Excellent location in the centre of Rome Exceptional service at front desk from taxi booking and extra night accommodation. Hard to find just behind a door up first floor for reception.

Lucia, the manager was awesome. Place is a little hard to find but it was centrally located to most of the attractions and wonderful local restaurants. Breakfast was served in our rooms and was of the continental style. It's worth it!

We had a lovely stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It is not what I call a hotel more serviced bedrooms. That was not a problem for us but I was expecting more facilities. The signage is not great. Just a really small wall plaque. Luckily the buildings are numbered too and that helped.

El que nos tocó estaba muy bien sólo que hay que subir algunas escaleras , algo a tomar en cuenta si se tiene alguna discapacidad física. Sin embargo les ayudan a subir y bajar las maletas. El personal fue muy atento y estaba siempre a disposición hasta las 5 pm y después por llamada.

À notre arrivé en PM , pas rencontré de personnel, avions une lettre aux porte de l’établissement à notre nom ! Donc avions de bonne valises que l,on devait monté à l’étage ! même choses pour redescendre et quitté l,établissement sans même rencontré le personnel ! par contre nous avions un numéro de téléphone pour rejoindre en cas de besoin !

It is not a real hotel. The "reception" is on the second floor of a building, with a very small elevator. The room was great, large, confortable and clean. There is no breakfast area, it is brought to your room. The best was the location, quite close to Piazza Navona and many places to visit in central Rome.

O melhor é a localização, mas não conseguia achar o hotel pq fica em um prédio decadente. Na verdade não é um hotel, são 4 suítes ocupando o primeiro andar deste prédio. O café da manhã e diversificado mas servido no quarto. Uma máquina de café na recepção a disposição seria ótimo. A limpeza era boa e o funcionário atencioso.

It was super located, but…. First of all, we were standing at 2PM in front of the apartment, were ringing and waiting for 15 min. and no one answered. Only after a call the lady said she had sent me a WhatsApp with all the entry instructions. After I checked I confirmed the message and saw she wrote only two and a half hours before our expected check in time. We were still travelling by that time so I wasn’t aware of having to check for a message or anything. As it’s written, there would be a reception and we would be personally welcomed from the staff, I supposed it was a „normal“ hotel. Well, it wasn’t. After having problems understanding the English written instructions where to find the key and where to enter to get into our rented apartment, we found it, in the building in another house, in front of the house with the „reception“. Then we had to discover that the bathroom had no window and wasn’t well ventilated, as it was having heavy mould issues on the wall. And the cleansing wasn’t very pleasing… it seems that already since long long time there is no heavy cleaning happening anymore, as you see on the pictures of the shower for example. We weren’t aware of how to use the climate control, because we would have loved to change the temperature, but nowhere was an instruction or a remote control or whatsoever… For the checkout we decided to go already before the official reception opening time and there she was very helping, we liked that.

Brilliant stay. Excellent location to walk to all the main attractions… including the Vatican. It is about 49 minute walk from Termani. Hard to locate from outside but it was hidden gem. Perfect location. Basic room but perfect for city break clean, kettle, hairdryer and safe in the room, air on. Definitely stay on our next trip. Owners very responsive on WhatsApp to questions and room clean and towels changed daily

Nice staff, great location - door itself is a little hard to find, no lobby/reception. Self serve check in - shower could use a curtain, water will go all over the bathroom.

The property is on terrible condition, super small room with mold everywhere and very poorly maintained. The faucet in the bathroom sink was leaking and at the main entrance of the building there was no lights so I had to let them know the bulbs where out! There was construction on the building across the street which resulted of workers making loud noise from 6:30am. The little alley that is located is very dark and not very safe during the night. The reception operates from 7-3 which isn’t a hotel normal reception is just located within the building on the 1st floor. Very pricey $250/night for 1 person and the room wasn’t even worth $50 dollars. Very disappointing overall. There was room service cleaning daily and clean towels. As for the breakfast they give a piece of paper to order on the day coffee and croissants to bring to the room.

So the hotel it was dirty ,walking around in white socks and they got very dirty, it had been a long time since they mopped the floors.They ran out of hot water several times, some had to take cold showers. The Stubbs bathroom floor flooded. I have to say the beds were very comfortable.

