Look for a big, non-descript door with about 8 placques outside. This property has 6 floors and there is a different hotel on each floor. The check-in was seamless and the front desk woman was very nice to show us how to use the keys and amenities. The building is older and has areas that should be refurbished, such as the restroom which was tiny and the doors didnt stay closed. The neighborhood is dark but felt safe. Even on NYE it was safe and no disruptions during the night. It was about 15 min walk to/from the train station, but on very uneven ground so i recommend taxi which was about 20€. Good stay but not very quiet at night, but what do you expect when being in the city.

Check in was seamless: we arrived early in the morning, long before check-in and left our bags at the desk so we could go see the city; when we returned in the evening our room was ready and the kind staff had moved our bags into it. The room is clean, specious, and comfortable. There are black out blinds that keep the room dark and quiet long after the sun came up—we slept so good! The staff is so friendly and let us leave our bags at the desk after check out as we were not leaving the city until late in the evening. My only negative was the bathroom has a slight damp musty smell but was not bothersome enough to deter another stay—I would definitely stay here again! It is walkable to most attractions including the Colosseum, Forum, etc, but there is a metro stop just around the corner. That is my tip: when I googled upon arrival to Rome the closest metro stop it told me Termini, which is a 10 minute walk, but I soon discovered the Repubblica stop is around the corner and is just a 2 minute walk, making the whole city so easily accessible from here.

A very positive experience from checking in to checking out. The team were very helpful and welcoming and the room and bathroom were a very good size and very clean and comfortable. An added bonus was being able to store our luggage for a couple of hours at no charge on the day that we left.

Would definitely come back here. Walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. The main doors to the hotel close and lock to the public from 2pm . You can only get in if you have a code from the reception. This made me feel very safe and not anyone can just walk in.

The reception was very friendly and the location of the hotel was ideal for site seeing. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk before checking in and when our room was ready, the staff put the luggage in our room. Water bottles were free everyday too, which was a nice amenity!

This hotel is in a shared building with other hotels and residences. The shared areas are not clean. For example, the elevator and stair railing. The area right behind the elevator is filled with empty cardboard boxes and the railing is very dusty. The building can only be accessed with a code after hours and the are la with the rooms as well, which is great for safety. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom area. The windows and walls are pretty thin so you get noise from right outside the hotel.

Absolutely great place to stay. Ideally located a few minutes walk from the main station. Every need and request was delt with promptly and politely. We arrived after the reception had closed but we were able to get in to our room without any problems. I would 100 % recommend and we would use again if we every return to Rome.

I only stayed for 1 night, it was literally just a room to stay in because we wanted to catch an early flight the next day, but man, was it bad. Just to name a few things: There was black mold in the bathroom, the TV and the phone didn't work, the pillows were thin and the bed was hard, The shower shifted from hot to cold randomly, the toilet paper provided was the same used in train stations. This room was 220 Euro a night and it felt like it should have cost 100. Nothing about this place is comfortable, stay away.

The hotel was in a great location and the room was very clean and had a comfy bed. We stayed on the main road side of the building but the window blocked most of the traffic noise out so we still slept well. The staff member at reception was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Rome in the future!

We have stayed here before as we find the location convenient when visiting Rome. The room we had this time looked older and had water damage on the bathroom door. There was a lot of noise from the garbage truck so could be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The room was clean, the staff are very friendly and we always received clear and timely communication before our arrival. We would still stay there again

Sehr gute Location. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Etwas laute Umgebung aber hielt sich in Grenzen. Schrecklich war leider die Dusche-bei Regenwalddusche kein Druck, kam kaum was raus und Handbrause war auch nicht gut.

We had a triple room (1 queen bed + a twin bed) which worked well for our family. Room was spacious + clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good. Staff went out of there way to assist. Location was convenient to the República metro station. Our only concern was the ac fan in our room would occasionally run quite loudly. A staff member did try to help troubleshoot it. One option was to turn it off completely- we decided against this and the noise was not too bad- just a little lounder once in a while. Overall it didn’t impact our stay.

Staff (Roberta and Stephania) were very helpful and accommodating all through out during our 3night stay. our flights was delayed and came in after hours and Stephania waited for us for late check-in. Clean hotel and very close with few minutes walk to Roma Termini and local bus transport, restaurants and other venues. Definitely we'll be back when in Rome.

Location of property was excellent. 10 mins walk from Terminii Station, 20 mins from Spanish Steps and 15 mins from Trevi Fountain. Entrance hall appears quite dowdy from street however the rooms are great once you overcome the slight reticence experienced on arrival. Rooms serviced every day. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Jakuzili büyük odada 3 kişi kaldık. Oda gayet konforlu ve temizdi. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar yardımcı ve iyiler. This place is in a quiet street but close enough to the main thoroughfare. Most attractions like Trevi fountain and Colosseum are walking distance. McDonald’s is just around the corner and opens early for breakfast. This hotel does not offer breakfasts and does not have front desk personnel at night. It didn’t have hot water 1 night and no personnel to attend to the problem. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. No common area for dining or eating.

I would have given excellent except for the fraudulent advertising by Expedia. No laundry or food , despite pictures and listing by Expedia. I talked with the staff who said they have not had those amenities since the pandemic but Expedia has not updated the listing. on website.

Lo mejor la ubicación muy cerca del metro de la Plaza Republica, el personal amable y servicial. Tiene cortina eléctrica la ventana pero la cortina de tela no funcionaba, la regadera dispersa el agua por todos lados, el lobby es más bien un pasillo, no hay restaurante o lugar para comprar un snake, después de cierta hora no hay recepción presencial solo por llamada y pienso que por el costo que se paga debería ser un mejor lugar
