Ideale ligging, bij de Sé, in de benedenstad, dicht bij de drukke wandel-winkelstraat. Mooi hotel, zoals je van een Vincci verwacht. Excellent ontbijt. Vriendelijke service. Er is geen parking, ze hebben een deal met een parking die toch 10 minuten stappen is. Bij mooi weer en met jonge benen geen probleem, maar hou er toch rekening mee.

We thought the hotel was in the perfect location! It was nicely decorated, and the staff were great. Kawan at the bar is the best!! Great bartender, friendly and knowledgeable-he made our stay ten times better. The rooms was fine for the space…a little small but we are used to that in Europe. Overall-we would return!

Pros: Location, Walkable. Hotel is very close to Commercial Square, easily walkable across Baixa and a short trek to Chiado and Alfama (both uphill from Baixa). Staff was quite friendly. Cons: * Extremely small rooms, even for downtown. * Smelly room. We got 2 rooms, one was okay and the other was smelly. Informed front desk. * No parking. We knew about this going in, so not a complaint, but just something travelers should know. Parking is a 12-15 min walk away from the hotel and costs EUR 25 per night extra. * Kinda noisy at night generally. We were here for New Year’s, so was obviously super noisy with thousands of people in Commercial Sq and surrounding streets!

Your description of this hotel clearly states that parking is available, and it is NOT. We arrived by car and there were no spaces available at ANY of the lots the staff recommended. We had to drive several blocks away when we do NOT know the city at all. We specifically chose this hotel for the parking and location and it was all extremely stressful. I will not trust nor recommend Expedia again.

Great breakfast. Clean. Good location. Friendly staff. Elevator broken and room lights didn’t work. Poor travel advice from front desk persuaded to change our travel but the advice meant our trip took twice as long and we missed our train and had to wait 4 more hours

This place was located in the heart of Lisbon. Walking distance to many great sites, restaurants and shopping. I loved that. The staff was very helpful and kind. I was a bit underwhelmed with the room itself vs price we paid compared to others we stayed at. We enjoyed having an expresso maker in room. That was awesome. Appreciated the opportunity to borrow towels to use at beach and have access to sister hotel pool. Being an expedia VIP member gave us a free choice of coffee, wine or beer during our stay.

This is my second time staying at this Hotel, the staff are amazing, the first time it was excellent and enjoyed my stay, the second time wasn’t as good, the room had a strong mould smell that made me sick all night and i found a small cockroach in the bathroom. Other than that this Hotel is amazing

This was a well located hotel for our first visit to Lisbon. The room was small and only a tiny closet so dont expect to be able to unpack anything. We asked for help with restaurants but the reception staff generally did not seem to want to help. The exception being the bar tender who was very helpful. On our last day the room was not serviced despite us being out all day. We asked for and received clean towels. Check out was very slow. I had asked the night before about a bike race and road closures which we could predict seeing the event being set up. The staff knew nothing yet on check out the roads were closed causing a lot of stress for everyone checking out. Overall not a great experience

The hotel is extremely clean from the time you step into the Lobby. Rooms and washrooms were new and clean. Excellent beds that are very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and explained with a map where to park. They surprised me with dessert and champagne since it was my Birthday stay. The location is very convenient. A quick walk to Alfama, Praca do Comercio & Rua Augusta.

Convenient location. Courteous & friendly staff. Everything was great except the used sanitary pad we found in bathroom’s trashcan. It was not a big deal to me so I didn’t bring it up to the front desk. Overall, we had a great time in Lisboa.

Hotel Vincci is in a great location, the staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive to my needs. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. Housekeeping always did an amazing job with tidying the room, I’d definitely stay here again!

Bra läge centralt i Lissabon. Trots en livlig omgivning så var det tyst och lugnt på rummet. Sköna sängar. Frukosten var bra. Det mesta fanns att tillgå. Enda negativa var badrummet med ett väldigt halt badkar i plast och med hög kant. Lätt att halka.

Was a great location as we pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and quiet and well equipped for our stay. Only down side was we were not able to control the temperature in our room. It became quite stuffy at times. Overal a great place to stay. We would definitely stay there again.

AWESOME LOCATION AND STAFF! Only issue is that the room is potentially the most dangerous hotel I have stayed at, due to many poor design issues. Examples: bathroom door is made of mirror glass that swings both ways. Easy to get hit the head at night. It hits toilet when opening inward. Could shatter the glass. Bathtub/shower and floor extremely slippery. Bathtub sides VERY tall, making it hard to safely enter & exit. The large tv (nice) is on the wall in front of bed with only a narrow passage between the wall and bed. Very easy to hit your head on tv. BUT, THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION AND AWESOME STAFF. JUST BE CAREFUL IN ROOM.

The staff was great, especially the front desk staff. The first night we had no AC in the room. Also the bathrooms have no bidets. Very small area to hang clothes (2 or 3 items at most). Shower had no hand rails anywhere and all mirrors. A bit slippery. Breakfast very good

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of Lisbon. The staff could have been more accommodating and allows us to check in 1hour early instead of sitting in the lobby , our room was ready and it did not appear to be booked. Being accommodating would have given them a better rating.

This hotel is in Baixa just steps from Plaza do Comercio where the Rua Augusta Arch which gives way to the boulevard Rua Augusta, the most prominent boulevard in Baixa. Also steps from the Carmo (Sta Justa Lift). Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Close to main landmarks. The hotel is very nice, most importantly very quiet at night. Great experience. Paula was amazing helper and very courteus.

Ubicación inmejorable. En pleno centro, fuimos andando a todos los sitios, y está rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Al lado de la Praça de Comercio donde se puede coger el tranvía a Belem. El servicio excelente y los desayunos muy buenos. Todo el personal del hotel fue muy amable. Comimos en el restaurante a mediodía uno de los días y la comida estaba buenísima, por un buen precio (el arroz con pulpo muy recomendable!). Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel para visitar Lisboa.

The hotel is incredibly convenient to the harbor and many of the sights in Alfama and Baixa. The rooms are small but efficient if you only plan to sleep there. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was unremarkable. Service was very good.

Great location, walk to all the restaurants and shopping, close to the water. Room was nice, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had tons of options and you can order eggs the way you like them. Nespresso and mini fridge in the room. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Lisbon.
