Amazing hotel with a very friendly staff. The manager Nek is very nice and available all the time. The view is just magical. We had the best sunset view from the jacuzzi. The hotel is very accessible. A parking is right next to the entrance of the village. You have all the nice restaurants outside the hotel and still it is very quiet. We’ll definitely come back here. The area is great without feeling the crowd. Thanks a lot Nek for your amazing hospitality and to make this journey so magical.

The property is small. They have less than 10 rooms, so book well in advance. They have just one jacuzzi on the balcony to share among the guests. The balcony has wonderful views of the sea, the cruise ships and the Skaros Rock. I love the hotel location. It is quite from foot traffic but yet centrally located between Imerovigli and Fira. Fira is where we did most of the shopping and eating and that’s only 15-20 minutes of walk. Hotel serves breakfast every morning right there on the balcony so you can enjoy the amazing views. The staff are super friendly. Oh, just a few minutes walk from the hotel, our favorite restaurant was Vanilia with great views and best prices.

Hôtel idéalement situé, loin de la foule de Fira mais proche de toutes commodités à pied. La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement sublime, on ne peut pas rêver mieux. This place is a real gem! If you're looking for an amazing view, including a sunset view from your own room instead of an overcrowded spot in Oia, this is it! We had an incredible time at this location, which is conveniently situated right next to the center (within walking distance) and connected to a beautiful walking street filled with restaurants and cafes. It really doesn't get any better than this. This has to be one of our most memorable stays anywhere in the world, if not the most memorable. The friendly and helpful staff, the amenities including a hot tub, the lovely modern yet aesthetically pleasing room and bathroom interior, the spa bath, and the cute little breakfast spread—everything was just great! Highly recommended if you're in Santorini. Do not miss it if it's available.

Overall, it was a great stay; fantastic views/sunset to die for, clean, comfortable and functional room, and breakfast! minimalistic but nice enough to get us through the morning. But I couldn't rate it Fantastic as there were two issues one of which was a health and safety issue; the pull out single bed had a sticking out metal bits on the bottom end. My son and I both bumped into it and got skins off the shin, which was very painful and unsightly for my shorts day. Disappointing! Another one was the toilet flush button was loose on the wall which caused inconvenience each time we had to go to the toilet

Les œufs, les rôties et la café étaient tous froids. Après 21jours en Grèce, je peux affirmer que celui-ci est de loin le pire qui nous a été offert.

The view is spectacular, the room was clean, nice people at reception, pretty good breakfast, quiet (but we went in November, low season, so difficult to say for sure), walkable distance from downtown Fira. The only negative is the mattress in the room which was horrible.

Great customer service! Knowing that we had an earlier check-out than breakfast time, they went out of their way by preparing us breakfast takeaway packs which we ate at the airport. The room was spotless and Sunset hotel is what it really is and you have front seat views!

Great stay. Locaton is excellent and the view is amazing. Front desk staff was very helpful. Wifi didnt work in the room but that was the only problem. Nuce breakfast. It's all you need for an active stay in Santorini.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The view is priceless. It has ruined me for other hotels that can't offer the beauty right outside your door. We were able to secure transportation to and from the airport through the hotel, which was actually really helpful and worth it. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. There are shops, restaurants, gelato shops, and so much more right next to the hotel. Fira is a 15 minute walk and totally worth strolling after 7, when it gets cooler in the evening.

We booked the hotel for 2 nights but unfortunately due to strike in Greece our flight delayed to the next day. We could only spend one night there. The hotel did not refund us for the night we did not stay. Very disappointed, that it was not our fault, but yet we had to pay. These things should have been considered by the hotel.

The view was unbelievable… the sunsets - WOW! Nek and the ladies at the hotel were fantastic… they were so friendly and helpful with any questions or requests. We will be talking about their breakfast for years to come. We enjoyed our travels through Italy, but Santorini and the Sunset Hotel were the jewel of our trip. Thank you Nek!

This hotel has excellent location, close to a public parking lot and good restaurants. It has ocean view from a big balcony, perfect for taking pictures in morning and sunset. The hotel breakfast is the best. The walk from hotel to Fira or Imerovigli are very interesting with beautiful view from both ocean and the buildings.

Very nice hotel in central Firostefani area . Great view and nice staff . One recommendation I would make is to change the breakfast menu a bit . We stayed for 5 days and had same breakfast every morning. It got old after 2 days .

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Sunset Hotel in mid-May 2023. The view from the hotel verandah/balcony is utterly astounding. The best breakfast with a view ever! And the breakfast that is included is amazing in terms of quality and quantity - you won't need lunch! Usually I don't want to stay at the hotel - I want to get out and about. But the view at this hotel was so amazing it was hard to want to go anywhere else! The room was clean and comfortable and suited our needs and I would definitely choose Firostefani as the perfect location on Santorini rather than anywhere else. Easy walking distance to Thira but SO much quieter. Highly recommended.
