Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Schönes Hotel. Tiefgarage vorhanden. Saubere Zimmer, Abends gibts an der Bar Getränke. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann. Morgens bietet das Hotel ein ausreichendes Frühstücksangebot. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der einen Übernachtung

Ouder hotel dat nog redelijk voldoet. Combinatie Douche-bad is moeillijker bij het instappen. Gordijnen in de kamers sluiten niet volledig. Bed comfortabel, maar smal. Uitgebreid en volledig ontbijt, zeker de extra kosten waard. Parkeergarage ziet er wat rommelig uit, betaalbaar. Mogelijkheid om rustig binnen of buiten wat te drinken in de lounges. Goed gelegen naast de hoofdstraat en wandelgebied van de stad.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Alles hat rundherum gepasst. Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen. Für das Auto stand eine hoteleigene, kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel verbracht. Alles hat rundherum gepasst. Hotel ist zentrumsnah gelegen. Für das Auto stand eine hoteleigene, kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Infinitely better than their webpage would have you believe. Really clean and spacious room and a fantastic breakfast to set you up for the next day. The covered outside bar at the front of the hotel is stunning. Parking under the hotel is hassle free and good value. The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town, which is only a 2 minute walk. Lastly, the staff are a joy to behold, nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately I have no idea on the eco credentials of this hotel. Highly recommended

Die Lage ist optimal. Das Auto konnten wir in den 4 Tagen stehen lassen. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Eine der Handtücher im Bad war mit einem grossen Fleck versehen. Das Telefon war nicht eingesteckt, weder im Gerät noch an der Wand. Bei der Reklamation an der Rezeption ( Umtausch Handtuch) bekam ich zwei Gutscheine für jeweils ein Getränk an der Bar. Auf die Frage warum das Telefon nicht eingesteckt ist??!! das passiert beim putzen. Warum steckt man das nicht wieder ein???Komisch ist nur das die Steckdosen oberhalb vom Schreibtisch sind und das Kabel nicht auf dem Boden liegen kann. ok. Habe ich so hingenommen, Gutscheine weggeworfen. Ich brauche keine Gutscheine ich möchte ein sauberes Zimmer, schliesslich bezahlt man dafür.Im Vorhang sind 3 grosse Löcher, die Klimaanlage hinter dem Vorhang ist mit Kaffeflecken bespritzt. Sauberkeit sieht bei mir anders aus.Im Bad ist der Mülleimer defekt, Fusspedal lässt sich nicht treten. Frühstück ist reichhaltig , die Bedienung am ersten Morgen war etwas muffelig. Frühstück unter der Woche bis 10 Uhr. Um 10 nach 10 Uhr wurden wir ( mit uns sass noch ein Paar im Restaurant) aufgefordert zu gehen. Das habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel( und wie reisen viel) so erlebt. Ein no go dem ZAHLENDEM Gast gegenüber. Ob die angegebenen Reklamationen behoben wurden , wird der Gast sehen der Zimmer 206 bezieht.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht richtig geputzt. Bei der Ankunft war der Boden schmutzig, der Türrahmen hatte starke Verschmutzungen. Die Fenster waren sehr staubig und eine Dame an der Rezeption hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag und war unhöflich bei der Ankunft. Die Betten sind nicht für Paare geeignet. Die Betten rutschen auseinander und man muss sich nicht wundern, wenn man plötzlich runterfällt.

selbst für nur eine Nacht eine Katastrophe. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken weil aus der Nachbarschaft sehr laute Bässe zu hören und spüren waren - vermute einen Nacht-Club. Dazu insgesamt eine schummrige Umgebung mit sehr seltsamen Gestalten. Ich war froh, morgens abzureisen.

Perfect location for exploring Trier. A beautiful city with so many interesting buildings. The hotel is lovely and easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking at 12 euros a night is a huge bonus. Public areas are very nice. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Our room was large, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Nothing to fault at all.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, alles ist sehr sauber und neu. ABER: die Türen fallen extrem laut zu und man hört jeden Türfall mit Vibration. Außerdem hat um 06:00 Uhr der Reinigungsservice geklopft. Eine erholsame Nacht sieht anders aus und ich bin nicht lärmempfindlich. Schade.

Obwohl Parkmöglichkeiten angeboten waren, war der öffentliche Parkplatz voll und der Rezeptionist wenig hilfreich. Das Hotel liegt in Fußweite zum wirklich lohnenden Rosengarten.

We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good.

Warum steckt man das nicht wieder ein???Komisch ist nur das die Steckdosen oberhalb vom Schreibtisch sind und das Kabel nicht auf dem Boden liegen kann. ok. Habe ich so hingenommen, Gutscheine weggeworfen. Ich brauche keine Gutscheine ich möchte ein sauberes Zimmer, schliesslich bezahlt man dafür.Im Vorhang sind 3 grosse Löcher, die Klimaanlage hinter dem Vorhang ist mit Kaffeflecken bespritzt. Sauberkeit sieht bei mir anders aus.Im Bad ist der Mülleimer defekt, Fusspedal lässt sich nicht treten. Frühstück ist reichhaltig , die Bedienung am ersten Morgen war etwas muffelig. Frühstück unter der Woche bis 10 Uhr. Um 10 nach 10 Uhr wurden wir ( mit uns sass noch ein Paar im Restaurant) aufgefordert zu gehen. Das habe ich bisher in keinem Hotel( und wie reisen viel) so erlebt. Ein no go dem ZAHLENDEM Gast gegenüber. Ob die angegebenen Reklamationen behoben wurden , wird der Gast sehen der Zimmer 206 bezieht.

Perfect location for exploring Trier. A beautiful city with so many interesting buildings. The hotel is lovely and easy to find. The staff are friendly and helpful. Parking at 12 euros a night is a huge bonus. Public areas are very nice. Breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Our room was large, quiet, very clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Nothing to fault at all.

Helt fantastisk hotel på en perfekt lokation, nemt til gågaden og den gamle bydel og alle seværdighederne indenfor rækkevidde. Rigtig god service og fine rummelige værelser. Fantastisk morgenbuffet med lige det man har brug for, og god bar med alt muligt der kan drikkes.

Ouder hotel dat nog redelijk voldoet. Combinatie Douche-bad is moeillijker bij het instappen. Gordijnen in de kamers sluiten niet volledig. Bed comfortabel, maar smal. Uitgebreid en volledig ontbijt, zeker de extra kosten waard. Parkeergarage ziet er wat rommelig uit, betaalbaar. Mogelijkheid om rustig binnen of buiten wat te drinken in de lounges. Goed gelegen naast de hoofdstraat en wandelgebied van de stad.

We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good.

Hotel was filled with several bus tours making it difficult to use the elevators, lobby and breakfast area. Parking was easy and cheap. Room was okay, clean, had opening windows and an AC. The bathroom was a surprise. The shower tub combo had a massive rain head shower with great water pressue, which was nice after our long day of touring. Breakfast was pricey.
