My friend and I loved our stay! The pool was very clean and inviting with their outdoor cabanas. We loved that our room was near a sheltered patio set up to leave our room and relax with a cocktail or coffee. Very clean all around and the vibe of the motel was peaceful. Would 100% stay here again. Only downside is that it is unfortunately not pet friendly but pet friendly hotels are a luxury so that’s ok.

We have stayed here numerous times and the rooms are very clean, the staff is amazing, and the pool is generally not busy. Its a quick 5 minute uber ride to downtown and they are always accommodating for early check in

It isn't a pet friendly hotel. Wi-Fi was working great, the shared areas outside are awesome! Cute pool area, lot of places to sit and have a meal outside. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room didn’t look like the pictures. The taps in the washroom were dirty, missing silicone in the washroom. The tiled floor is dirty. The baseboard heater in the washroom was rusted. The ironing table is one of those mini ones that you have to put on the bed to iron which is not ideal. The TV is not set up for casting from your phone. The TV is not connected to the internet, therefore the streaming apps on the TV are not accessible. It’s wall to wall tiled, therefore if you are there in summer then it’s possibly okay, but in the other 3 seasons it’s uncomfortable to have your feet on a cold surface. Under the bed is full of dirt it obviously hasn’t been cleaned for weeks or months. I even saw a bottle under the bed. The fridge did not have complimentary bottles of water. The coffee machine needs a quick start sheet to avoid wasting one of only two packs of coffee. Also there is no complimentary body lotion. If you forgot yours then you will have to go to the nearest superstore or pharmacy to pick one up. Also note that the front desk is not open 24/7. It has opening and closing hours. Therefore you should make sure you come in time to check in.

We really enjoyed staying at the Oasis Inn. It’s in a fantastic location with many places to eat within a block and a grocery store across the street. Close to downtown and the beach, but has a nice pool if you’d rather stay there. It was 39 Celsius (103 Fahrenheit) when we were there and the air conditioning cooled our room quietly and quickly. The rooms are nicely updated and the beds are comfortable. All the employees I encountered were amazing and super-friendly. The only two things that I didn’t like were the floors in our room needed to be scrubbed, they looked clean but left my socks very dirty and there’s no recycling bins in the room. Overall, loved our stay

Almost everything in the room was dirty, the thing in the washroom were old and non working, they didnt have enough toiletries and the room was no where even close to the photos. The property has access to lot homeless people making it dangerous and unsafe. They even had to call the cops to get the homeless out of the property during the span of our stay.

This is a very average hotel. I booked a suite. The bedroom had no AC but an air cooler which was very loud. All the suites faces an extremely busy road so there is basically no peace during your entire stay. I really had bad sleep and the staff couldn’t do anything about it

The room we booked was given away to another customer and we were given a room that accommodates 4 people instead of the one we booked that accommodates 6 people. We were told by the front desk attendants that we would be given back the difference in the rate between the rooms and that they would cover the cost of the air mattress we had to buy to sleep our whole group. When we checked out after our second night the attendant at the front desk at that time said she didnt know anything about that and she would check and let us know around 3pm. Still haven't heard anything

There was an issue with the toilet, when we went into the room at 10:30pm the toilet was full of feces and toilet paper, plugged. The manager came and plunged it , and then left us, but the room stank. We decided we couldn’t stay in the room so we went looking for her. We tried to get another room, but couldn’t because the hotel was full, and the manager left us hanging. We went and sat outside for a bit, and decided we just wanted our money back and would go find another hotel. At this point we went back to the lobby to talk to her again, only to find the lights off and the door locked. I guess she was done with us. After knocking loudly for five minutes she finally came out of the back. The manager wouldn’t give us our refund, and instead told my wife that she could sleep in the lobby if she wished….. By the way, it was my wife’s 62nd birthday that we we’re celebrating, and this was the worst ending to the day possible. The manager there is a terrible person, no help at all to us, mean, and uncaring for her customers needs. She was disrespectful to us in many moments. We have stayed there many times in the past 30 years, but that was the last time we’ll ever make a reservation for there again.

The check in was not the best experience. The staff that was there on Friday the 12th around 7pm was not that friendly (a lady on her 50s). The check out was fantastic! The staff was very helpful and welcomed me and my partner to the lobby with a big smile. (Sunday Morning around 7am)

A short half-hour walk from the community theatre near Lake Okanagan, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the Oasis Inn. The courtyard-style layout makes it feel tucked away; it’s clean, well-kept, and a good value. Check-in was quick, staff were friendly, and we’ll definitely consider it again when we want to be near downtown.

When we arrived we found out there was construction right out front of the hotel from Friday to Sunday, all night. Now normally I wouldn’t complain but 1) we should have been notified. 2) because of what happened next. The first night was reasonably quiet through construction. Left in the morning to move my daughter. Got back to the hotel at 8pm ready for a shower to find out that there was NO water from 8pm to 7am. And they knew this when we checked in the day before (I asked) but instead of telling us, they put a note in our room the day the water was cut off. Absolutely unacceptable communication.

Staff makes no effort. Except for the woman who checked us in with the glasses the staff is of no help. Rooms are dirty and the bathrooms need severe maintenance and cleaning. Mold all over. Whoever says it’s a good place needs to take a look around. The outside of the inn is unfortunately cleaner than the inside. Drug addicts everywhere. I do not recommend this place.

Nice stop over A mall is just across road with supermarket and some place for dine in. We stayed in a suite with kitchenette room, which is clean and spacious, however the bathroom is a bit aged and the air conditioner is very noisy. Overall it’s a place and we might come again.

Very conveniently located near downtown, near the lake. With the pool, has griller for your barbecue. Everything you need is there. Satisfied and highly recommend. If you're not as sensitive there's a bit of mold in the grout in the washroon. Sink was a bit clogged but i keep forgetting to report because we have been mostlyde the whole day.

We got Everything with what we need in this place. Conveniently located near downtown 30 min. Walk,5 min car ride. With griller, pool and ice machine and picnic tables. Though there were bit of mold in the grout in the washroom in fairness it was a clean room. They were considerate with us to let us stay in the same room as we extended our stay. 4dys 3 nights. We will come back if ever in this hotel. Recommend it to friends and families.

Booked this place for my mother to stay on a busy weekend in Kelowna because the price was right. She said it was great! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, perfect location….right by the busstop, she didn’t have a car but grocery store and restaurants and shopping were right within walking distance. She said the building is older but everything was clean, bed was comfortable and you couldn’t beat the location. She will definitely stay there again on her next trip through Kelowna 👍 👍 😊

The outdoor pool would have been lovely, I think, but it was cool and rainy the day we stayed, and we got there late. They also have a putting green and an area where you can BBQ and eat outdoors! I would definitely consider staying for a few days while exploring the city and areas. On a main street, so I think transit is nearby… Only two possible drawbacks—no breakfast included, so bring something for the mini fridge/microwave, or walk/drive to a nearby restaurant. Also, in our room there was a little table with two chairs in the corner and the chair barely fits by the bed. If you have a family of three or four you can sleep in the two beds but can’t really eat together or hang out in the room on a rainy day. The bathroom may be crowded for more than two (tiny counter space).

Comfortable room with good facilities and fairly quiet. Big fridge with freezer on top. Good coffee machine but no tea bags. Fairly close to city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking.
