Alles was geweldig! Alleen jammer dat parkeren echt een ramp is, en weinig/geen privé parkeerplaats tot hun beschikking hebben.

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hotel. Lhotel est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnels est très aimable. Il est tres bien situé. Seul bemol il est difficile de se garer avec une voiture de location. Le parking de l'hôtel est payant 8 euros par jours.

Stora bufféer där det alltid fanns något gott att äta. Generöst med snacksbaren mellan måltiderna som erbjöd färsk frukt liksom hamburgare, korv och stekta ägg. Man gick aldrig hungrig eller törstig. Trevlig personal. Bra pool att simma längder i. Vacker utsikt från poolen mot de höga bergen för solen lyste upp dem på eftermiddagen/kvällen. Nära till stranden och den fina strandpromenaden.

Not a 4star property. The food was poor occasionally average and regularly cold, people were putting their food in the microwave to warm it up. The chefs idea of a varied menu was to see how many different ways he could Cook pork. Both bars were outdoor not ideal on a chilly evening, and closed at 11pm. The animation team worked hard day and night to keep people entertained but the professional entertainment was limited to 30 minutes a night. The advertised bath robes were not provided and the bathroom was in need of much TLC. The pool area was poor with insufficient sun umbrellas and many of the ones that were there were faulty, the loungers were dirty and the surrounding areas had many cracked and loose tiles,in addition to which the paint in the pool was flaking off. the only good point were the room being clean and the staff who were attentive and very hard working

First room we had to move because of bad smell in bathroom. Also noise from motorway was really loud & no sun on balcony at all. Second room overlooking street was fabulous, sun all day. Both rooms were kept really clean. Breakfast was great. Couldn’t get a sunbed at all in 9 days we were there so never used pool. Also never stayed for even g entertainment.

Overall good hotel and location. A few minor niggles, cracked and loose tiles on every level in building 3 ( stayed on the fourth floor and used stairs everyday) also automatic sensor lights on top floor didn’t come on at night when entering the corridor but did on every other floor. Breakfast really busy at peak times but can easily be avoided by going early which we would recommend. Good efficient and friendly staff across the board. Would stay here again.

En general buena, dos puntos negativos a comentar. La comida es realmente muy mala, poca calidad el producto y lo peor es que estaba muy mal cocinada, fue el motivo por el cual cambie de hotel a otro cercano y sorprendentemente un poco mas economico, el aparcamiento es pequeño, exterior y de pago.

We just checked out of this hotel this morning. Overall I would say we will not return, having been coming to Gran Canaria for 12+ years and trying new hotels. It was not worth the nearly 300 euro we paid for 2 nights. The hotel itself is definitely not 4 stars. Our room was in building 1 on the ground floor, and has a smell of sewage 80% of the time. When we checked in, there were dead bugs on the floor. The toilet lock is broken off, and the back door is hard to open and close, looks like it is damaged. The food was ok, pretty typical for all inclusive, nothing was delicious from the food. It was pretty bland. There was not a great selection of food for children. The worst thing about the hotel is the sunbed situation. When we checked in I was happy to see a sunbed policy, whereby you cannot leave your towel on a bed and leave for more than 60 minutes or it will be removed. This however, was not in effect. On Saturday we went to breakfast at 8 am and 95% of the beds had towels on. When we were ready to go to the pool at around 10am, there were no beds left, however all of the beds were still empty but with towels on them. There were no beds left, and a pregnant lady gave up her bed to a lady in a wheelchair. When I asked for a bed a kind worker got us two which were positioned at the back which was fine. The staff seemed very hard working and happy to help you with anything. Any staff members I talked to were friendly and kind

La limpieza impecable , el personal una maravilla muy atentos a todo.