Positivo la posizione vicino a Piazza Navona, letto comodo, stanza ampia, bagno ampiocolazione in camera e servizio accoglienza gentilissimo. Negativo colazione scarsa forte, presa penso sotto la struttura, bagno con muffa, doccia che spara acqua dappertutto, rubinetto che perde (poco), mobili rovinati, frigorifero piccolissimo, sopra finestra tutto l'intonaco tolto e cadente, rumore fastidiodo che proviene dal quadro elettrico (l'ho spento alle 5 del mattino), di tutto ho le foto e l'audio.

Todo bien. Lo que más valoré es el silencio por las noches y la limpieza de la habitación. Está cerca de muchos sitios interesantes.

È andato tutto bene, sono organizzati, puliti e era tutto di buona qualità. Ha mantenuto pienamente le promesse.

Really good location. Our AC/heat unit was problematic so with 2 days left, we were moved to another room. First room had a very strange layout, second room was better but had had a dog with its folks in that room the night before and I’m allergic. Staff was easy to work with, especially housekeeping.

purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa di questa camera. la posizione della struttura molto strategica, pero per il comfort e la qualità che offrono il prezzo e eccessivamente alto. una camera vecchia, piccola e neanche pulita. l'aria condizionata faceva un rumore strano e molto alto durante la notte, nonostante essendo anche spenta.

Super lokasjon, rommet var helt ok, god seng, litt dårlig a/c så ble veldig varmt. Var 26+ grader ute denne helgen. Men de ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

Room was ok, not like the pictures on the website , There was no tv channels at all , but the bed was comfy The kettle didn’t work properly , but overall was ok

The location is amazing! Very easy to access and you can leave bags before and after stay. Staff very friendly. Contact them early to get instructions for early bag drop- my instruction came just before 2pm. Highly recommend

Booked a one-night stay. When I got there, there was no one at reception, just 2 envelopes with other guests' names taped to a locked door. Tried calling numerous times, no answer. Another couple--one of the two envelopes--showed up, but the key-code they were given didn't work and we were all waiting around for an hour. Eventually, I gave up and booked another hotel nearby. The single most atrocious service I have ever experienced from a hotel.

Front desk does not have someone on call all the time. I had a vault issue which was addressed the next morning but was not successfully addressed when I needed it...because the only dialogue could occur through WhatsApp and not in person. Anyway, the front desk gentleman that was there in the morning was very helpful. Also the Navona room is in the lobby, so it can be noisy. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.

Outstanding stay Imperium suite Navona. Lucia and team made the stay superb. It is a stone's throw from both the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. As central as you can get without the noise. Delicious coffee and pastries are served each morning with a smile. I will return. Cheers, Kelly

Our stay was amazing, the receptionist was beyond helpful and very nice, I will definitely return anytime I'm in Rome. Breakfast was included which was a nice addition.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Fontana di Trevi: camera pulita e particolare, bagno grande e letto comodo. Posizione dell’albergo molto centrale. Colazione in camera abbondante. Tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, ho viaggiato parecchio e non sempre si trovano queste qualità positive. Complimenti dunque al personale dell’Imperium Suite Navona!

Perfect location!!!!! It was the best. A few steps away from castel san Angelo, piazza navona, pantheon and trevi. Everything was so close. Lots of cute restaurants around. We went to Lagana restaurant 2 times cause food was great. Went to 2 rooftops, Borromini and the best one was 9hotel Cesari. Staff of the hotel was super friendly, but check-in was confusing. Breakfast is included, it was great, i just feel i needed some fruits though.... bread everyone morning. It was really good and great coffee. My only downfall for this place: the very strong perfum smell when we checked in. I had to have the windows and ac open to aerate. And still. Took days to get rid of. Plus, the hotel burns incent, probably to get rid of bad odours and people smoking. If you like incent you'll be happy. But even my partner made comments on it. It was quite intense. Would definitely stay again anyways!!!! Because of how the location and conveniency of the place. Thank you again !

Staff was friendly, helpful. Hotel is located near all the famous tourist places to visit Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, the Coliseum. Great places to eat within short walking distance.
