food items. I feel like they had been out for awhile, but we didn’t go down for breakfast until 8am.

Heating a/c system worked improperly,Television out dated poor picture quality and reception. Complementary breakfast very poor selection and quality.. I cannot recommend this place .Price for room and accommodation we’re about a “2” at best for a $120 a night room in the middle of nowhere beside a Loves truck stop! Look elsewhere..Not here..

Bedding (sheets, cover, bed skirt) was so wrinkled and duvet so lumpy, it made me gasp and wonder if somebody had already slept in the beds. However, upon checking, the bedding appeared to be clean and there was no sign of bed bugs. Property was renovated in prior year but apparently updating stopped before reaching 2nd and 3rd floors. Carpet was dirty looking, furniture quite shabby, refrig was barely keeping anything cool. Assume bedding was of the cheapest possible quality explaining the lumps and wrinkles. I took a photo for documentation as it was jaw-dropping. Breakfast was tolerable (Motel 6/Super 8 variety), understandingly so since the nightly rate was reasonable. However, upon checking out, the charge was an unexplained $4.49 more than the Hotels.com quote, a minimal discrepancy but why??? The desk clerk said he didn’t know why as “he just worked there” and they always charged it. Definitely will chose other lodging next time. Very uncomfortable with the general appearance on 2nd floor where our room was. It did smell clean so maybe it was.

Staff was very nice. Pool was nice and warm but the ground got very slippery when wet. Blackout curtains were very nice since the parking lot is very lit-up at night. Breakfast was also very good with a good selection. Pull out bed in couch was not the best but we got a lot of sheets and blankets from the staff to make it softer :) and the ac didn’t cool the best but overall good place to stay.