+ Närheten till strand, centrum och flygplats. Färska frukter till frukost med bra service vid både frukost och middag. Stort utbud vid frukost och variation till middagarna. Helt okej för att vara all inclusive. Vi hade inte lunch/snacks och dricka. Bra att ha valmöjligheter! Engagerad och duktig personal i mini club och vattengympa. Barnen uppskattade showerna med cirkus och trolleri på kvällen. - Dåligt med solstolar vid poolen (förbud mot att reservera solstolar men många hotellgästerna var uppe tidigt och lade ut handdukar ändå). Extremt hårda sängar på rummet (inga bäddmadrasser utan endast resårbotten). Fick påtala flera gånger så efter 3 dagar fick vi bäddmadrass, dock bara en. Personalen i receptionen är inte så serviceminded, vi fick efter tredje frågan reda på att alla madrasserna var upptagna. Hade detta kommunicerats hade vi sluppit springa och fråga. En del hotellgäster sitter och röker på balkongen/uteplatsen. Kallt i stora poolen, ännu kallare i barnpoolen. Det står att poolen ska vara uppvärmd. Första morgonen upptäcktes en kackerlacka på rummet. Städning varje dag, dock är de inte så noga och torkar inte av ex handfat. Halvpension innebar buffé vid frukost och middag men utan dricka (endast vatten). 4-stjärnigt hotell enligt spansk standard. Vi upplever att det är närmare ett 3-stjärnigt hotell.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist nicht das neueste aber es hat alles was man benötigt. Wir waren sehr gerne dort.

I didn't like finding a cockroach in my bathroom a live cockroach he was in my favorite moment but apart from that it was quite all right the food in particular was very very good very very good Buffet

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. The hotel is a bit tatty starting from the reception which is nowhere 4 stars. Tv has 2-3 English speaking channels, sky news, cnn and France 24, so if you are not interested in news then you will have to watch tv in Spanish or German. The subtitle option on the remote does not work. In five days we had cockroaches in the room every single day and this was on the top floor. Once the light is off they are there, so we ended up sleeping with the lights on. Complained about this at the reception several times, someone came with the spay (I can still smell it after leaving the hotel) but it didn’t help. Cockroaches came back on the very next day. The food is ok, a bit repetitive but again, the restaurant was full of flies which just walked on the food, e.g bread, desserts… The ladies at the reception were very friendly but I guess the can only do things that is within their remit. The cleaning lady was very good.

La habitación era un bajo de donde salían lombrices por las juntas de la ducha, incluso había una que estaba muerta cuando llegamos y nos fuimos y ahí seguía, no la quitaron las de la limpieza. Por cierto la chica joven de la limpieza (pelo oscuro con coleta) muy borde no quiso limpiar nuestra habitación, le dije salimos en 1 minuto y me puso mala cara y se fue, dejó la habitación sin hacer y sin toallas para poder ducharnos después. El buffet fenomenal, mucha variedad. Y los empleados muy implicados. Mención al chico de recepción, muy amable nos atendió. Los espectáculos de la noche dejan mucho que desear, el bingo por favor quitarlo o cambiar el formato porque tela. Aparcar como vayas en temporada alta, olvídate, vas a dar mucha vuelta hasta que alguien se vaya.

Cockroaches in the room on two occasions even on a top floor. Restaurant is like a school canteen, queues for food, the same type of food for a week. All inclusive drinks taste not good. Entertainment is Ok for both kids and adults. Not far from the beach.

Tuve un problema con la habitación que me dieron inicialmente ya que olía muy mal como a tuberías atascada, tardaron en cambiarme de habitación más de 24 h

Live music at the evenings between 18:00 and 23:30 in front of the room and very noisy in the days because of the high way. I hadn’t sleep any day. And the hotel could not change the room even if I was ready to pay for the upgrade

I was on a cycling holiday with half board option, the breakfast was good and dinner had an extensive choice of options each night to try out. Table service worked really effectively taking away dirty dishes etc. and you could tell staff really like their work😀

Séjour agréable . Chambre spacieuse et propre seul bémol la wifi nulle . Petit déj sympa mais peu changeant .

Buen establecimiento con un personal super atento,que dan muy buen servicio. Únicamente a mejorar el tema de las reservas de tumbonas en la piscina y controlar más que la gente no se bañe con ropa,gafas de sol y se llene de colchonetas y gente tirándose desde el borde, lo que en ocasiones hace imposible poder estar en ella.La comida para mí impecable,hay variedad y bien cocinado.La limpieza igualmente de diez.Sin duda lo recomendaría.

