This was an okay hotel, nothing special. We experienced a broken alarm at 2am that caused us to have to move rooms in the middle of the night because staff could not turn it off. We were reimbursed for half our stay, so the hotel did try to compensate for the issue, which was good. The breakfast was not as nice as some hotel continental breakfasts we've experienced, but again, it was okay and we were happy to have it. the pool was clean and cool, but the latch to the pool entrance was broken and would let us in, but not let us re-enter the hotel directly. Instead we had to go out of the pool area and enter through the hotel front entrance. Again, okay but not exceptional.

The hotel was nice but the pool area needs some upgrades and cleaning. The net to clean the pool was visibly broken, which would explain the large presence of bugs and hair floating all around the pool. The pool signs were rusted out and the life preservers were falling apart and thrown in the pool. The rest of the hotel was nice aside from a few things in our room. The bathroom door had massive water damage to the bottom and the tub had a constant and steady flow of drips that couldn’t be shut off. Other than that we enjoyed our overnight stay, but we expected more from a Holiday Inn. They’re usually very nice and clean in every aspect.

Requested a rollaway bed, they did not have one. I contacted the hotel in advance and they did not tell me that I could have booked a suite that had a fold out bed. Breakfast was just average, few healthy choices. Shuttle service to Busch gardens was great

Very nice property with super excellent service from the front desk. Charles was very helpful and shuttled us to and from Busch Gardens. Was nice to get dropped off at the front gate and not have to worry about parking or taking the tram to the parks. Definetly would stay here again. Thank you!

Hotel is not very clean the gym was disgusting and the equipment didn’t work . If you are staying for more than one night you have to request someone to come in and clean.

The girl who checked us in at the desk was super friendly, she did a great job explaining everything. When we got to our room, I needed to shower after travel. The shower had strings of hair in there. Then I noticed spattered on the wall by the doorway entrance below the mirror. The toilet kept messing up. I didn’t want to complain and ruin my boyfriend's birthday trip. But it’s a no for me, I didn’t complain to him not once but I felt like a review was necessary.

Dirty floors and carpets, common areas look like they were never swept before they were mopped based upon the amount of caked debris in every corner. Bathroom in room as well. Look outside and theres either a brothel across the way, or its a drive through drug den. Couldnt turn the TV down past 10. Breakfast - "Ready when you are" was not, in fact, ready when I was. They said 630. Lights were off. Food wss out, all the lids on the steam table werent closed, so half of the hot food was cold. The famous cinnamon rolls were twice baked- obvious from previous day, 1/2 dried up and hard. Pretty poor showing for a room that cost 200 a freaking night.

We booked a two bedroom suite for an overnight stay while we visited Busch Gardens and Howl O Scream. We arrived early on our check in day and Miss Tara kindly arranged for Reggie to take us to the park by shuttle bus. This is a great addition to the hotel service and saved us parking for the day. Rick then collected us at 10pm once we had finished at the Howl O Scream event. Both drivers were excellent and really helpful. The room was lovely and clean, a little ‘tired’ in places and in need of some work but great for an overnight stay and very spacious. It had great kitchen facilities and a huge bathroom (shared). We settled for bed after a long day. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep much at all due to noise from the motel next door, all through the night shouting and cars racing outside. Breakfast was really good - a great selection and we enjoyed everything we had. All fresh and replenished regularly. We loved our trip to Busch gardens and the set up at Holiday Inn was fantastic but not sure we could stay again due to the noise unfortunately.

Hotel overall is in need of a good remodel. There’s a lot of patchwork, rooms smell humid and old. I had requested 2 rooms that communicated and when I arrived I was informed that they don’t have any but one of my rooms had the door inside. A/C was barely cold regardless of the settings, you could hear everything in hallways and others rooms. Lobby floor was always dirty or stained. Best thing was Rick, the shuttle driver. He was lovely!

Checking in was a little confusing to me, but that’s from my own naïve self. My biggest issues were one of my key cards being denied so wasn’t one of my daughters in another room as well. A few other hotel guests that were complaining the same. I also noticed the bathroom Near the pool area was in absolute disarray with towels and paper all over the floor. I get that could’ve happened. Two minutes before I arrived into the bathroom overall was not bad for what it was.

very close to Busche Gardens. However, it was noisy. I'm not sure whether there is any construction going on. Also at midnight, water poured down from the roof above bath tub. So there was leaking somewhere.

Keekee greated us as soon as we came thru the door. Fastest and smoothest checkin I have ever experienced. She was our furst impression and it was an excellent one. The shuttle to and from Bush Gardens was awesome and quick service. We will definitely be staying there again the next time we are in town.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, and it was an awesome experience! Right from the start, the front desk service was amazing, and I have to give a special shoutout to Keke—she was fantastic. This is probably the best bang-for-your-buck hotel near Busch Gardens. The free shuttle service is a huge plus—just call them, and they’ll pick you up from the park and bring you back to the hotel. Super convenient and a great way to avoid parking fees at Busch Gardens. Overall, we had an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this place!

Breakfast is suppose to start at 6:30 but they only had a small portion of the food out and didn’t have all the food out until 7:10am. The biscuits were old not fresh hard as a rock, gravy was very watery, even the sausage and muffins were old,hard. Usually I enjoy Hilton free breakfast but this was the worse .

The front desk staff was phenomenal. We got in late and she welcomed us with smiles. Had a active toddler with us and the lady at the front desk played with her while we were getting checked in. The only downside was the breakfast (didn’t care for it) and my rooms bathroom. There was a brown stain on my bathroom floor and the tub was clogged so when I showered the tub filled with water.
