New property so everything was clean and maintained. The concept is set up very à la cart, think Frontier or Spirit airlines. Everything was an extra fee. No coffee available in lobby even during the hours posted that it would be available. Safety wise, area didn’t feel great for a single female traveling alone. Deadbolt lock on room door would not fully engage. Homeless people hanging out in parking lot and around outside area of building. Parking was great. Staff I encountered were friendly

My only frustration was that coffee at the front wasn’t available until 9am. As a guest who stayed only one night (overnight stop on my way somewhere) it was useless to me because I was up early to get on the road. My hunch is people who have an extended stay are already off to work before 9a.
