Great hotel close to the airport and FGCU. Check in was a breeze. Very friendly staff(Jefferson) Nice clean large room. The gym is very good and clean with cold towels. The pool area is pretty. Sheets are nice and the shower is great(good water pressure) The breakfast is pretty good(buffet style)

I really liked this property. Newly upgraded. The pool is on the shady side of the building unfortunately and the hot tub didn’t get very hot. Overall I would stay here again. Very clean and the staff are very accommodating/welcoming.

Jefferson at the front desk was sweet and personable. Food was excellent and bartenders were friendly! There's zero sun in the back of the hotel so we couldn't sit by the pool or hot tub. We tried from 8am until 6pm and needed to sit on a bench in front of the hotel. Room was very clean each day.

From the moment you walk in, the staff is so welcoming and friendly. Check in is so quick and so is check out. The rooms are clean and we thought it was so nice they would have given complimentary toiletry items if you forgot to bring something. The 24 hour market was also an amazing touch that we used often. The fitness center was very nice and had a lot of equipment. The bar was great along with the bartender Marco. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely be staying here again.

Great service! Only 4 stars for cleanliness because I stepped on a grape which means the carpet was not cleaned well. Everything else was stellar! Staff very kind hearted. Breakfast was worth the extra price in booking. Hot food and continental. Bathroom was clean and had good amenities. Outdoors area is amazing. Happy with this stay! I would stay again. 😁

Very clean and the entry way is beautiful. Staff was excellent from all aspects. The rooms were immaculate. The showers could probably use an upgrade and the food we had was okay but beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, lots of places to eat, pretty centrally located. Would stay again.

Elevators were very dirty and smelly. Room had old and damaged furniture, carpet was frayed and dirty. the outside is very nice, but inside, the rooms, were not at all nice. There was also some group of people gathering or staying in work a trailer directly next to the hotel, there was a level of uncertainty. Very close to the airport which was good

Friendly staff, great area, beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. I always get concerned when it comes to the beds at hotels as my wife has a spinal cord injury. However, we were genuinely impressed with how comfortable and supportive the beds were. My wife and I slept great. The shower also had great water pressure, was really hot and had full size top of the line toiletries. Breakfast was also a plus. Will definitely return

Paid for the Lake View which was not worth it. There is many buildings around the small body of water that were less than attractive. Staff very nice except for the one house keeper that said no when I asked for clean towels. Definitely a language barrier.

We liked our stay! The hotel was clean, we got comfortable beds and pillows, good towels, good quality bath supplies, room service every day and Friendly staff. The only bad thing we can say was the breakfast, they only have one young lady serving breakfast in the morning and we also think they have only one person cooking in the kitchen. Our breakfast took about an hour to get ready and there were simple dishes, that’s the only complaint we had about it!

We had a great experience. This hotel was very clean and appeared new. The guy who check us in Adam, was extremely helpful and courteous and made us feel welcomed. The lady at the bar that evening recommended a few restaurants near by and shared her favorite "Pinchers" when we asked about restaurants in the area. She was totally right! Great restaurant and reasonably priced. The bed was good and the rooms very clean. It also looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you Adam and lady at the bar for making our stay a exceptional one!

The facility is well maintained, clean and service is pretty good. We had an issue with the AC and in less than 15 min the technician was in our room to look at it, as the AC couldn’t be fixed we got another room and they offered extended check out. Very good experience.

Hotel was conveniently located to I-75 and venue we were going to. Room was great with a view of the lake and intersate (which I thought was pretty cool!) and the staff was friendly and helpful (Donovan was pretty cool!)...It was a good stay for us!

This hotel was clean and recently renovated. My room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area could use some attention, but the restaurant and bar area were lovely. I only ate breakfast there. It was a buffet, and I usually am not a fan of buffets, but this one was delicious! The food was fresh and tasted like it was made just for me. I will definitely stay there again when I am in FT Meyers.

It was odd that during our stay the "hallway" on our floor was freezing cold from non-stop air conditioning? Very uncomfortable to walk from room to the elevator and back. The breakfast onsite was excellent and the staff was outstanding. Thank you!
