Cleaning forgot trash bag on the table in the room and on another occasion they forgot to stock up on in-room coffee. Other than that everything was good. However, one important note about parking. If you go there by car and expect the hotel to have parking facilities they don’t. There is a car parking garage operated by Qpark in the basement with no ties at all to the hotel. So don’t expect the hotel to be able to assist with any issues you may experience with regards to parking.

The facilities were great and room spacious. However, we were frustrated when the systems went down so we couldn't check in for a while. Additionally, the system to rent the bikes was down almost our whole stay, which was disappointing since that was one of reasons we selected the hotel. The room was clean, but the carpet was also wet when we got in.

Leider kann ich keine verdiente 5-Sterne-Bewertung abgeben. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen und das Badezimmer war viel kleiner als auf der Website abgebildet. Das Kingsize-Bett war kleiner als in vielen anderen Hotels. Es gab Silberfische und es war sehr staubig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber in seinem jetzigen Zustand würde ich nicht wiederkommen.

Uneven service. Clumsy in-checking, did not explain that they would be withdrawing the tourist tax daily from our credit cards. Housekeeping forgot towels, refilling amenities like tea and coffee, glasses etc. However, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and well equipped. Shampoo and conditioner of mediocre quality. But all in all, good value for the money

Due to the intersection of highways and the adjacent IKEA, some rooms are exceedingly noisy. When I checked in, I had one of those. I went to the front desk and requested a quieter room. The clerk was very accommodating, and I found myself in a quiet corner and very comfortable room. I was, however, charged an additional €12 for the new room, but it was worth it.

Ja, das Hotel hätte an mancher Stelle eine leichte Überholung verdient aber alles in allem nichts dramatisches. Das Personal war sehr nett und auch das von uns mit gebuchte Frühstück war sehr lecker! Wir würden es wieder wählen für einen Wochenend Trip. Allerdings sind die Matratzen bzw. die Betten sehr hart. Das wäre der Punkt der uns gestört hat.

Zeer fijn hotel aan de Mauritskade. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, fijne kamer met alle comfort. Badkamer met bad en aparte douche, maar die is zeer smal. Links stoot je tegen de kraan of rechts tegen de flessen shampoo/conditioner (die hadden beter aan dezelfde kant gehangen). Goede matras. De airco blaast beperkt, het duurde zeer lang eer de kamer een comfortabele temperatuur had (na een zeer warme dag). In-room dining met lekkere gerechten. Perfecte ligging bij het centrum en op slechts 10 minuten van Strand Scheveningen.

When we arrived at the Hilton about noon I was not feeling well, my husband asked for an early check-in and within an hour we were able to get into a room so I could lay down. They even delivered a bowel of fruit and some bottled water to our room, they were a very considerate staff.

Room itself was good. Had a bit of a problem with service one day. One of us was sick so we had to stay in room. Asked reception for cutlery and water. No response after an hour so rang again. Reception said it was housekeeping but they would look after it. After another 45 minutes I went to the restaurant myself and got cutlery and water. Restaurant staff were aware of my request and front desk also were. Both apologised but after nearly 2 hours waiting I was really annoyed!

Hotel for the most part was sufficient for our needs. Location was ideal. Parking process (charges) for in and out privileges was not clear upon arrival. This should have been better explained. "You can park in the lot next to the hotel" was not enough as multiple charges were incurred without knowing that a day pass was needed and had to be done by myself. Unfortunately we ran into a sink issue when we arrived Friday evening that was could not resolved until the next day - the staff should have detected this when our room was being prepared. And for a hotel of Hilton's reputation, this is unacceptable. Many people attempted to correct the problem and all were cordial with the exception of the last gentleman from the night staff who was a little rude and said that "these things happen" with no sign of any sympathy. After discussion with senior management the next morning, compensation was offered to our satisfaction.

Alles was uitstekend geregeld. Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime kamer en prima ontbijt. Er was echter 1 minpuntje en dat was dat de bodylotion op was. Allemaal niet zo spannend maar we vroegen ons af of ook de zeep en de shampoo nog minimaal waren gevuld. Dit moet bij een Hilton voorkomen worden.

Vlot bereikbaar met dure ondergrondse parking van privé firma. Zéér vriendelijk en hulpzaam personeel. Beperkte eetkaart in de bar en het Blue Blood restaurant serveert teveel exotische gerechten. Het ontbijt is slechts 3 sterren waard.
