I called to verify if there was a Jacuzzi on premise the number one request from the wife was make sure absolutely make sure it has a Jacuzzi called you guys said yes great paid for a room got there jacuzzi was down if I would have known I would have just got another hotel I stay with you guys all the time everything else was fine as always but really wish the person would have said that it was down kind of ruined the whole stay other than that no complaints

Everything was good EXCEPT the doors for access from outside did not work. They were not locked. Anyone could enter the hotel through the doors or outside elevator Our room was by that access door and we were a little leary about security We requested someone check it out twice but no one even came to look at it. Nor was it fixed by the time we left Recommend that this issue be corrected for the safety and security of all guests

Came specifically for hot tub and heated pool and upon arrival told heater is broken so no hot tub entrance allowed and pool too cold to swim. I feel ripped off

Not enough staff on bar/restaurant. Bartender running around like crazy doing indoor and outdoor tables. Locals are allowee access to bar, restaurant and pool. I'm paying $300/night and can't get a seat at bar, or have long wait for food, inexcusable. Let the locals come in the slow season (summer) other than then they shouldn't be allowed access unless they have a room!

Housekeeping was incredible. We needed a couple things for the room and they responded immediately several times!!! Facility is showing its age with wear and tear. Lots of rust! Convenient location. Pool crowded with outsiders not guests.

1st night German roaches in the room, so we moved into another room that ended up having ants all over the bed and the bathroom vanity and moved to a 3rd room within less than 24th later. 3rd room didn’t have a pest problem but it wasn’t clean. Dirty handprints all over the mirrors and the bathroom vent wasn’t sealed so you could actually see into the next room! The dining room was filthy, food all over the floors from the night before as if they weren’t swept or mopped after dinner shift. Food also all over the chairs. This wasn’t our first time staying, but it will be the last.

We would not recommend - probably hasn’t been updated since it was built (maybe 1965?). Dirty corridors, stairs and windows. Very rundown. Plumbing, hot water issues. Musty smell overall.

The photos of the room looked much nicer the furniture was worn and all scratched in the bathroom on the shelf. The outside area and surrounding grounds did not have a maintained work elevator and stairs weren't that clean. The long mirror in the bathroom was not cleaned very well it had smudges.

This is a really bad hotell. Rooms are in terrible condition, really worn down. Pool and pool area is dirty. Bathroom hade a strange smell and housekeeping was a no-show during our 4 day stay. It was cheap but definitely not cheap enough

There is a pool side bar that can be loud at night with guests if your room is near it. It can be annoying when trying to go to sleep. In the room, the a/c unit only has 1 fan speed - high, which is too much when trying to sleep at night, and it was loud.

The room ac was not working correctly. More humid in the room than it was outside. Bed had a huge flatspot. Television guide channel did not work so had to flip through the channels, very limited selection, not able to stream to it either. One random chair in the room with the nastiest stain you could imagine, why wouldn't you just throw it away if you're not going to clean it. Left the hotel immediately booked a Marriott down the road for $40more.

First room was filthy and smelled badly of mold,asked to be moved,second room was also filthy,blinds were broken and people could see right into my room,also phone didnt work and i needed it,and ac didnt work,so went to the manager that rolled her eyes and was "sighing" heavily like it was a ordeal,rooms werent extremely cheap,so i asked why the attitude and why being rude etc i am a paying guest!

My. husband, French Bulldog, and I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. I’m going to give an overall 4.5 for the stay. We booked a King Suite and it had plenty of room. The living space and kitchenette made out stay so relaxing because we did not have to “go out or go to bed.” It was clean and well appointed but showed a little aging. The pool and hot tub were absolutely lovely! It felt like a resort there. A wonderful walk-in pool that was large enough to where families did not have to be too close to couples. Win-win! The service was the lower pointt, but only slightly. The person who checked us in wasn’t very friendly and we sat for a long time at the bar with no service. However, we were happy to go out to our old favorites- it was our first time at the hotel, but not the town. We will absolutely come back! The place is smart and cute, and the convenience is real. Excellent food around (Tikka, Star) great amenities, grocery and pet shop around the corner. If you have a pet, this is key.

