Excellent breakfast and the staff at the kitchen was amazing. Liked the swimming pool.

Overall very nice hotel. I have stayed here a few times and I have booked some of my staff here as well. Only downside this visit was the amount of Ice in the parking lot. It felt dangerous walking from my car to the hotel. But that can be hard to manage at times.

Construction at hotel. Expedia app listed this only by clicking a link, not on the reservation page. There was staging set up outside our third floor window. A 8 am construction started directly outside our window. If curtains were open the workers could have seen fully into the room. On the elevator to breakfast noticed a small notice posted about the construction and the offer to ask for another room if available. Nothing was verbally mentioned to me at check in. Was charged full price for the room. Complained to manager the next morning and the best I got was an apology.

We stay here almost every 2 weeks , but this time there was different, first night away from our new baby . Excited to finally sleep. But instead we ere woken up at 8am worth constructing right outside our window . I understand maintenance is important but they should have not booked a room directly beside the site . we love this hotel but we might have ton consider elsewhere until the construction is complete

Construction started at 8:00 outside our window, startled me as I was still asleep. Understand work has to be done so those rooms should not be used at this time.

Hotel was clean and walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. The facilities were nice as well (pool area was clean and had plenty of fresh towels)

Clean room, clean pool area, clean breakfast area. appreciated the no carpet room and great quality bathroom products. comfortable bed and pillows. only issue is one bed was squeeking awefully - broken?

We enjoyed our stay the hotel was beautiful a nice old style. very clean in the lobby The pool has some odd floaties but was took care of when we brought it up to the front desk. Now the staff could of been nicer they dont really make you feel welcomed there. Depending who you are or how old you look

This beautiful hotel had good size very clean room. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was really good and the breakfast lady was very nice. This hotel is very close to many many places to eat and shop. Within walking distance for sure. Would def stay again.

Smelly rooms and limited breakfast options

I would have liked to have been informed that this building was under construction. I doubt my room, facing the scaffolding, was given a rebate. With construction noise starting early in the morning. None the less, we had some good to say. The breakfast was filled with variety, and the selection of coffee was delightful. The staff I started with was fun and friendly. However, our room was never cleaned for during our entire stay. It seemed that placing a sign on our door that literally requested cleaning was the same sign that refused it. And after the third day, bringing this to the counters attention 3 times, it had never been done. When I finally explained that our messy room for 4 was negatively effecting our stay, a new pair of front dest workers discussed it without my presence and decided I would only be credited 40$ on an original price of just under nine hundred dollars for four nights. I found this very unsatisfactory and disrespectful. All in all, there was great potential. The pool was clean and fun, althought being "heated" it could have been warmer, and although it closes at 10pm, the guest key card intentionally stops working at 9:30... So you have to ask the front desk to open the pool door for you. Coffee and beverages all day and night until 10:00pm is generous and I enjoyed it. So this time around, I will certainly not be rating so high. I did not feel the "PLUS" in this BW. Perhaps next time. I would love the opportunity to experience BW at their best

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Near an area with lots of shopping.

Room.was spotless and large. The staff was over the top. Breafsat was wow.

We enjoyed our stay in the jetted tub suite. Construction on site - not the best for relaxing in the morning but that was expected. Room very clean. The jetted tub needs a good thorough cleaning. Inside the filters.

It was very clean and nice, however the toilet ran if you didn’t jiggle the handle and the air conditioner would not stay on and it definitely was not hitting the temp it was set to. Lots of options to eat in walking distance and the staff were very friendly! Would stay again

The mattresses were low quality, the shower was small, the air quality was poor, too few electrical outlets, poor soundproofing

The staff were fantastic. They were very friendly and went "above and beyond" to accommodate some special requests. My family and I had a wonderful week. We are very grateful for lovingkindness.

The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Had to stay an extra night due to a cancelled flight, and the staff were able to accommodate me with ease.

Great location near restaurants and shopping with easy access to parking and central to many areas. Very nice hot breakfast and wonderful staff. If ever in Saint John, this will be my go to hotel

Far from everything, not the best location.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The property is 10-15 minutes from uptown Saint John and although there may be public transit is not very convenient. There are dinning options around but these are limited to the traditional franchise like establishments. Keep in mind that you will need a car to get around. Otherwise very nice option

Strange location, a bit hidden. Rooms are awesome, very comfortable! Service excellent, great hot breakfast

Nice hotel with a pool. The kids and I had a great stay. Loreal was amazing getting us checked in. Breakfast was great with lots of vegan options. We would stay here again.

Positives: The hotel is clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. When I had trouble with my internet they were quick to send someone to assist. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Negatives: No restaurant. Even though there were lots of dining options nearby there was nothing in the hotel which was inconvenient. The included breakfast was mediocre at best . Even though breakfast ended at 10 am, most of the choices were unavailable after 9am.

Stayed for just a night as we had early morning appointments at the general hospital. Room was clean and comfortable. The soaps and shampoos were really nice. I could hear (and feel!) heavy footsteps overhead all night, so if you are a light sleeper like me, request the top floor! Lots of breakfast options, but the cold options were far better than the hot.
