Nach Besichtigungen in Cordoba und Granada war dies unser relaxter Abschluss. 7 Tage Vincci Estrella del Mar. Wir waren vor Jahren schon einmal hier und wir schätzten dieses Hotel sehr. Zuerst waren wir etwas enttäuscht das wir obwohl Hotels.com Gold Member kein gratis upgrade bekamen. Das Hotel war jedoch wirklich sehr gut besucht. 2 Tage später klappte es aber dann mit dem upgrade. Das Hotel ist nicht zu gross. Freundliches Personal. 3 Pools. Zimmer verteilt auf mehrere nicht zu grosse Gebäude, grosse Zimmer, Nespresso Maschine. Kapseln und Wasser wird täglich aufgefüllt. Extragrosses bequemes Bett usw. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut. Auch Glutenfreie Produkte. Meiner Meinung ist das Hotel ist Ideal für Paare oder Familie mit kleineren Kindern. Einzig negativ kann der ca. 300 Meter lange Weg direkt zum Meer hinunter gewertet werden. Dafür hat es dort einen sehr grossen Beach Club auch mit grossem Indoor Bereich (Ideal in der Übergangszeit). Uns hat es auf alle Fälle wiederum sehr gut gefallen.

It was fabulous and felt very safe as a solo traveller. I really didn’t think guests should have to pay for the beach club this is not acceptable so therefore didn’t use it and went elsewhere on the beach several Other travellers felt the same Sadly this feels that the hotel don’t value their guests unless you pay surcharges Please re think this policy for a 5 star hotel Staff are fabulous and very friendly Especially the pool bar and reception particularly Eber

very pleasant atmosphere with lovely friendly helpful staff . Quality breakfast and 3 separate swimming pools . Only criticism would be that gym in hotel is small with fairly old equipment - just about adequate . No mats provided .

Very nice property in terms of pools and landscaping. Excellent breakfast. Good service. Big rooms however furniture a bit old. Gym extremely disappointing considering how big the resort is m, the gym is much smaller than a hotel room!

Pools not heated - onsite underground parking is Euros 11 per night - beach club pool not heated (it should be). Spa pool/sauna cost Euros15 for 1.5 hours and sunbathing chairs also charged separately. Cheap toilet paper and bathroom freebies do the job but not luxurious. This is meant to be a 5star hotel isn't it. Adults only pool not enforced kids in it which spoils enjoyment. Breakfast very good, food midday at restaurant OK nothing special. Car parking an issue and you shouldn't have to pay for car park underground. Hotel is cutting corners which spoils the overall enjoyment, in fairness overall good but definitely not fabulous unless this is your first time in a five star hotel and you don't know any better. Couldn't use pools as far too cold (April 14th) and the one pool that should be heated wasnt. It could so easily have been fabulous but they are obviously cutting costs which means all these extra stupid charges which shouldn't be in a 5 star. Note to hotel stop charging hotel guests hot use of beach club facilities and heat the one pool that is meant to be heated!!! Would I stay here again? Probably not and it's 10km from Marbella town centre if that's of interest to anyone reading this. Outside of hotel food quality generally very poor restaurants using frozen prawns etc. (Expensive ones e.g. Tonys at Nikki Beach and LeScalla close to hotel). Find El Barracon tapas bar about 5 minute drive from hotel and the pizza place very close by was also fantastic!

For a 5☆ hotel the gym was 2☆ so small and hardly any equipment. Lack of entertainment and things to do . No welcome info in the rom .

Loved the pools and the restaurants. Room was amazing and staff so helpful. Only downside was the on-site gym was sparse and in the basement warm and unpleasant. Not a 5 star hotel gym as they want you to pay to use the one at the Beach spa.

This is not 5 star. The breakfast is poor (cheap fruit only), the bed really uncomfortable, other than an amazing Italian restaurant 500 yards away, it’s isolated, additional daily cost to use the beach club, a gym smaller than a small, single car garage. Overpriced and poor

Negatives: - €28 per person to use the beds at the pool at the hotel beach, which is discounted by a huge €7 versus the public. They give you a "welcome drink" token when you arrive. However, we go the bar and go get the welcome drink - I specifically show him the token and he asks what we would like. After we order the drink and when delivering it he says the welcome drink doesn’t include what we ordered (2 normal cocktails). Bear in mind he tells us this when he's delivering the drinks and not before - so ridiculous. - It’s €10 per person to use the gym. You are charged to use the hotel gym. How absolutely insane. - Room service menu is terrible and they don’t answer on the app. I still have 2 orders pending since the day we arrived. The food overall in the hotel is extremely sub-par and not that of a 5 star hotel. - Had wine at the "wine bar" and they literally had the worst selection of wine at any wine bar I’ve ever seen. The food we had was also overly fried and didn't taste of anything. Positives: - Decent-ish breakfast. - Friendly staff generally - Good housekeeping who clean the room well - Rooms pretty large

La amplitud de las habitaciones y la cama, así como la terraza y el silencio del hotel, la amabilidad del personal muy destacable.

Muy agusto con mi hijo y volveremos a repetir,lo recomendamos,aunque aunque siempre ahí un pero,necesitaba vistas que fue lo que pedí pero no me lo dieron,pero lo demás bien

We just stayed here for our honeymoon and we didn’t get any kind of attention,they asked me to pay 50€ to get a bottle of champagne and chocolate strawberries!! I went to multiple 4/5 stars hotels and the service provided here is definitely not 5 stars,more like 4 stars Also you have to walk to the beach,the hotel is not on the beach and you have to pay 32€ per person to get a lounger even when you paid 500€ a night!!! For what you pay,it’s not worth it We also got charged for coke and chips in the mini bar even if no prices were specified and it was written nowhere… The rooms and outside areas are nice,breakfast is good but nothing crazy We’re really upset about the money we spent because the hotel didn’t reach our expectations If you want to get your money worth it’s not the place to stay

Nuestra experiencia fue estupenda. El hotel tiene unas amenidades espectaculares, la habitación muy cómoda, el buffet del desayuno muy bueno, bastante variedad y para todos los gustos. La atención del personal estupenda, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y nos recomendaron muchos lugars lindos para visitar. Quiero destacar la atención excepcional de Carol de recepción, fue muy amable con nosotros. Gracias

A beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities. Although my visit was for work, I can imagine returning for a holiday, it was such a stunning hotel. The breakfast buffet was lovely and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Can’t fault this hotel at all. Service and setting were exceptional. Will definitely be back!

Hotel and staff were amazing. Always helpful with a smile. Would highly recommend and I hopefully will be returning.

Bel hotel, façon resort, vaste et en même temps chaleureux avec une déco intéressante Proche de la plage, quartier calme, personnel sympathique et petit dej très bien Bravo

We loved our stay at the betel . The breakfast was lovely and the staff were so friendly. The pool was also a great spot to relax and it was never too busy
