A really nice pool and grilling area. Parking at your door is really handy. Great value and a nice location to everything Venice has to offer.

You can tell the motel was recently renovated but we were very happy with the room, the kitchenette, the outside chairs, and the pool was clean and very enjoyable! Staff were helpful and accessible. The location was ok but nothing within walking distance unless you cross the busy street. I’d stay there again!!!

The room was clean and shower was roomy. Staff was great and kept us supplied with fresh towels. Loved the pool area.

Room was clean, shower while not powerful, was clean and water was hot. Microwave and coffee machine functioned properly, but ample refrigerator barely cooled below room temperature and no freezer section therein. Air conditioning cooled the room comfortably and provided enough white noise to drown out very noisy commercial traffic from the highway. Also, the outside covered smoking section with two large tables and lighting was excellent, far away from the rooms but the wifi still worked well there. Comfortable beds, plenty of outlets, and no carpeting which is quite a benefit. Only Direct TV available. Good value for the price.
