I was extremely disappointed in our stay. Our room was not cleaned well. We found an empty wine box on the floor when we walked into our room, the beds looked like children made them, and we were lacking in both towels and pillows. We booked a room with two queens and were given 2 full size towels. Each bed had 2.5 pillows on them. You may be curious at the “.5,” and trust me, so was I. I guess the pillows were so broken down, they folded them in half inside the pillowcase to make a half pillow. All of the pillows were crap. They were like the suggestion of a pillow, like an idea of what a pillow might be one day when it grows up…the la croix version of a pillow, if you will. The beds were uncomfortable too so we can’t leave them out. One was more uncomfortable than the other which we later figured out it was because the bed or the box spring was busted underneath. The other bed was just old and worn out. The staff who checked us in was helpful, but it stops there. At one point, my husband went to the front desk to ask for additional towels and was told “well, I’ll see if we have any” with quite a bit of attitude. At one point, I received a text asking us to rate our stay from 1-5 to which I responded “2.” I then had someone on staff respond asking if they could discuss with me, we set up a time, and they never called. So I don’t think it mattered that much to them. I would have changed hotels if not a huge hassle. I just won’t ever stay here again. Pool was nice though.

Not super clean. Check-in was a nightmare because apparently to open the door to your room you have to pull the handle up….unlike any other hotel and somehow the employee at the front didn’t know that. I was informed by another guest. One elevator was down and the other sounded like I should have been down.

Room had a crack in the sink and spraying drain water on the floor ie your feet. After notifying staff, they said they were aware and didn’t put the room out of service, or move us.
