the Kaiseiki dinner option was fantastic. though its a bit of a walk because hotel is just way too big. :) big and nice rooms.

チェックインするのに1時間近く並ぶ14時チェックインのはずだが結局チェックインは15時になっていた。若い女性のスタッフは忙しくてイライラしていたのかチェックインしている50CM位の距離でボードを投げていた。怖いです。この施設終わってます

部屋は「バス付き」とのことでしたが、実際にはかなり古いタイプのお風呂で、シャワーがありませんでした。浴槽には水とお湯の蛇口が別々にあり、自分で温度を調整してお湯をためる昔ながらのタイプです。一番困ったのは、シャワーヘッド自体がないことです。体を洗うには、桶にお湯を入れて何度も自分にかけるしかありませんでした。もちろん大浴場を利用するという選択肢もありますが、タトゥーのある宿泊者は大浴場を利用できません。そのため、私のように大浴場を利用できない宿泊者にとって、客室に「バス付き」と書かれていてもシャワーがないというのは非常に不便でした。予約時に「バス付き」だけではなく、「シャワーなし」ともっと分かりやすく表示してほしいと思います。

懐かしく利用しました。施設のことを良く知っているので、持ち物などはわかりましたが、初めてだと戸惑うかもしれません。小さなお子さんがいる場合には、実際に利用された方のブログなどを参考にされた方がいいかもしれません。
