Room was clean— only stayed two nights so not sure if they don’t clean/replace towels for short stays but this wasn’t done during my stay. You have to pay extra for the breakfast so I can’t tell you how that was. The gym facilities were good.

Excellent breakfast service and front desk service. I was disappointed that room 407 did not have any USB ports available and no business room to print from my computer. The HVAC vents are dirty in rooms 407 and 403. Some escutcheon plates are misaligned. In room 403 the plastic on the bottom of the bed near the window is sticking out and can cause an injury. I like how the bedspreads fit tightly on the mattresses to avoid someone tripping on it.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and they had an open bar and the bartender was absolutely amazing. The lady at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. It had been a long trip and they were right there, waiting on us hand and foot.

Easy to park, amenities near by. Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and a bar. However, both were closed due to bartender illness. :-( Went to get ice, but found NO icemaker on the 3rd floor. :-(

Hotel was nicely appointed, like all hiltons. But they charge for everything including waters, WiFi, and continental breakfast, don’t clean rooms every day, sink leaked until we turned it off at the wall, and noisy by the pool (though that was due to patrons propping door open). Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call the front desk. Just a lot of little things altogether.

The room is supposedly one of the “remodeled “ ones but it really showed it’s wear and tear. The mattress was clearly old and pretty uncomfortable as were the other upholstered furniture pieces. The sofa and chair were in pretty rough shape. The carpet was new. There were no USB outlets which just shows how dated this place is. There was nothing attractive about this room at all. Very drab and sad. We were given no advance notice that the pool was closed as it was filled with furniture and mattresses. On the upside, our breakfast was great and the people at the front desk were pleasant. Overall I would avoid staying here again. It’s just a really tired looking hotel.

Front desk lady was rude when I asked why our room was not cleaned. She very rude state I should have read the memo at the front desk and in my bathroom stating I needed to "request" room cleaned each morning. When I checked in I was NOT made aware of this "memo" not to mention the supposed sign in my room did NOT mention to contact front desk if I wanted room cleaned. Not to mention when I check in my room refrigerator had the previous guest food still in the refrigerator. I will NOT be booking this hotel again.

It looked like the room hadn’t be cleaned. Hair in the bathtub as well has bugs. Nightstand was sticky. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The comforter was basically like a sheet and I was not comfortable . Very thin. The tv is very old , had a blue tint like it is broken and only like 6 channels to watch. They need to upgrade to a smart tv or something if you don’t offer more channels to watch. The breakfast looked cheap we left and went somewhere else. Overall not satisfied. We stayed for a competition, the older lady at front desk was very rude to a child saying she was sick of getting them keys that she had already made them plenty . It was very very rude . She was unpleasant.

Bed was so uncomfortable to be a Hilton. Could feel the springs on the mattress. Room wasn't super clean. Didn't look vacuumed. Sheets were scratchy and blanket wasn't comfortable. Needs major upgrades.

The only complaint that we had with our stay was the shower in in our room (# 333). The shower was anemic at best. There's nothing worse than stepping into a shower that has zero force in the flow. It takes two to three times longer to lather up and rinse off. I would hope that the hotel maintenance will look into this matter and correct it for the next customer.

Couldn’t sleep because every time the elevator went up and down there was a loud squealing noise that you could hear clearly in our room. In addition, there were people yelling in the halls in the early morning. Finally, the front desk man working when we checked out was very nice but the lady that checked I is in was curt/rude.

Close to a very nice Starbucks and mall. Convenient location. Clean. I was sad that the workout room had not even one yoga mat—seemed petty and ungenerous. One other problem—my first night there, a couple nearby was very very loud for an extended period of time (a bizarrely long period of time—can anyone’s climax last 45 minutes?!?!) and I asked hotel staff to please move me to a different room (far from the unpleasant noises) but my request was denied and I was told the hotel was sold out. I was disappointed that it took Security a while to look into my complaint (no one came out to look into the source of the noises after my first call, only after my second), and also I was disappointed that no effort was made by management to recompense me for the damage done to my stay or my night’s sleep (the noises occurred from 8-9pm Friday night and I’d had a long flight). But other than that a nice hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms was great. The location was close to the mall and multiple restaurants. Also, close to expressway. Bartender made me a superb margarita! Only thing I can say negative is there was no room service however, many restaurants were near location.
