We just stayed one day/Evening and this hotel was the best one of all. It is roomy, Modern and easy to find. However, the parking is very difficult so we had to pull up to the front door and the valet not only took our luggage but parked our car. Excellent service. They also have a great pool outside and inside.

This is a beautiful and first-rate hotel. I'm baffled by reviews here complaining of poor maintenance, as we found everything in perfect repair and spotlessly clean. Our room was wonderful. My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi wasn't hot enough to really be therapeutic. The steam room was a great amenity. The breakfast buffet was extensive, e.g., 7 different kinds of good Potugese cheeses, and we thought our dinner in the restaurant was quite good. If the price fits your budget, this is a great choice in Évora.

This is a clean and nice property in a good location, with a lovely pool and the common areas are quite nice. But the rooms are tired and not well appointed--especially for a "Palace Suite". We were located with windows out to an alley at street level. Not very lovely! The service was non existent. We were, at check in not shown the facilities and simply escorted to our room without explanation of the facilities. Would definitely not stay here again, nor would we recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property with amazing spa facilities. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have enjoyed. Very clean and spacious bedrooms with balconies. Great view of Roman structures. Bed could have been more comfortable, but that was the only thing I would have changed. Great overall.

Property was perfect! Loved the location and the pool was a wonderful oasis on a very hot day in Evora! Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff could not be more friendly & helpful. Restaurant and Bar on the premises were both lovely. Will definitely book again!

Nice hotel but starting to be a bit dated which at that price point is not acceptable. Alarm clocks, technology is not compatible with today’s devices. Pool area was nice but again should be elevated that their price point.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with good recommendations and even helped us book tours. The hotel is located on the outskirts within the aqueducts but an easy 10 min walk to the main square and restaurants. Very happy we stayed there.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Evora. Could walk to the center of town in about 5 to 10 minutes. Rooms were great. Had a bathtub and a separate stand up shower which was great to have. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived before check in and left our bags with very specific instructions that 1 backpack had 2 open wine bottles, it was fragile and needed to stay upright. Miguel the bellman said, "All i need to know is its fragile!" 2 hours later we returned to check in and upon entering our room we see the bag is laid down and wine is not only soaking everything in the bag (jewelery, makeup, toiletries, it spilled and over the desk and floor. Took us multiple trips to the front desk to get properly cleaned in the room. No similar room available to move us too. Spent hours cleaning up the mess. Hotel manager on our 2nd day said, "my staff tells me he left the bag upright, so all I will offer you is 1 bottle of wine up to 25 euro from our bar". So be warned they take zero responsibility if anything happens during your stay. ALSO note not a 5 star hotel- very dated and bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable, only 1 pillow, bathroom counter veneer was bubbling up , many staff seemed very unhappy to the point of rude. The bartender was friendly and nice, and Stephan the bellman seemed nice. We had garden view, and the view was lovely, watched pigeons bathing in the swimming pool constantly. Worst hotel we stayed at in Portugal.

Almost the worst breakfast service we have ever experienced. Coffee was only available by ordering it from a server. After waiting 10-15 minutes for a server to come to our table, we finally had to get up and find one to help us. The coffee came soon after ordering, but 30 minutes after ordering eggs they had not come. Again we had to find a server ask them about it. Another five minutes later barely warm eggs arrived

This was a last minute booking as we road tripped it through Portugal and we couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is lovely and the staff was great. The location is within the city walls which was excellent for walking everywhere. We loved Evora and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a terrific property at the entrance to the wonderful walled city of Evora. The room, the breakfast and hotel in general was excellent. We didn't really use the pool and grounds on our short stay but they looked really great. All in all a very good hotel to stay in for some luxury

Love the town and this hotel. Rooms are spacious, stylish and clean. I am not a big fan of hotel restaurants in general, but there were limited options the first night we were there. Turns out that was a good thing as this was one of the finest meals we had during our trip. We really enjoyed our late afternoon pool time, and the nice breakfast buffet in the mornings too.

This was a lovely hotel a great pool & good size rooms but just not quite achieving its potential. A stunning view with a delightful terrace yet breakfast served in soulless windowless room. It felt like staying in a travel lodge with better amenities. We walked 5mins for dinner in a fantastic local restaurant & the town is beautiful- returning for a swim after exploring was wonderful however.
