There is a problem, PARKING. the hotel only has limited space in its secure underground car park, and you can book this in advance, however you are not informed that this is the case with bookings.com. So when we arrived we were told that we could park next door in the public multistorey car park. which we did and then went for lunch. On our return two hours later to collect our bags and check in we found that three windows of our car had been smashed and two coats removed. The hotel staff were very very sympathetic and very helpful, one member accompanied me to the police station and helped with translation. Whilst there I discovered that another car had been broken into this was a French person. The hotel then allowed us to move our car to their underground car park as it was now open and vulnerable to further thefts. The hotel were also very good at phoning for help but none was available, there were two bank holidays also they lent me a good powerful hoover to remove a lot of the broken glass. So yes a good hotel well situated but try to book the hotels own parking.

We were very disappointed to find that the parking was not available. I had asked when booking for parking but on arrival was told it could only be reserved outside the websiter and was fullly booked. The hotel was right on the edge of the pedestrian area but the area felt a bit seedy.

Great location with parking on site if rebooked or public car park a few steps away. Multiple restaurants and bars outside the hotel. A lovely square and shopping 5 mins walk from the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful with directions and advice. Rooms were very comfy.

Very clean and freshly decorated. Perfect town centre location with excellent restaurants on the doorstep. Friendly staff. However this is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Our room was basic and not terribly comfortable. The bed was very hard. We had a suite but the sitting area was small with a smaller TV than the bedroom and no coffee table for glasses or cups. The room did have a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and plenty bottled water. The towels were poor quality and thin and there was no shampoo although you could ask for it. The shower was step in over the bath with a poor flow of water and not very hot. The room was not serviced until late afternoon which was unhelpful.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful Hotel a bit shabby. Stairs from parkade to hotel lobby awful . dirty and poorly lit. Difficult to carry luggage up. Room had not been cleaned. But Given another room. No sink in toilet room to wash your hands. Shower badly designed and water did not drain fast enough. Flooded bathroom floor. Breakfast quite good. Convenient location but definitely not a 4 star as advertised on outside of hotel.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms are weirdly designed and decorated - dark and drab. Nothing wrong with them - clean, had everything you need - just very odd design choices.

Right in the centre of Poitiers with parking, this hotel has been recently renovated and is bright and stylish. Our room was large, very clean and comfortable and very well designed. Good wifi and shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Un superbe hôtel, hôtesse tres accueillante. Chambre propre et calme. Beaucoup de choix au moment du petit-déjeuner. Un petit bémols un peu de bruit dans les couloirs au moment du ménage. Merci à toute l'équipe

It was probably one of the worse rooms I have been in a long time. The hotel is hot, and humid, almost moist. The carpet in the corridors is dark, but you can still see lots of stains. I tried to get a couple of drinks from the desk staff during the night but after 10 mind waiting nobody appeared and I have up. The room was OKish, but the aircon machina had a leak (for a long time it seemed) and the carpet underneath and beyond, was damp. The night was a constant dripping noise which didn't help sleeping. In short I would not go back there.

Accueil agréable , je prends possession de ma chambre la 103 qui est spacieuse vers 18h, Dans la chambre le ménage laisse à désirer des moutons de poussières gros comme une pièce de 2€ autour du lit sur une moquette noire , on ne voit que ça , des bouts de fils de coutures blanc , mais bon on peut passer outre, et là je décide d’allumer la tv qui ne marche pas, la dame de la réception vient gentiment regarder , visiblement on d’antenne , elle ne sait pas où trouver la câble de remplacement, mais son collègue va arriver il sera certainement, je pars manger et retour à 22:30 , le fameux collègue n’a même pas chercher , je lui signale qu’à 23h ou minuit cela fera tard pour regarder. Je monte, au bout de 20 min il m’appelle pour me dire qu’il n’a pas de câble que ça ne se d’écorché pas ( un fil d’antenne que l’on pu détacher avec sa colllegue avant mais lui ne pas pas ) . Et il me dit de regarder si ça ne vient pas du réglage des chaînes , je lui dit que je ne sais pas le faire ( ce n’est pas tv et je ne suis pas chez moi ) lui ne se déplace toujours pas , et je finis par réussir à lancer une recherche des chaînes tout seul à 23h , car lui ne se déplace pas .en terme de service pour un 4 ⭐️ ça fait très juste , Le lendemain je prends ma douche et la pas d’eau chaude), j appelle la réception , et la réponse «  vous avez laissée couler l’eau ? » oui depuis 10min , réponse «  euh je ne sais pas ! Je finis par douche à l’eau froide, heureusement que la dame du petit déjeuner est là

