Ein günstiges Kettenhotel - quadratisch, praktisch, gut. Kein Zimmerschlüssel, sondern ein Zahlenschloss mit Code, kann man nicht verlieren oder versehentlich mit Hause nehmen. Sinnvolle Zimmerausstattung, großer Fernseher, schöne Dusche. Alles sehr sauber, und dazu ein sehr gutes Frühstück, das schnell aufgefüllt wird - mit richtigem Orangensaft. Nachteilig: die Lage, zumindest für Bahnfahrer. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt an der Rückseite des Bahnhofs, aber er gibt leider vom Bahnhof keine Unterführung unter den Gleisen hindurch, der Weg aussenrum ist weit. Dafür gibt es viele Parkplätze für Autos.

Leider hat der Self Check In nicht funktioniert. Daher musste ich an die Rezeption. Erst einmal 10 Minuten warten, da nur ein Schalter geöffnet war. Der Chef hat bei demgeosswn Andrang in seinem Büro geweilt. Dann haben hier bestimmt 20 bis 30 Minuten mit der Frau an der Rezeption unsere Reservierung durchexerziert. Katastrophe! Zuerst wurde uns die falsche Buchung zugeordnet, obwohl ich 4 mal meinen Namen wiederholt hatte. Der Name auf der Reservierung hatte auch ÜBERHAUPT nicht gepasst. Nachdem ich dann deutlich gemacht habe, wie mein eigentlicher Name lautet, sollte ich den vollen Preis bezahlen. Ich hatte doch schon über Expedia bezahlt. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Chef, wurde klar, dass die Auswahl dann doch gepasst hat. Trotzdem musste ich noch einmal Steuern dazuzahlen. Warum ist das nicht bei Expedia enthalten?? Naja, nach ca. 30 Minuten hatten wir dann unser Schlüssel bekommen. Schade, den nächsten Besuch werde ich mir in Trier 2 mal überlegen in diesem Hotel.

Reception was closed upon arrival; apparently a change of schedule that wasn't posted on their website nor communicated to customers. The self -service check in kiosk in the lobby didn't work. At the posted emergency phone number, nobody answered. So wasn't able to check in and had to scramble for a different hotel.

Das Zimmer hat sehr nach kalten Rauch gestunken, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer war! Es stand anscheinend länger leer und war staubig( nicht dreckig).Ich kenne mehrere B&B Hotels,aber das würde ich ich empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber nach der ersten Nacht, wurde nicht einmal gesaugt. Bei 4 Personen wäre es angebracht gewesen. Das Frühstück war für diesen Hotelstandard mehr als angemessen. Was nicht ging, dass nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Wenn man beispielsweise nach Eiern fragte, wurde gesagt, dass man noch auf Lieferung warten würde. Es war aber 2 Tage in Folge so. Außerdem war in der zweiten Nacht eine Gruppe Jugendlicher im Hotel und waren bis ca 3 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Leider hat niemand eingegriffen.

Stanza e ambienti all’ingresso in generale puliti. In stanza le Lenzuola non erano pulite, ho trovato dei capelli dentro le lenzuola e sotto il cuscino A colazione i tavoli erano sporchi. Alle ore 9:00 di sabato mattina ora di punta per la colazione, il cibo era finito e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo più volte aspettando fino alle 9:30. Il pane è arrivato alle 10:00 quando già il tempo per la colazione era terminato. Poca scelta di cibo e concentrato in un piccolo angolo dove la gente deve fare una lunga fila per prendere qualcosa.

Eine Ablage für Duschgel/Shampoo innerhalb der Dusche wäre schön gewesen Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig, im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung der Unterkunft die auf Schallisolierung hinweist.

First, the hotel is directly opposite the station, however there is a rather long walk as the tracks cannot be crossed. Most disappointing was that we decided to cut our stay short. We approached staff at the desk who said it would be no problem, but that we needed to go through hotels.com Having done that, the reply came back several days later to say that the hotel had denied the request! Extremely disappointing.

The property was nice enough, but you must keep in mind that it is a budget-friendly option so some things are lacking. There is no one at the front desk after 10pm. The doors are locked and you can use your code to open them so it is secure, but if you need anything or have questions you have to wait until the next day. Also, our soap dispensers were all empty and then we had to replace them ourselves, but the staff did give us the bottles. You only get room service once per stay. We stated which day we would like room service, but it never happened. We were able to grab fresh towels though. There is a grocery store and Domino's Pizza within walking distance, but no mini fridge or microwave in the room so keep that in mind.

