The hotel is neat and clean. Good staff communicating in both languages. Paid parking is available two minutes of walk C$15 for 24 hours If the operator is not available at the parking, just leave your car and pay it while you leave

The cove was good except for parking the room was nice and clean, and the staff friendly

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cove. It's rare to find a hotel away from the touristy old port area. The Plateau are is full of great restaurants and shops in close walking distance. The apart hotel aspect of the Cove made our stay really comfortable. Will be back!

Pros: location is perfect, in a very cool area with lots of great bars, shops and places to eat - also metro station is 5 mins away, 4/5 stops and you’re in the centre of old Montreal. Apartments are generally good with all the facilities you need including washer/dryer. Cons: Our first stay was good but on our second stay we had a broken bed - the hotel only has young kids on reception so don’t expect any issues to be resolved. After waiting 3/4 hours to see if it was getting fixed we had to spend the night in a room with a broken bed as there were no other apartments available and they wouldn’t/couldn’t fix it. Really poor customer service from management - they wouldn’t even speak to us and left the poor girl on reception to manage everything. It’s left a really sour taste and it’s a shame as it has everything else going for it.

Chambre propre, bonne literie, la cuisine permet de se faire à manger et conserver les aliments au frais, et d’avoir lave vaisselle, lave linge et sèche linge à été une belle surprise très pratique . Le seul point négatif c’est le sol qui est froid . Ce côté béton ciré /carrelage il faudrait des chaussons, ce serait plus chaleureux (après une journée de visite, le premier règlexe s’est d’enlever ses chaussures, et là la détente ne peut pas se faire vu le sol froid que cela donne - dommage)
