The room was clean, spacious and more importantly quiet. The spare bed for the extra guest was a bit on the hard side and not as comfortable, but that's a minor point. The information on the booking site actually had false and incorrect information about free parking. When I enquired with the hotel to double check, they were completely unaware of it. To the hotel staff's credit, they provided us with free parking for the duration of our stay because of the inconvenience. Really great customer service. The room also had beach views which was great. The inclusion of the water park tickets are also a great bonus of staying here. The park is literally next door and it great for couple and families with something for everyone.

The location is excellent, close to the beach. The facilities though would benefit from upgrade. For example. the extra bed for a child was like an old creaky camp bed.

As much as we liked the view from our room, the location of the hotel, and the included breakfasts we will likely seek another hotel should we return to the area in the future. The room was small for three adults. We had a lot of access issues with our room cards (at times they worked other times not during midday). The water park was way too crowded. We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement. We were denied an extra towel to replace a towel that got soaked while at water park. Hotel guests should NOT have to pay for parking on hotel grounds!
