Great place! One of the few places left that provides a full minibar. Amazing spacious family room with beds galore! Heaps of car park spaces and amazing menu! We ordered room service and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meals. Location was very convenient, close to a small plaza with more than enough essentials to utilise. The swimming pool looked good but the waterfall and spa wasn’t working. People weren’t friendly, and too many smokers outside the balconies. A poor reflection of the people in Toowoomba. Overall def lives up to the reviews! Thank you team for the great experience.

Positives: * Check in the quickest I've ever experienced * Presentation of room 10 out of 10 Room itself 10 out of 10 * Restaurant Meals and staff 10 out of 10 * Locality 10 out of 10 Negatives: * Don't open lid of BBQ, not usable and if I was the manager I would hide my head in shame, its a rust bucket * If you want to get to BBQ and Pool, don't trust the times given in room info nor sign at pool as pool door locked 40mins prior to either times advised Conclusion: * Would definitely stay again once they upgrade the beds, look great in photos but my roof top tent mattress at 50mm is more comfortable, my back is aching and my partners shoulder is out of whack * Further may I add if you are going to state you are 4.5 star then you should be supplying better that 2 ply toilet paper - don't you think? ALL IN ALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU CAN HANDLE SLEEPING ON A PLANK OF WOOD Regards

Modern room with bit akward and dark design. Rooms on lower floor have basically zero view and are very very dark. Bathroom good. Coffee the usual but as an extra 2 Nespresso like capsules and machine. Motel has a restaurant with good food. The pool is so small that you can actually not call it a pool. Town is 2,5 km away.

Friendly welcome & great customer service. Comfortable room. Everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely restaurant & bar. The menu is comprehensive, something for every taste & prices comparable. If the expectation on the guest is to keep the room clean then the room should be clean to start with but the carpet was filthy. If you put signs up telling guests what to do and not do then make sure the English is correct. As a guest I have a an expectation of a clean room and not be treated as though I don't know how to leave a room with large signs taped to the wall. I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel.

Stayed 2 night @$330 a night and didn’t get clean dry towels, can’t room dry towels in pouring rain. But the worst part was a massive wet patch on carpet outside of bathroom. Carpet soaked and tge stench in room was terrible. Reported to management within 2 minutes of entering room, no solution offered or sought, no offer of room change, no offer of compensation in the way of a reduced rate, except they did offer me a “towel”. Won’t be in a hurry to stay there again unfortunately.

The accommodation is in an excellent spot across from the shopping centre. Unfortunately our rooms veranda door was broken and would not open. We requested a new room or the door to be fixed and neither were offered or followed up on. The curtains in our room were also broken. I would not stay there again.

For a motel with such a high rating we were disappointed. The motel was in a very convenient location, next to a shopping centre. The receptionist was lovely but our room overlooked the carpark.Our room was well equipped but the lighting in the room was quite poor and the bed was not very comfortable.The shower was good. There wasn't any internet for our whole stay despite asking for it to be rebooted.

I’ve stayed here on other occasions and had better experiences. We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean. Nope . Not the case. The restaurant was closed for dining but was however available for room service at an added cost of x amount per plate. The carpet in my room was damp and shower leaked water. Apart from the above griped room was clean, bed was comfy.

Our stay was disgusting, tge room we booked was not the room we received. We had to sleep in seperate beds as they were doubles. The room service evening meal was cold except the meat. The morning breakfast , the toast was cold as if it was toasted last night and the eggs were cold. We requested a late check out as we were attending a wedding today , and the rude response was no. We will be taking thus matter further as it was unsatisfactory to treat a customer that way. The manager replied saying it was your fault, they have no control of the room we recived. Seems extremely funny for them to know what we we're in and still didn't give us the correct room. I believe there should be some sort of compensation for the service not supplied as per our bookings. I will not be recommending this location to anyone in the futere

After paying upfront and staying on 2 other occasions -I arrived at the motel and realised I had accidentally left my credit card behind ( I use my phone for transactions). I explained my situation and said that I had all my credit card details on hand (number, CVV and expiration date) and I could also get my husband to send through pictures of it as well. The girl would not listen at all and said that unless I had he physical card with me or $250 cash I couldn’t stay. She then proceeded to tell me that this was all written in the fine print and I should have been aware of this. (Like I intended not to bring my credit card!). Even if there was no room to move (which I find hard to believe - given how easily I got in some where else) it was the way I was treated - no sympathy or understanding of my plight. When I asked to speak to someone else - they couldn’t even be bothered to come down to talk to me and just passed on the message that I couldn’t stay and they’d refund my money. In the end it turned out well because while still in the car park I got accommodation with the first hotel I rang - all they needed was my credit card details which I had.

We checked in and were given a key to the room. When we went to the room the door was open and it had not been serviced. We then needed to wait an hour and a half before we could get into the room. Aircon didn't work and there were dirty mugs in the cupboard.

I loved the excellent customer service from Thomas and the food was great. I will stay again when I am in Toowoomba, this is now my first point for accommodation. Be warned, they are popular so book early!

Manager was good. Accidentally took payment not realising we already had paid on another platform. He was very apologetic, refunded money instantly and told us to keep an eye on our account to ensure it went in within 4-5 days which it did. He gave us a proof receipt to show. We didn't use the restaurant or breakfast menu as it was a quick stop. But the menus looked absolutely wonderful. Servos close by for milk and also woolworths and coles at the shopping centre was directly across the road. So very convenient. Short drives and walks to other food places if wanted. Regardless of a main road it was very quiet inside. I would definitely recommend