The hotel was old and run down, although clean. The deadbolt lock didn’t work, furniture was old and visibly cheap and in poor condition.I booked it online and it looked good there. It’s not worth anywhere near the prices of $389.00 for Saturday night and $303.00 for Sunday, I feel like I got ripped off! Would never stay there again or recommend it!

The online check-in process was user-friendly and efficient. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay. While we had initially chosen this hotel due to its advertised pool, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that the pool was out of service due to ongoing renovations. The room we were assigned was spacious, however, our understanding of a kitchenette typically includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and at least a two-burner stove. In this case, the kitchenette only had a mini-fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, which seemed incongruous. Regarding cleanliness, we encountered a significant amount of dirt on the floor, but the rest of the room was impeccably clean. The pull-out bed and the main bed were both comfortable and provided a restful sleep. The hotel's proximity to various beaches and restaurants was convenient, although it is worth noting that many restaurants in the area have early closing times. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we believe that some form of compensation, such as a partial refund or an additional night's stay, would have been appropriate to mitigate the inconvenience caused by the lack of pool access. One particularly concerning issue was the presence of dog feces on the sidewalk and "grass" turf leading to the gym. This posed a health and safety hazard and detracted from the overall cleanliness of the property. Because of the great staff we will stay again.

we pre check-in on line, said we would be there at 3. I know check -in is at 4 like every other hotel, but the rooms are ready early. Our room was ready, but the lady made us sit in the lobby until 4, she left early and another lady check us in and didn't know why she did that to us. We went to the bar to get 2 regular drinks and it was $18.79....never, ever have we paid more than $4 a drink, that was a shock. Other wise she was nice & friendly.

After our first day, there was no hot water for the remainder of our stay. We were told that it was going to be fixed several times(over 5 days) with no change. No communication was made unless we asked what was going on. We were offered complimentary breakfast, but no refund. The staff on the ground were very kind overall but it seemed no manager was to be found. The staff shared that the hot water has been an issue before and seemed like they were not surprised. The rooms were overall clean but the property needed some general cleaning and maintenance. It was obvious that the money spent on the property was in the conference area and lobby as opposed to the actual living areas. The location was good because it was only a few minutes to downtown Venice, but I would not recommend staying there. If management were more responsive I maybe would have rated slightly better.

Just married the day we checked in and i was in contact with the hotel to do something special and they came thru in a big way. A room upgrade to a suite and a charcuterie board with bottle of champagne waiting on us when we checked in. Thank you Ramada staff for making our time special.

Lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude. Not enough towels. Phone and several electoral outlets did not work. The lady at the front desk was the absolute worst!! Did not bring us towels, made us come to the front desk for them. Answers the phone e with a hello so you don’t know if you’re called the correct place. Takes care of people on the phone and ignored people standing right in front of her. She was the absolute worst!! Would not stay here again if it was free. Would definitely pay more to stay at a quality hotel next time we visit the west coast. Came here for my daughter’s 18th birthday and will never be staying again. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible customer service and rooms that are missing essential items for your stay that they make you beg for. Still waiting for her to send someone up to fix my phone even though she lied and told me she would.

We had to wait for 15 minutes just to check in because only one person was working. Once we were checked in we had to walk down a hallway of inside rooms in which the hallway smelled because someone was smoking weed. We went outside because our room was an outside room and the stairway for outside rooms was open to the public. Anyone could have used the stairway. It didn’t feel safe. The room was clean what we could see of it because some light bulbs were burnt out. We won’t be staying here again.

Great location. We’ve stayed multiple times. Can’t beat the pool especially with kids. It’s fantastic. People seem to drink excessively and there was an entitled lady who let her dog run loose in the pool area and even had it in the hot tub. Otherwise, great as always and will continue to stay in the future.

If you are looking for a simple, outdated, place to stay with a great location to the beach and restaurants this was it. The room was outdated but clean ( we stayed in a 1Bedroom). The place was quiet, pool was beautiful, breakfast buffet was cold, overcooked, really awful! We probably won't stay here again...I'll pay a little more for a better Hotel.

Great customer service! Had multiple issues with keys, hot tub was not hot at all but the pool was wonderful. The side we were in was very noisy and smelled terrible. The restaurant and bartender were fantastic though, we’d stay again.

I know Venice was hit with back to back hurricanes, but the hotel did an excellent job in recovering. Manager of the Restaurant did a fantastic job and it has an excellent chef. Food was awesome.