Hola, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, muy buena calidad-precio, muy buen trato del personal. Lo único que echamos en falta fue una cocina más española, la cocina está bastante orientada a gente extranjera. Repetiriamos estancia. Los animadores y personal del hotel un 10.

Hotel que dice que es de cuatro estrellas y sinceramente no llega ni a una comida malisima, limpieza mala personal de recepción no sabe ni las reservas que tiene. El primer dia a la entrada mas de una hora para que nos dieran las llaves de la habitacion por que no encontraban la reserva mia y uno de las cenas nos dejan sin cenar por que dicen que se han quedado sin comida.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy agradable, tomamos una estadía con media pensión y los desayunos y las cenas buffet eran variadas y buenas para su precio. Además queda muy cerca a pie de la playa con lo cual se puede elegir entre pileta o mar dependiendo de las preferencias y el tipo de viaje que quieran hacer. La atención de la recepción y del servicio de habitaciones es para destacar también. Los sunsets mirando a la piscina durante la cena Ameritan hacerlo con una copa de vino y unos quesos.

Pase un fin de semana maravilloso a la llegada nos recibió una chica maravillosa Jennifer muy atenta muy servicial y muy simpática se preocupaba que tuviésemos de todo y que nuestra estancia fuese de lo más agradable y así fue recepción , restaurante la limpieza , me sentí como en casa de lo más cómoda la animación las niñas súper agradables me lo pasé tanto mi familia como yo súper bn tanto k volveremos seguro muxas gracias por hacernos pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables

Das Hotel ist wirklich komplett fein. Sehr sauber, schön, hat einen guten Pool zum schwimmen. Und das Frühstück und Abendessen sind ihr Geld auch wert, allerdings muss man dabei gewisse Qualitätsabstriche machen. Der Orangensaft enthält keinerlei Orangen und der Erdbeer Joghurt hat auch diesen typischen synthetischen Erdbeergeschmack, und manches anderes Essen ist auch ausbaufähig von Geschmack und der Zubereitung. Was auch etwas schade ist, dass es Zimmer gibt in Richtung der größeren Straße nebenan, die man dann teilweise hören kann. Ansonsten ist das Hotel wirklich einwandfrei und eines der günstigsten in der Gegend.

Å drikke vin i pappkopper i mangel av rene glass er ikke greit. Renholdet er godt og rommene er forholdsvis i god stand. Nært til kafeer og butikker. Fin promenade i nærheten.

Hotel location bit far from centre

Good Value for money Location- near the beach, transportation and shops. Hotel also calls taxi which arrives very quickly. Inclusive buffet- good value for money and lots of variety. Food is well seasoned and restaurant is constantly cleaned. Staff- friendly, warm and helpful. We did go in august therefore it was very busy but it did exceed my expectations and I would go there again. They also offer complimentary access to a local spa for sauna, pool and steamer which was great. We paid for a massage separately which was again great. Fab stay.

El aceso a la playa desde el hotel , no es apto para personas mayores o con alguna dificultad. 143 escalones

We had a lovely stay here. There was lots of choice of food, but for the evenings there wasn’t much choice for vegetarian's and sometimes the labelling of food wasn’t great so couldn’t tell if it had meat or not (this was mainly on the tapas and salad side). The pool area is really lovely and it is a short walk to the beach.

The buffé was way better than expected, great food and lots to choose from. Same goes for the bars at the hotel, best all inclusive we have been too.

El hotel es Excelente, tienen un restaurante Buffet que abre en todos los horarios de Comida. Tiene buen variedad y la.comida es muy buena.

Estadia perfeita, quartos excelentes, limpos, cama boa, roupas de cama de ótima qualidade e café da manhã bem variado.

Las comidas, sobre todo en el desayuno y cena, el horario está preparado para los extranjeros. En el desayuno hay una opción que dice “Desayuno tardío” de 10 a 10:30 AM, y cual es la sorpresa que si a las 10:10 AM vas a desayunar ya te han quitado hasta el pan de tostar. Esto es un timo… no digo que repongan a las 10 AM, pero qué menos que no te lo quiten.. Lo mismo con la cena. A las 9 empiezan a quitan todo aunque esta hasta las 9:30 PM
