Great location, 5 minute walk from Termini station. Clean room, spacious, and good service from staff. Some noise from neighbouring rooms (children running around late at night and loud music from outside) but didn’t last long. Comfortable king size bed. Plentiful breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold options. No gym facilities but if you’re walking a lot it makes up for it. Would come back.

Unfortunately, Una does not have a gym. Also, the noise level from the restaurant outside was very loud to 3:00 am and later. The windows need better sound insulation or they need to talk to the restaurant about noise after midnight.

Excellent hotel for the value. Stayed five nights. The hotel provides a laundry service at a charge but it is a great convenience if you packed light for a long trip. The bar was fantastic with excellent happy hour snacks provided. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful for any need that arose. The breakfast buffet is fantastic as well. Very convenient if using the train system as it is but a 3 minute walk. If you’re willing to walk a little most of Rome’s iconic landmarks and sites are within walking distance. Dining and shopping options are plentiful right outside the hotel. Some of the furniture was a little worn but other than that small detail this hotel is an excellent value and I would have no pause to book there again.

Still among the best hotels in its category for Rome. Pro: great location. Super comfy bed, well provisioned mini bar, great tub, if in your room. Attentive staff. Very good breakfast. Nice bar. Con: some rooms are getting distressed—beat up furniture, puckering floor board in my room (tripping hazard), broken window shade, issues with the shower. IMO, the hotel has cut some corners that I dislike such as the little pouch conditioner and wall mounted shampoo in shower instead of small bottles. The breakfast has replaced bottles of water and pitchers of juice with a machine to dispense them— inferior quality and inconsistent taste. Too nit picky? Perhaps. I travel a lot to Italy so I have certain expectations within my budget. If a hotel makes these choices, then drop down a category or customers looking for a specific experience will go elsewhere (Bettoja Hotel Group, NH Collection, or the Monti Palace). IMHO now 8.5/10 (used to be 9.5/10).

After moving into the room and taking a shower the next morning we discovered that the room was loaded with mold and the wood floors were buckled from the shower in the bathroom that had the drain built into the floor with no containment edges. This allowed the shower water to flow into the bedroom and flood the area with standing water. When I told the front desk personnel, their comment was, “we know, it has happened before “. We had them change our room, but they offered no compensation for this issue.

My entire stay was excellent. The young woman at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The location was so convenient to the train station. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a large variety of food and beverages. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The property was clean and very nice, but the room would not cool as much as we like, and several small things did not work, like my bedside light control and the TV (partially), and there were no instruction on how to use the coffee maker (like plug it in, where to put the pods,etc. We did not like the restaurant at all for dinner.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Abbiamo beneficiato di un upgrade per una camera più spaziosa. « Unico » problema, la camera era rumorosa. Nonostante fossimo al 4° piano, non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla strada (secondaria). Le finestre sono mal isolate e si sentono tutte le voci dalla strada. Per il resto, l’hotel si trova vicino alla stazione Termini, quindi comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto ed i maggiori punti di interesse. Dovessi tornare a Roma, non lo sceglierei nuovamente.

We had one night in Rome before a flight out and stayed here for the convenience to the train station. The hotel is located just a short 5 minute walk from the central station. , however the area where the hotel is located is very run down and dirty and not the safest. The hotel itself is very outdated and old with visible stains and wear on the furniture and floors. My bedding had stains as well. The front desk service was prompt however at one point we were frightened by a hotel employee entering our room without knocking or consent thinking our room was not inhabited. If you’re looking for a clean comfortable and central hotel in Rome this would not be the place. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay, with some of the best service we've received. The hotel is ideally situated for arriving on the train directly from the airport (though it's best not to head back towards the station after dark, any other direction is perfectly safe). The room was excellent - plenty of space, clean with great a/c, nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff could not have been more helpful, with a warm welcome on arrival and excellent help throughout our stay, arranging taxis and making recommendations, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good too, with plenty of choice and we enjoyed the quality of drinks available at the bar. We wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend it as it's great value for its location and quality.

The room was very clean but what really stood out was how accommodating and gracious the staff is. When I asked Martina if I could change rooms to a different one, she showed me the different types of rooms and allowed me to choose one within the same category of my booking. Very helpful staff.

Check in went smoothly, staff very helpful. Room lovely and well equipped. Cleaning during our stay missed the mark - bath not cleaned, glasses not changed. Breakfast food was good however drinks awful - coffee poor, juice disgusting, water from a machine tasted poor. Location next to Termini very convenient, however area to the right did not feel safe. Overall liked the hotel but some areas need improvement.