Leider hat der Self Check In nicht funktioniert. Daher musste ich an die Rezeption. Erst einmal 10 Minuten warten, da nur ein Schalter geöffnet war. Der Chef hat bei demgeosswn Andrang in seinem Büro geweilt. Dann haben hier bestimmt 20 bis 30 Minuten mit der Frau an der Rezeption unsere Reservierung durchexerziert. Katastrophe! Zuerst wurde uns die falsche Buchung zugeordnet, obwohl ich 4 mal meinen Namen wiederholt hatte. Der Name auf der Reservierung hatte auch ÜBERHAUPT nicht gepasst. Nachdem ich dann deutlich gemacht habe, wie mein eigentlicher Name lautet, sollte ich den vollen Preis bezahlen. Ich hatte doch schon über Expedia bezahlt. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Chef, wurde klar, dass die Auswahl dann doch gepasst hat. Trotzdem musste ich noch einmal Steuern dazuzahlen. Warum ist das nicht bei Expedia enthalten?? Naja, nach ca. 30 Minuten hatten wir dann unser Schlüssel bekommen. Schade, den nächsten Besuch werde ich mir in Trier 2 mal überlegen in diesem Hotel.

Reception was closed upon arrival; apparently a change of schedule that wasn't posted on their website nor communicated to customers. The self -service check in kiosk in the lobby didn't work. At the posted emergency phone number, nobody answered. So wasn't able to check in and had to scramble for a different hotel.

The distance from the central train station is reported as .09 of one mile. That's true if you are a crow, but I don't fly. The true walking distance is about a mile. And its location just removes you a mile further from the areas important to tourists. I don't know if it's the hotel's fault or that of Hotel.com. All of that said, it's a perfectly comfortable and clean place to stay.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber, das Frühstück durchschnittlich. Um zur Innenstadt oder zum Bahnhof zu gelangen läuft man ca. 1,4km zu Fuß. Der Weg dorthin ist trostlos, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

O hotel tem uma estrutura simples. O elevador não funcionou em nenhum dos 3 dias que estive em Trier. Apesar de ficar próximo da estação ferroviária é preciso dar uma boa volta para chegar no hotel (+ de 1 km). São pouco lugares para comer por perto. Fica a 20 minutos de caminhada do centro histórico de Trier. As roupa de banho poderia ser de melhor qualidade.

Visiblement en manque de personnel, la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 17h. Le ménage n'a pas été fait correctement. Petit-déjeuner buffet insuffisant , plusieurs produits manquaient. Sinon, chambre confortable, calme et literie de bonne qualité. un peu loin du centre ville.

I was there with a friend for a weekend. We walked to the centrum within 15 minutes. I have parked the car in a closed area of the hotel. The parking is paid (12 euro) The way to the centre is very quite. I didn't felt unsafely, but we are 2 guys. The breakfast was ok. The first day I got a sandwich and coffee outside and I paid 10 euros. The second day I did use the breakfast in the hotel (buffet) and this costed also 10 euros. The next time I will have my breakfast in the hotel. The room was clean and more than ok for 2 days.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber nach der ersten Nacht, wurde nicht einmal gesaugt. Bei 4 Personen wäre es angebracht gewesen. Das Frühstück war für diesen Hotelstandard mehr als angemessen. Was nicht ging, dass nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Wenn man beispielsweise nach Eiern fragte, wurde gesagt, dass man noch auf Lieferung warten würde. Es war aber 2 Tage in Folge so. Stanza e ambienti all’ingresso in generale puliti. In stanza le Lenzuola non erano pulite, ho trovato dei capelli dentro le lenzuola e sotto il cuscino A colazione i tavoli erano sporchi. Alle ore 9:00 di sabato mattina ora di punta per la colazione, il cibo era finito e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo più volte aspettando fino alle 9:30. Il pane è arrivato alle 10:00 quando già il tempo per la colazione era terminato. Poca scelta di cibo e concentrato in un piccolo angolo dove la gente deve fare una lunga fila per prendere qualcosa.