The hotel is in a great location, and whilst it has parking, it was as easy (and cheap) to park in the larger public car park next door. The room was large, clean and comfortable - with the exception of the air-con which was pretty hopeless (thankfully we had a portable fan with us). Overall a nice hotel, and friendly staff

J’ai réservé pour 2 nuits une chambre familiale soit 1 chambre et un salon avec canapé convertible. La chambre est spacieuse avec un lit King size très confortable, une décoration sobre mais classe. En revanche à part une table basse aucun autre meuble comme une table et un ou deux sièges. Dans le salon, très spacieux également présence d’une console mais pas de siège à part un fauteuil bas à l’opposé. Pas de télévision non plus. Dans la chambre le son de la télé est bridé mais tellement qu’on entend rien. Enfin dernier point il faisait froid et la clim qui semblait fonctionnelle devait être bridée également. Heureusement il y avait une couverture mais une seule pour deux chambres (?). Coté salle de bains RAS c’était parfait. La propreté générale également. Personnel professionnel. Mon sentiment est mitigé, j’ai trouvé que c’était un peu cheep pour un ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This hotel is perfect for a city centre visit as it is ideally located in the old town yet has good, secure parking adjacent, at 8€ per night. Our room was spacious, unfussy and clean, with good storage space, tea and coffee making facilties and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous.

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, mais confortables, mais surtout mal isolées donc assez bruyantes entre elles. L'hôtel communique aussi beaucoup sur l'éco-responsabilité et les économies d'eau, mais quand on attend 10 mn pour que l'eau chaude arrive dans la douche, on ne peut pas vraiment parler d'éco-responsabilité !

L’insonorisation des chambres laissent à désirer Trop brouillant côté rue Accueil très chaleureux

Comodo il garage ma va prenotato. Personale molto disponibile. Splendida la terrazza annessa alla stanza. Ottima la colazione, molto gentile la signora che la gestisce.

Slecht te vinden hotel. Als je aankomt lijkt het of hotel gesloten is. Bewoner hielp ons met vinden van bel voor receptie. Slecht aangegeven. Kamer en ontbijt prima Bemanning receptie minimaal, konden niet weg omdat er niemand was. Na enige tijd de telefoon over te hebben laten gaan zodat er iemand zou komen, konden we weg. Zeker 15 min geduurd. Lokatie is ideaal, parking naast hotel. Moet je wel van te voren reserveren.

Lorsque j’en ai fait part à la réceptionniste lors de notre arrivée, celle-ci n’a pas contredit mon informations. Le lendemain, lors du départ, je me retrouve avec note de 36€ pour le petit déjeuné, et aucune preuve du site que celui-ci était offert.

Rude staff.

This hotel is in the centre of Poitiers and is within a few minutes walk of many bars and restaurants. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and the bus stops closer. I stayed here as my husband was in hospital following a serious car crash (the local hospital is amazing). The reception staff were so kind and helpful. Twice I needed photocopying done in order to complete the travel insurance requirements and reception happily did this for me. All the reception staff I met are fluent in English. The hotel is well presented and cared for, very clean with great staff throughout. I never had breakfast, so I cannot comment on this. The area is lovely with a choice of shops, restaurants, little supermarkets, bars and touristy things to see. The location is fab to explore on foot. I noticed parking by the hotel, but did not use this. I would stay here again.

Great location for exploring Poitiers, quiet room and staff helpful with our bikes. Breakfast overpriced and there was an issue with lack of staff the morning we were there, but staff did acknowledge and part refund.

Stayed for one night. Hotel is tired and could do with redecoration. Bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were fine. Breakfast was awful and not worth 15 euros each… felt ripped off.
