I liked the accommodations. My only complaints is the pool area. It is very slippery. The hotel needs to put safety floors. I fell and hurt myself. The staff did apologize. But i hope a child or elderly person doesnt fall on the slippery floors.

I asked 5 times during booking and same day as reservation for an extra chair in the room. Never happened. we found 3 long black hairs-one in the tub and 2 in the bed. Very disappointed this time.

Bathroom floor had long black hairs stuck to the floor, shower faucet could not get hot water to shower, bed sheets had stains, bed cover was stained in areas, desk chair was broken could not raise the chair to work at the desk, over all the room cleanness was poor. Would not recommend to stay.

This property we stayed at 2 years before and it was average. It's now below average. We did not use the AC because of the dust and mold in the vents. There was dirt and dust throuout the room and gair all in the bathroom. Very poor cleaning. And hotel smelled of sour feet . We will find another stop next time.

Hotel was very clean, staff was great , breakfast was great ..we had an inside court room which meant we had a door that opened to a private courtyard area which had chairs and picnic tables ..and we could walk directly across it to reach breakfast ..it was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in …bed was very comfortable

Warm and friendly staff members. Basic but clean, comfortable room. We enjoyed the pool and met some nice locals and other travellers. I found a good book from The Big Bookshelf, thank you. Breakfast was delicious, but I think potatoes of some sort should be offered. The only downside of this place are the doors! They tend to slam shut causing a lot of noise and often startling me.

Was a decent stay , an air freshner in room wld be great and some pictures on the walls .felt very uninviting ..kids loved the big room..beds were comfy so that was sweet..internet was sketch wld kick off every few mins , paint chipping off around hot tub ...not my worst stay but defiantly not my best

Beds are comfortable and room was clean. No noise issues during our stay. Breakfast area is definitely not large enough for the size of the hotel. Maybe add a second pancake machine as they are a popular breakfast item. One gentleman staff member is very unfriendly. Not enough parking, could be better if the hotel cleared back the small leftover snowbanks occupying the parking spaces. That said, would likely stay again as clean rooms, quiet hotel and comfortable beds are my top priorities.

Train tracks right behind the hotel, which was where our room was. We listen to trains going all night long. The noise of the trains was in competition with the noise at the heater, which would wake us up every time it kicked in.

Property was clean that is really important On our first nights stay we had someone trying to get into our room it was another guest the front desk had also given him the same room as us The hot food ie sausage and eggs were absolutely horrible and they didn’t replenish the other choices in a timely manner unfortunately I would never stay at this motel again

Staff not very welcoming didn’t even have password for wifi…seamed bored. Fan in room was way too noisy! We called reception but nobody answered. Breakfast missing some items nobody was there to make sure everything was ok…the front desk employee went outside with other employee for like ten minutes (probably smoking). Tables and napkins holders were messy… Ok but probably won’t come back.

At check in Dustin was super quick, helpful, efficient and very personable. He gave us directions to several places we needed to get to and offered to help wi the our bags, which we graciously declined as he was super busy at the desk.

Jarred checked us in two weeks prior to our trip and checked us in again upon our return mid-way home stay. He was wonderful both times, helping us lock up our bikes in the lobby. Dustin was helpful at check out. I would suggest tongs for breakfast; people can be gross and handle bread, English muffins, etc... Kids are not always the worst offenders.

The kindness and empathy shown in upgrading us to an accessible suite made a huge difference post-procedure, a gesture that will not be forgotten. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. They sent me a message to upgrade to a non-smoking room for a small fee. Upgraded because I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. When I arrived I found out that the hotel was a non-smoking place. Told them to cancel my upgrade and give me my room back. They fixed that for me. When I checked out I noticed that they had still charged me for the upgrade. Talked with the gentleman at the desk and he adjusted it back for me. He gave me the bills for the overcharge and the adjustment. When I received my credit card statement the amt they charged me was the upgraded price. At the time they had told me the first charge had gone through already and that they would reimburse me that amt and charge me for the original price. Still haven't had the refund or the new charge. Still on holidays but will be contacting them when i get back home. Not to pleased with them.

The premises appear to be recently renovated and are in nice condition. The staff were friendly and attentive. The area is somewhat industrial and in what would appear to be a poorer part of the city, with homeless encampments nearby. That said we had no issues with security at the site but not an area I would go walking in.

The Inn is decent. You can tell they did renovations to bring the property up to date. The sink in our room had a slight clog so the water took a while to empty out. There are only 2 floors and no elevators so be mindful of that. It’s a 15min walk to get to downtown Market Hall.

Broken hot tub, and it looks like its been that way for some time despite being advertised as a feature. I have a bad back so its an important consideration for me when i book. Worst of all though was the terrible breakfast. With just shy of an hour to go most of the food waa gone or inedible. The eggs were rocks, the bacon was gone, 1 muffin left, the pancake machine was empty. Some of these issues were very slowly addressed making breakfast take forever for my wife and I as well as the other unfortubate guests. I dont want to wait 45 minutes to eat a piecemeal breakfast. I paid good mobey for a hot tub and a breakfast buffet and was left very disappointed.

Like: helpful front staff by name of Ryan I think, hot simple breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon), pricing, big room. A 24/7 gas station just nearby so could get anything throughout the night. Dislike: pillow case got dirty on first night but housekeeping did not even notice or change it, toilet kept making loud noises after every use, stairs only to haul out luggage up the room, breakfast staff just sat there and played phone and didn’t bother replenishing breakfast items when it was empty. Only replenished when you asked him.
