Very close to boardwalk and the beach. Night club noise is audible and tolerable for me. Great location, restaurant in property. Very kind staff.

Las vistas desde la habitación, espectaculares. Acceso directo a la playa. Playa ventosa. La habitación muy amplia. El cristal del ventanal estaba sucio. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El desayuno era muy variado pero poco sabroso. Por la noche me quise dar un baño y no funcionaba el agua caliente. Para aparcar, bastante bien. En la calle se puede aparcar gratis. Aunque en fin de semana puede costar un poco encontrar sitio porque está a tope.

A los que trabajan en el hotel no les hace mucha gracia que se reserve con Expedia, empezando por ahí el trato no es para nada agradable, me dieron una habitación que eso parecía una caja, no tenía nada de luz natural ni ventanas, en la primera planta sin ascensor, según ellos estropeado ( vale un día o día te lo compro, pero que hablé con más personas y lleva estropeado mucho más tiempo. De la bañera salía más agua que de la ducha. En fin… que para nada volvería

Ligging is geweldig, kwaliteit prijsverhouding wel kloppend. Geen luxe hotel, maar ook niet duur. Wij hadden kamer zonder raam, erg donker. 24 uur oer dag airco aan. Niet erg sfeervol, kille verlichting. Wel keurig schoon! Minibar met aangekoekt ijs, weinig inhoud, niet automatisch bijgevuld en geen flesopener op de kamer ook niet na vraag bij receptie. Gied bed, prima douche. Lift was regelmatig defect dus met koffers de trap af twee etages. Ontbijt basic, kwaliteit prima maar slecht bij gevuld. Steeds om vragen. Personeel behulpzaamheid en vriendelijkheid sterk wisselend. Sommigen straalden duidelijk uit geen plezier in het werk te hebben (lomp, traag en onvriendelijk), maar anderen juist wel weer behulpzaam en vriendelijk....

Von der Suite toller Ausblick auf Strand und Meer inkl. Sonnenaufgang. Zimmer immer sauber und täglich frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Straßenbahn- und Busstation gleich in Hotelnähe. Dadurch praktische Anbindung zur Altstadt. Rezeption immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hotel verfügt über eigenes Restaurant. Auch sonst viele Lokale in der Nähe. Direkt an der schöne Strandpromenade.

Sehr gut zentral gelegen. Direkt am Strand, dicht zu den Konzerten im Hafen, 4 min. zur Metro und nur 3 km vom Zentrum. Unsere Suite war sehr größzügig mit 47 qm.

Très grand pour 2 personnes, bien équipé, 2 salles de bain et cuisine fonctionnelle, personnel bien formé et disponible. Proximité tram et parking à côté.

This is my favorite Budget Hotel in valencia. I've seen several times over several years and always had beautiful service, impeccable cleanliness, and an enviable walk to the beach. The area is safe and accessible. I will be back every chance I can. And Diana at the reception is one of the best people I've met. Her service was incredible.

Der Geruch im Zimmer war leider schrecklich. Jedoch war das Personal sehr nett das Frühstück sehr gut und die Lage traumhaft.

Super Lage, ansich schönes Appartement mit tollem Meerblick, gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal, super Frühstück, viele Restaurants direkt nebenan. Leider war das Appartement nicht sauber, insbesondere Küche. Trotz Hinweis, dass die Küche von den vorherigen Gästen völlig verdreckt war (Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe), wurde nichts unternommen. Teilweise in sehr desolaten Zustand, Balkontür ließ sich nicht verschließen. Gerade in Corona-Zeiten hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit erwartet.

Basic apartment- + lots of space and very close to beach - very bad smells from drains

La estancia ha sido perfecta. Súper limpio.Personal atentísimo. Han hecho todo lo que estaba en sus manos para facilitarnos todo. Repetiremos.Hotel de 10.

A bit more unclean than I would expect for the cost and advertising. Dirty blinds, hair in the bathroom, smashed bugs on the walls/ceiling, debri on the terrace, dirty light switches, burnt out light bulbs. 24/7 reception offered but short and rude when asking about drinking water.

The room exceeded our expectations! We loved our stay in the penthouse and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant

La ubicacion es ideal, los cuartos muy amplios, si acaso solo un poco incómodo que las duchas estén completamente abiertas y se sale toda el agua.

The window in bedroom was looking out on corridor area rather than any sea or buildings or park view if I go again ask for a sea view room lovely and housekeeping excellent very comfortable Air conditioning vrry much appreciate The dining aspect was strange anyone staying in the hotel were seated at the back of restaurant and given a set menu whereas anyone who came in for food had a much bigger choice and got to sit outside or at least with a sea view what a pity Id say charge a bit more if necessary and treat everyone the same Reception staff very helped, dining staff ok On the whole lovely place to stay just a pity no supermarket close by the one that is near is a good 15 mins walk and very hot for walking Fridge in bedroom wonderful and thanks for water and coffee machine for all kinds of hot drinks

Buena ubicación, buena atención del personal del hotel y del restaurante. Una pega, cuando llegamos el viernes no funcionaba la TV y no han sido capaces en viernes, sábado y domingo de arreglar dicho problema.

