This hotel has many kinds of sea view room The 1st assignment that is not my expectation, but they are happy for changing the room for me. The room can see the concert at the balcony,so nice. Te only one thing is the breakfast is too crowded during 6-7am. the coffee is done very fast. Suggest to setup more coffee bucket.

Lovely stay, rooms are very comfy and the staff are SUPER. My daughter lost her wallet in Halong bay, Police called the hotel and hotel staff Anh accompanied us until we got her wallet Absolutely amazing service!!!

Room was excellent, staff were kind and helpful. Amenities were good, however the pool area could do with some maintenance, it’s starting to become a bit grubby and run down. No umbrellas were out.
