My room was nice. Used the hot tub outside; looks like it could use a little bit more maintenance. The pulse knobs did not work but only one and looks a little dirty on them.

Stayed 1 night

The day before we checked in the area had a power outage. We checked in got to the room & the tv didn’t work. Went to use the phone in the room which also didn’t work. Called the desk from my cell phone to let them know about the issues. The man who answered said the maintenance guy would be there in 5-10 minutes. Used the bathroom once & the second time it wouldn’t flush. Had to take the lid off fill it up with water. Before going out that evening went by the desk to mention the issues again since it had been over 30minutes. The staff member at the desk mentioned the outage that occurred yesterday. Since there was a power outage they should’ve checked the rooms to prevent frustrations & calls. Came back that evening & only had 3 channels on the tv. The guide didn’t work. There was a dog barking down the hall for over 30minutes called about that & stopped. Next morning used the disposable coffee cup, but the lid was too big for the cup. In the bathroom to the top left the wallpaper is coming off. I would not recommend staying there.

The one thing that brought this property down was the fact that they charged for everything that other Hilton properties & other hotel properties offered as complimentary. They also did not offer room cleaning on daily basis. I will not be staying there again!