It is a very good location to go to the beach, the only thing is that most rooms don't have natural light, be sure to get a suite or something if you want to get sunlight!

Correct for one night due to the location close to the beach. Impossible to rest due to noisy area, loud music until 4am on a weekday, and very noisy air conditioner machine inside and outside the room. We were in a room without any natural light and a ridiculous window. Best thing the staff, kind and helpful.

My request for a room away from a lift was totally ignored and I was given one right next to one. Luckily the lift was not too noisy and could not be heard through ear plugs. My room was large with bare stone floors and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was wonderful.. very spacious sink unit, nice shower and bidet. The tv had no channel in English and to use the safe involved walking inside a wardrobe with restricted space and no lighting at all- totally ridiculous location for such and the use of a torch was needed. on arrival a form had to be signed acknowledging that any damage caused had to be paid for. I therefore had to point out that my room had cracked window panes..and these were sitting inside rusting frames. The staff in general were unaccommodating, vague and non communicative with necessary information. I learnt that cooked eggs at breakfast had to be requested by looking at another guest's plate! On my last day breakfast was late starting and I was asked to keep out of the restaurant at the same time a guest was inside it on the previous day. All in all I wouldn't recommend.

The ABOSOLUTE WORST hotel experience that we've had. The hotel part was full we were given a 2bd/2ba apartment without our agreement. The apt was spacious but sterile. It had a separate entrance from the hotel. The only way to contact the front desk was to go to hotel part in person as there were no hotel phones. There were air fresheners everywhere (rooms, hallways, elevators) that automatically sprayed a very strong scent. The hallways were pitch black during the night as the lights automatically went out, so you had to fumble to find the light switch before entering. On the first night, my daughter got a burn from the shower faucet because the water was so hot. When I took my shower, the water was cold. The front desk was of no help (I'll call and maybe a few days.), We learned to not touch the shower faucet and take short warm showers. There was a twin bed that collapsed when my daughter sat on it (it was missing almost 1/2 the slats). The person at the front desk just replaced one of the fallen slats and didn't offer any apologies/explanation. We woke up to multiple mosquito bites on our faces and arms (had to buy deet and spray it on our beds each night). We probably killed/smash half a dozen mosquitos. There was also a dead cockroach in front of the elevator. Also, we were told that we had to take out the trash to the large city trash bins in the street. There are no maid service to the apt. When we complained, the front desk was of no help & no follow-up. AVOID!!!!!

the front desk was awesome - very helpful & friendly the restaurant staff was very rude & unresponsive my room was wonderful......except I had NO windows overall good, but those couple of things would have made this stay fantastic

The staff could not have been more helpful! The amazing women at the reception desk all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The apartment space was just what the doctor ordered after a couple of long travel days. WILL RETURN SOON!!

They lock me out of the hotel after 11 and make you text/call the maintenance man to get in. it was weird. Ive never experienced that at a hotel before.

The property itself was nice and spacious. What really impacted our stay was the terribly loud music from a nearby venue. Music started in late afternoon and got increasingly loud until about 3:00 a.m. Even with the storm shutters down it was impossible to sleep. Oddly, there were very few patrons at the music venue. Often the same song would be played repeatedly. If you want to stay out all night and party, this property may be the right fit. If you expect to sleep, I would look elsewhere.

It was a great location, literally on the beach front, extremely close to other restaurants, hotels and a good range of eateries. Also clise to a taxi rank, information oint, the marina, a park for children, bus and metro (tram) stops. Those are the pros, the cons are that it is equally close to a noisy party club which goes from around 2pm in the afternoon to dome unearthly time is the morning. Fireworks at 2.39am and the racket from this club lead to many disturbed nights of sleep. No fault of the hotel, but soundproofed the windows are not as advertised. It was the only negative thing about the trip. Room was ok no coffee machine as advertised in the picture, breakfast was ok but some items need to be covered away from the flies that come for breakfast too. The cold meat, cakes, pastries and bread rolls being victims. I avoided most of these which was a shame. Luckily i had checked reviews of the hotel and knew i could order a fried or scrambled egg but no one told me this there. No staff was rude, everyone friendly and helpful. I didnt use the restaurant. Lucky i have previously read reviews about the noisy club and broght earplugs but it was still louder than expected and disturbed me

Love to stay at the beach. Great view of beach. Easy to take long walks on beach or boulevard. Many different dining options. Hotels restaurant also a great option. Ale hop near by for easy shopping, beach and other accessories available. Bus stop short distance from hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and great location. Only complaint, loud music from restaurant on port could be heard from room all night. We have and will go back.

Hotel bien situé en bordure des plages et à proximité du port de plaisance. Chambre très spacieuse, propre et confortable avec vue panoramique sur la plage. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et très correct. Un seul bémol : le restaurant propose un menu du jour. Il y avait plusieurs paellas et arroces mais pas disponibles pour une personne seule. Peu d'autres choix disponibles. J'aurais tellement souhaité goûté la "famosa paella valenciana".
