Room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower curtain needed to be longer the floor got soaked. The pool is non existent, if your looking for a hotel with a pool this isn’t it.

I wanted a hotel with a pool that we could enjoy. After checking in I found out that they did not have a pool. This was terrible considering I only chops it because of the pool. I was also very disappointed in contacting hotels .com when trying to report this.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. I even had an event but my dress was ruined by something in my back so I had to was and dry my dress and they had access to the washer and dryer, for a $2 fee per machine but I was happy they did!

The room has property left in the bathroom by a former guest. We left it there in room 511. I Called lobby to report it but phone in our room did not work. So I called the hotel from my cell phone three times and let it ring 12 times each, and never got an answer. Also there was someone else’s used cup on the nightstand

One of the worst hotels I have stayed. Bathroom was dirty and toilet never stopped running. There was a buzzing sound in room that never stopped either and room was very dark. Walls were paper thin and everything was dirty looking. Asked for more towels- never received. Will not stay in a holiday inn again.

My first room was infested with ladybugs. They were crawling on the wall and ceiling. I was moved to another. They had dead ladybugs on the floor in the corner of the room. Something sticky was on the floor of the room. I tried to make the best of it!

We had to go thru 3 rooms before we could relax. First room no A/C. Second room smelt awful and third room we finally got to rest but when it came to showering the next morning the water pressure sucked and our shower head was duct taped together. We don't recommend a stay there at all.

I stayed at this property two separate times and i had no complaints either time. The rooms and everything in it was clean, the beds were comfortable also. I was on the 5th floor both times and i did notice it takes a few minutes to get hot water but once i had it it was good to go.

The room 406 had something on the wall, tv was not showing clear. The maintenance came in saying he will be back and didn’t we change room to 306 the lights in bathroom blink all the while we stay Friday till Sunday.

I made a reservation in February, 2 months prior to the date. Show up to the hotel at 9:10pm, was 5 hours from home in the middle of nowhere, and was told I didn't have a room because there was a group that needed 30 rooms. So they "bumped" me. We had 2 rooms and was told there was nothing that could be done. 15 people in the group had not yet checked in, but they told me to go to another hotel. My card was charged gor both rooms the day of check-in. A hold is still placed in my account 5 days later and I didn't even stay there. Holiday Inn guest servcies was no help. I had to go to another hotel and pay more than originally planned, not the same room accommodations and my children were in at the opposite end of the new hotel.

The front desk staff especially when you check in after 3 PM.The cooking staff that prepares the breakfast in the morning,They go above and beyond in satisfying the customer. Overall an excellent place to stay with no issues, i would definitely be staying again and i give this establishment 6 stars.

Recommend Check-in staff understand how to multi-task, and be familiar with area attractions/directions. There was one person at the counter, who was on the phone with an apparent out-of-state guest. I waited almost 15 minutes before she hung up to check me in. She was very polite and courteous, but when asked about local attractions she mentioned just one, and she did not know about a tourist visitor center. The room was fine, but I did inform the staff at check-out that the window blackout shade was inoperative. Whoever had the room before must have pulled too hard and took it off track. However, it also shows that maintenance was not informed of this, nor the broken coffee maker, nor the broken outlet plate near the window. On the positive side, everyone was very nice and courteous, and the breakfast was very good

They overbooked the hotel. So we had to wait anxiously as they found us a room. Booked a double bed room, but ended up with a king bed. Very nice staff and apologetic, but nerve wracking not knowing if your going to have a place to lay your head after you booked stay early. Room was clean and comfortable. Had no room key. Someone had to let us in room every time we came in and out.
