The rooms are very nice and comfortable plus the hotel is a 10 minute walk to Terminal 1. The tramway also passes right in front of the resort which you can use for accessing the terminal. The hotel also has laundry facilities and a nice bar.

Novitel suites à proximité de l aéroport de Nice. Chambre vaste (30m2), nous étions trois et très à l’aise. Chambre très propre, avec salle de bains ( baignoire et douche), très propre. Un seul hic pour ceux qui viennent en voiture ; aucune garantie de place de stationnement dans le Q - parc jouxtant l’hôtel- qu ‘il faut réserver sur leur site au moins une semaine à l’avance. Sinon séjour parfait au Novitel et mention pour leur petit déjeuner !!

The location is excellent. The tram to get to the airport is around the bldg and follow the track. The travel is FREE to the airport. Aside from that, the room is comfortable and the hotel has a small gym. Front desk is very professional.

Séjour agréable, le parking par contre n’est pas pratique ( 2 cartes pour sortir, et pour qu’au final elles soient invalides ) donc retour à la réception de l’hôtel. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne les parties communes : il y avait de la vaisselle par terre devant les portes de chambre. Personnel très sympathique.

Titel: Keine vier Sterne wert – sehr enttäuschend Bewertung: Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und hat sich wirklich bemüht, uns zu helfen – das war das einzig Positive. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber alles andere war enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe: kaum Auswahl, kein Geschmack, die Tische schmutzig, und es fand direkt an der Rezeption statt. Es war laut, unorganisiert, und Kinder liefen barfuß herum und griffen an die Speisen, ohne dass jemand vom Personal reagierte. Insgesamt machte der Bereich einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck. Das Hotel liegt außerdem weit außerhalb, und obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht hatten, war davon nichts zu sehen. Beim Betreten roch es im ganzen Haus unangenehm. Für uns war der Aufenthalt leider eine große Enttäuschung. Dieses Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einem vier Sterne Standard und ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Clean and comfortable hotel and i loved the fact that the bathroom had a proper bath and a separate shower too. Room was spacious. Staff were very helpful. Getting around was very easy as the transport links near the hotel are great. Consudering hotel close to the airport, with windows closed I was not dusturbed at all. I would stay at this hotel again, lovely.

Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer mit Badezimmer, Hygiene lässt leider sehr zu wünschen zu übrig (Kaffeevollautomat und Wasserspender sehr schmutzig, keine Serviette um das Brot/ Baguette zu schneiden, Auswahl vom Frühstücksbuffet ist ok aber trotzdem zu teuer für das was man bekommt! Insgesamt war eine Nacht mit Frühstück viel zu teuer

A good property to stay at when you need a night in Nice and have an early departing flight the next morning. Our bathroom shower in our room has a design fault. The water travels all over the bathroom as the shower is at the same floor level as the entire bathroom space. There is no enclosed shower or tiled hob to keep the water from your shower in the shower area to drain. If you are not careful you could flood your entire room.

Clean room, cool concept. Very green and environmentally friendly. Only downside was somewhat cramped toilet (If you've been to Japan, you'll know what I mean). And the light would go off in the toilet room every 5 minutes or so. But the shower and bathtub were great. And great view too for a good price. Lots of ammenities in the room like a Microwave and big fridge

Great hotel for families. Close to the airport, and close enough to Parc Phoenix that you can hear the Peacocks. On the down side, the hotel does not provide basic kitchen staples such as plates, glasses and utensils.

Thé room is a very comfortable space. However the beds are soft and not very good for sleeping. The drinking cups are all paper not glass there is no water in the room for drinking only down the hall can you fill a bottle. There is no longer transport to the airport.

Very unfriendly stuff, no smile, small talk or even good morning during breakfast, or any other time of the day, one morning two people at the reception which I assume one of them was a manger of some sort were staring at my husband and talking to each other other, while my husband was preparing the table for me and my kids (we were walking from the elevator to the table), it was very rude and uncomfortable. On day 3 we ran out of soap and no one bothered to check, the beds are uncomfortable I had back pain throughout my stay, there is no access from paid parking to the rooms. And finally the area around hotel is not very nice.

This hotel is great and very close to the Nice Airport, which is accessible via a quick tram ride from stop just outside hotel. We stayed here the night we arrived from United States, and the night before we left to return home. Location is great. Public transportation available right outside. Quick ride to old town Nice. Breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Great service by all staff, very friendly and welcoming, speaking good english. Rooms are spacious for 2 or 4 people and were clean and fairly modern. About 15 min walk from the airport, easy to reach. Right next to tramstop for easy access to the city. Decent breakfast, reasonably priced.

Excellent location!! The hotel is located 10 minute tram ride from the airport and 15 minutes away from centre of Nice. National Rail SNCF is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. (Nice St Augustin station) which you can teavel to Monte Carlo or towards Cannes The hotel offered excellent service from checking to breakfast, followed by a nice relaxed atmosphere after a long day out. Plus point for having a day bed for my child and not a sofa bed. I will be staying there again.

Negatives: expedia gives the hotel 4 stars. The breakfast was not upto what we would consider 4stars. Limited selection and quality of hot food was poor. So much that 1 day they served burnt food with all bacon burnt to a black crisp. Thinking this was fine to serve told what they think of customers. Location is bad and good. Nothing around it at all. Have to get tram to go in town each time. Takes about 20mins each way and if with family, this cost piles up very easily. Our rooms had sink fridge and microwave but no utentils or cutlery at all. Do they seriously expect people to bring their own. No milk pods for tea. Positives: the rooms are bigger than usual hotel rooms. Beds are large and has a day bed too. Separate toilet and shower room is a great plus, unusual in hotels, good idea. Has bath and shower. Foldable dinig table great idea. Likely not get many hotels in Nice with this room size. Location is good to get to airport. Easy 15min walk to Terminal 1. Swimming pool was nice, small but wasnt too busy. They have deal with parking lot provider next door to hotel so thats good. Was 16EU per day. Overall its a nice hotel, but not 4 star in my opinion. It has a pool and big rooms but let down by dining options and breakfast. We were told by 1 staff there was no food option in evening then told by another there is pizza they can make so wasnt sure what to believe. Hotel is good to be used as a base.

Komfortabel suite. God madras og hovedpuder, men smal seng til 2. Morgenmad ok men for dyr i forhold til udvalget. Der er kun få forretninger og restauranter i nærheden. En del støj fra trafikken, men ruderne tog den værste støj.
