The pool was ice cold so everyone and their kiddos were in the hot tub. Bed was a rough sleep and the pillows were like doll pillows. Staff were fantastic. Average mid tier hotel. Pet friendly but the $75 fee is wild.

Great customer service. great breakfast lovely rooms and outdoor clearness. Indoor Pool too cold hot tub lukewarm. Hot tub dirty with brown foam on corner. Old brown foam on side0 tile of tub. Chlorine smell too high. Burned eyes damaged hair. Sadly this was the main reason we choose this hotel. Not sure if we will be back.

The hotel is under renovation and the hammering and sawing went on till 7:00 pm. I’m a truck driver and need to sleep for safety and legal reasons. Check in is 3:00pm and I don’t think the noise should continue past that time. Some folks are not there on vacation and stay up late. Some need to sleep shortly after check in. The owner of this hotel was rude and nasty and basically told me tough crap. He told me to go to another hotel and I informed him that because I was out of hours on my log book I couldn’t go anywhere. The place was quiet when I checked in so I guess the workers must have been on a break but when I payed down to sleep the noise began. I was very disappointed with this stay. The week before I stayed there and it was quiet and got the needed sleep.

Older property which needed upgrades. Poor water in shower . Beds were creaky . Then elevator quit and had to carry all bags down 3 flights of stairs . We had a special needs person with us that struggled to get down stairs .

Ample parking place,well lit parking and very Quiet.Room very clean.Excellent full breakfast. Only one thing i was not happy and that is I requested for my recipe for the stay and the person on duty told that it would be sent to me by Email.Till today I have not received my recipe for the amount I paid. The night receptionist was very professional and helpful.

We have stayed here many times because it is close to family that live nearby. The only thing different was that the elevator was not working. We had a room on the 2nd floor so not too bad. The plumbing made a whiny noise.

I would love to share pics of our bed (blood stained mattress), 3rd floor hallway with trash the entire 4 days we stayed, I wiped the bathroom floor with a white washcloth since everything else wasn’t cared for, and not surprised the rag was disgusting & had hair (that didn’t belong to us)! Have a pic of the tile in elevator (disgusting), stainless steel probably never wiped down. Pets were supposed to be on 1st floor… 5 different dogs we witnessed, from small to Big, on 3rd floor barking. Would NEVER recommend this property to anyone!

We were in town for the Pumpkinvine Ride. We chose this hotel for it's moderate price and proximity to the Elkhart Fairgrounds. Unfortunately, the shower had mold all over the ceiling. Didn't make for relaxing shower time. In addition, the was marijuana odor in the common areas, apparently wafting out of someone's room. The hotel floors could have used a spritz of Lysol spray.

I just had surgery and was very upset that the elevator was not working. I was on the third floor asked to move to another room was not able to accommodate.Front desk was extremely busy and she was the only one working. You could tell the place needed to be vacuumed. The stairs were a mess. Many updates are needed.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out was just as easy and staff (a different person than who checked us in) was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and included a nice variety of fruit, oatmeal, breads and muffins, mini waffles, yogurt, cereals, and juices. My only complaint is the noisy bathtub! Yes, every time you move your feet in the tub it creaks as if there's no support under the tub. That also means the person taking a shower in the room above us also had a creaking tub and every time THEY took a step we heard it. Unfortunately they were taking a shower shortly after 5:00a and it was a LONG shower.

I LOVED the high sink in the bathroom. I am 6'4" and usually have to stoop when shaving, which only contributes to my low back pain. The sink was nice and high. I could stand up straight while shaving. That may sound trivial to some, but for me it was great. Same reason I loved the high shower head too.

Though the hotel was nice and breakfast was good, our room was NOT good! Our room was next to the mechanical room and it was noisey! We mentioned to the front desk that our night was not restful and all they said was “sorry.” Not exactly the answer I was looking for!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are clean. The units with a single king bed have a sofa and chair and are exceptionally roomy. I would stay here as my first choice when visiting the Goshen area.

My room was on the 3rd floor and the hallway floor was uneven, the bathroom had spots where the wallpaper was peeling and the shower/tub creaked everytime you moved. We thought we might end up falling through. Over all, the place was clean and the staff was nice. We'll probably use this location again since it was convenient for our trip.

I left a bag with shoes and some clothes in the closet, I was half way home and I called them. They were very nice and said they could send them to me. I was so happy to hear that. I said I would pay for the shipping. This is a place I would tell all my family and friends to go stay. And I will and I will be back for another visit very soon with some ladies for a girls trip.Thank you!!5 Stars

They literally booked our room out from under us absolutely absurd! We drove 5hrs to this hotel after working all day were standing in the lobby suitcase and food in hand and RUDE Tito or whatever his name was arguing with someone on the phone using profanity and tells me OH Sorry we had a basketball team come and they took your room! I had no idea this hotel was a First come First Serve ! I literally have and tried to show this guy my confirmation and nope didn't care just said he could put us in A king bed with pull out couch so obviously we had ZERO choice since a refund was not allowed (hotel Policy) i was just going to be out $112 dollars oh then every 20mins the phone in the room would ring once and hang up had to unplug it. The shower was horrible and I'm not picky person but im telling you this place is a joke i want my money back for this ridiculous experience and horrible service

These people overbooked the hotel and bumped me out of a room. I had called earlier in the day and and confirmed my room was booked for me. When I arrived after a 7 hour drive, I didn’t have a room. They didn’t even try to find me a room near by. Had to drive an hour away to stay the night. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I will think twice before staying at another Hampton Inn in the future.

The hotel was nice but because i don't travel alot i notice things that other people miss. The room was clean but the window on the outside was dirty making it hard to see out. Our room was on the back side so there was no view. Trains running through town every half hour all night kept us awake. The pool was nice but could use cleaning as We noticed a ring around the top of the hot tub and pool. But the water was clear. I would not recommend staying here unless you are a fan of train whistles every half hour all night long. The staff was friendly though and the room itself was clean.

Nice neighborhood, quiet area. Good breakfast. Nice large lobby for visiting. The tables in the breakfast area were a little sticky feeling so we wiped them down but it didn’t help.

Nice that it was back from the main Highway. There are a lot of trains that go past most of the hotels. This one is pet friendly and I happened to have a barking dog across the hall after midnight. I could also hear the gentlemen in the adjoining room snoring the next night. Breakfast bar was spacious and well stocked.

While the hotel was clean, the building is poorly constructed. The floor in our room was creaky (undoubtedly disturbing the people below us). The breakfast area was poorly laid out with insufficient space. There is one long table and several very small tables. At 7:30 on a Saturday morning, there was no where for my family of four to sit. The breakfast on our first morning was fine, but worse than terrible on the second. All things considered, this Hampton has room for improvement.

Hotel is looking very tired. Booked a suite and the room was very spacious but extremely sparse. Fixtures such as the jacuzzi needed replacing. Was very noisy outside and inside the hotel. Breakfast was very poor and on one day completely inedible - all of the breads were still frozen. Would look to stay elsewhere next time.

This hotel doesn't live up to Hilton standards. Indoor pool was ice cold and very dirty. Rooms are warm down and need overhauled. Counter staff was very friendly however the kitchen help should be replaced. My grandbaby spilled a glass of juice and the kitchen lady handed me the mop. Breakfast was horrible and cold. Muffins were stale and the bananas were so green you couldn't peel them. Have stayed all over in Hilton hotels throughout the US and this one was by far not very good
