Merida Inn & Suites

I believe they are renting out rooms by the month to people. It was a kind of shady. But our brain was awesome cold AC whirlpool bathtub however it did not work, but it was still a really big soaking tub. Really not sure why I gave it four stars. I just try and be nice. I went back and changed it to three.

Air conditioning was not working, they fixed later, room was good clean

We stayed one night and we are so unhappy! Our room was so dirty....didnt notice it until later as we were walking across the floor...it felt sticky under my socks so i took a wet paper towel to wipe the floor and the floor was so nasty...my husband had to throw away his white socks...they were so black with dirt!! It was too late to find somewhere to stay so I cleaned the nasty floors myself and to bed!! Im so disgusted! Also the bath mat had hair all over it and black stuff came out of the jets in the jacuzzi tub!! And the room stayed stuffy and hot because the air conditioning did not work properly! No phone in the room to call and office door always locked and no one answers the door if you need help with anything..to be honest I think they are running some kind of scam!
