De passage pour une nuit, nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de l,hôtel. Mais le studio était propre et calme. Le personnel était souriant et gentils. Idéalement situé avec parking sécurisé. Nous y retournerons lors de nos futurs passages à Poitiers.

Accueil et hebergement ok, assez calme, lit trés confortable et la clim est un plus. J ai beaucoup apprécié le lit bebe installé dans la chambre. Parcontre les vestiaires de la piscine sont dans un etat deplorable, c'était tellement sale que j'ai fais demi-tour alors qu'initialement j'ai porté mon choix de réservation sur un hotel avec piscine.

Hôtel pas trop mal pour dépannage mais pas plus. Piscine eau froide, trop petite pour nager (convient juste pour des enfants) et pas très propre. Concernant la chambre, problème sur les prises électriques et interrupteurs des lumières à côté du lit, très peu d’eau chaude et matelas trop dur. Hôtesse d’accueil pas top non plus, elle répond simplement à la moitié des questions. Bref ! Passez votre chemin si vous souhaitez faire un séjour de plusieurs jours

Les climatiseurs de la chambre étaient en panne, et nous avions des chauffages/ventilateurs d'appoint à la place. Impossible de mettre cela la nuit vu le bruit. Etant en plein hiver, aves des enfants, c'est pas l'ideal.. De plus, il y avait un bar juste en face, dont les clients ne semblent pas pratiquer le dry january, et se mettaient à crier jusque tard dans la nuit. Mauvaise nuit après une journée fatiguante au futuroscope. Piscine et petit dejeuner très bien. Au final très bien cet hotel, mais etant donné qu il etait loin d'etre plein, il aurait été judicieux de nous donner une chanbre sans ces problèmes plutôt que nous dire le matin : ah oui c'est vrai dans cette chambre là... Une ristourne était la moindre des choses.

Rapport qualite prix c'était correct, les chambres, la cuisine etaient propres, il y avait juste une odeur tres tres forte de produit de javel / chimique dans une des chambres donc tres désagréable meme pendant la nuit. A part ca, c'était pratique d'avoir une kitchenette pour prendre le petit dej. Pour cuisiner, c'est quand meme assez petit et peu équipé (les basiques)

Really enjoyed the stay, lovely town. The stay was for an overnight with my wife and two children. Easy walk into town centre. Room was spacious and there were two beds for the children rather than sharing a double for the children.

Globalement la chambre est correcte et pratique pour un séjour en famille. Gros bémol pour ma part le process de Check in assez contraignant le week-end avec avec une réception fermée entre 12h et 14h et aucune possibilité de faire un Check in de façon autonome en leur absence. Je n’en veux pas à la réceptionniste qui a fait son travail mais plutôt au process de l’établissement

Le personnel de l’établissement est parfait. Les deux femmes de l’accueil nous ont accueilli parfaitement bien mon fils et moi avec des échanges très agréables et de bons conseils pour nous rendre au Futuroscope. Merci !

Nous avons passé deux jours dans cet hôtel mon mari et mes deux enfants, et c’était plus que correct. C’était propre, la chambre bien insonorisé malgré sa proximité de la route. Nous avons été bien accueilli. mais il y a eu quelques bémols : sur le site de réservation le prix du parking était 2 euros moins cher et pour couronner le tout, en montant dans notre chambre, dans l’ascenseur nous voyons inscrit ce fameux tarif indiqué sur le site de réservation. Au lieu de faire un « geste » pour ce quiproquo le gérant a preferé « détruire » l’affiche de l’ascenseur. D’autre part, les deux clims étaient bruyantes et avaient un fonctionnement plutôt compliqué à comprendre (remise en route automatique). 300 euros pour deux nuits, c’est un peu cher comparé au confort de l’hôtel en général. Nous n’avons pas pu testé la piscine

Where is the NO star option? The star I gave was solely for the gentleman called Tony who worked the out of hour shift in Toulouse and who tried to help me as much as he could. The corridor on the 5th floor and our bathroom stunk. But this is nothing compared to the non-functioning heating. The heating in my room stopped working after 20-30mins of us switching it on around midnight. I had to pay €70 for a staff to come at 2.30am to give me 2 portable heatings. Then they dared to ask us to wait after our check-out for their engineer to assess the flat to confirm whether or not the heating mode of their aircon was faulty. Maybe they asked because they thought we had no better place to be than waiting for an engineer to check a room we had already vacate. Why on earth would I call their out of hour service at midnight, 1am then at 2am to beg for help? Do they think I did not have anything better to do at 2am or I had €70 to spare for fun? I will definitely not recommend this place. Ohh and they only give you 1 key. So if by mistake you forget your key in the room after 9pm, you pay €70 to get a spare one. Really just avoid this place, not worth a penny

Arriving by car we were quickly admitted to the parking and checked in efficiently by the lovely Victor. Located very close to the station and on one side of the historic area. My room was an apartment, very large with separate rooms. Having a kitchen meant I could make my own breakfast. The location of this place is fantastic. Staff are helpful and all is clean and tidy. A great base to explore the Loire Valley.

Really enjoyed the stay, lovely town. The stay was for an overnight with my wife and two children. Easy walk into town centre. Room was spacious and there were two beds for the children rather than sharing a double for the children.

Rapport qualite prix c'était correct, les chambres, la cuisine etaient propres, il y avait juste une odeur tres tres forte de produit de javel / chimique dans une des chambres donc tres désagréable meme pendant la nuit. A part ca, c'était pratique d'avoir une kitchenette pour prendre le petit dej. Pour cuisiner, c'est quand meme assez petit et peu équipé (les basiques)

Pour 14€, on pourrait s'attendre à autre chose que des mini croissants, des mini pains au chocolat surgelés, une brioche dont il ne reste que les miettes dès 8h30. Il y a toute sorte de sirop, mais que vous ne pourrez mettre que sur du fromage blanc, car il n'y a rien d'autre... Si 3 bouts de fromage et 4 tranches de charcuterie. Ils peuvent se vanter sur leur affiche de lutter contre le gaspillage. En effet, en ne proposant peu de choix, et pas forcément de qualité, on ne risque pas de gâcher. Sincèrement, préférez vous rendre dans une boulangerie, puisqu'en apart'hotel vous disposez d'une cuisine (ne vous inquiétez pas niveau café, vous ne râtez rien).

Les climatiseurs de la chambre étaient en panne, et nous avions des chauffages/ventilateurs d'appoint à la place. Impossible de mettre cela la nuit vu le bruit. Etant en plein hiver, aves des enfants, c'est pas l'ideal.. De plus, il y avait un bar juste en face, dont les clients ne semblent pas pratiquer le dry january, et se mettaient à crier jusque tard dans la nuit. Mauvaise nuit après une journée fatiguante au futuroscope. Piscine et petit dejeuner très bien. Au final très bien cet hotel, mais etant donné qu il etait loin d'etre plein, il aurait été judicieux de nous donner une chanbre sans ces problèmes plutôt que nous dire le matin : ah oui c'est vrai dans cette chambre là... Une ristourne était la moindre des choses.

Nice enough place in itself and great and helpful staff but 2 things got me. First the air conditioning unit leaked water and could not be used or else I would have flooded the room and a technician was not available until after I left the next day (1 night stay). Considering check in was 3pm and I reported this about 4pm this really isn't very good that there is no technician available. Next was the location, though not far from the town centre it's not in a great location but I suppose that's why it's affordable just a note for others to consider if booking

The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers.
