Overall, we had a fantastic experience for our short overnight stay! Loved the amenities-indoor pool, sauna, robes in the room, wash clothes, bottled water, etc…more than we expected. The room didn’t cool as much as we had hoped, but we were still comfortable.

Outstanding hotel next to airport. It’s new, extremely clean, the bar area is very comfortable, the restaurant food is very good and the breakfast was unbelievable. There is the most outstanding enclosed pool with a sauna and steam room. There’s also a very nice weight room. The bedrooms are spacious with separate shower and toilet. Beds were comfortable. The tram to the airport is about 100 yards from the hotel.

We arrived at 11 pm. Very slow checkin process. Got to room. Ants in toilet area. Could not drain bathtub for my family member to shower. Called for help, no one on the phone could understand English. Room was dusty. They told us a shuttle would pick us up the next morning for a ride to the airport. We waited and waited. Then we found out we were to walk across the street to the train. Will not stay there again!

If you are not a member of their hotel frequent stay club they are only interested in charging you 10 euros per hour for early check in and forget about late check out, they will require you book another night even if you need a few extra hours. They tell you housekeeping cannot accommodate the late check out but I found it odd that they had a room ready if you wanted to pay full price for another night. My key was turned off at 10:45 even though check out was at 11 and had to go wait in line for staff to turn it back on when I got locked out of my room. Check in took about a 1/2 hour wait in line. Staff seem really unhappy to be working. The washroom had mould in the corner of the shower that was clearly not cleaned for while. Rooms are just ok for an airport hotel.

Unfortunately the bathroom was quite dirty. The hotel restaurant was overpriced. And the elevator didn't seem to work with the card that was provided. Although our experience in the hotel was mediocre, the one thing that was convenient was the bus's and shuttle system being twenty yards away from the front entrance of the hotel, which allowed easy access to your terminal.

The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff friendly enough. Did not eat any meals, so no opinions on food offer. The beds had a horrible plastic protector, once I took it out it was very comfortable. Good option as an airport hotel beause its right in front of the train, bus and airport shuttle station

This was the third time we stayed at the Pullman in Paris. The first two times were excellent and our room was spacious with a large King bed. This time the chemical smell from the new rugs in the hallway and in the room were so overpowering that my athsma kicked in and I started wheezing. They moved us to a room without the smell but it had significantly less usable space. The bed was smaller (not a king) and you could not fit bedside tables on both sides of the bed( had to turn sideways between bed and wall) no room for a desk - there was a small very low table with a chair beside it. No extra space like the rooms on the website show. the layout gave lots of room in hall by toilet room but nothing much in main area with bed. Talked to the assistant manager who assured me that the manager would respond but no one has. After having to experience the fumes from the new rug and being put into what I felt was a lesser room, I was not happy with our stay.

O hotel é razoavelmente confortável mas peca muito no serviço de check in- havia somente uma pessoa para atender uma fila de gente, enquanto os demais funcionários da recepção passavam de um lado para outro sem se importar com a situação. Não há sorrisos, ou pedido de desculpas; ao contrário: o senhor que fez meu check in tinha um tom de voz bastante rude, nada acolhedor. Demorei uns 40 minutos para poder ser atendido, não adianta fazer check in online pq vc enfrenta a mesma fila dos demais. Enfim, o que se espera de um hotel de aeroporto é poder entrar rápido no quarto para tomar um banho e descansar. Isso não ocorre nesse hotel.

We arrived at 6.50pm and the check in que was 5 deep and took nearly an hour. A tour guide even jumped it and check 4 passengers in. The room was then not equipped with the extra bed for my child which I had to request at reception and took 30mins to be delivered. The aircon was nearly inconsistent and we baked all night. We paid €180 for a hotel that is still a taxi to the terminal and no breakfast which is extremely expensive with very little value.

Excellent location near CDG - hotel property itself very nice and would definitely return, however the common area between hotel entrance and the tram station was nasty. Cigarette butts, beer cans, broken glass and an abundance of derelicts that create a menacing environment. Property owners of the area hotels and local government should work together to clean things up.

Checking in was extremely long the desk check in host was very unknowable about hotel functions and asked when we would we leaving the next day as he “ needed “ the room early. Then I went to restaurant to order food to take to my room They refused telling me in a very rude manner I had to use room service I ordered on the app Food came 1.5 hrs later was cold and cost 12 euro more than in the restaurant AND they tack on a mandatory 15 % gratuity I would not recommend or return to this hotel

It’s an average hotel . Check in was a bit slow. The restaurant was horrible and extremely expensive! Words can not describe the horrific food we were served two and half hours after we originally placed our orders. There is only one restaurant in the facility so there is no other choice unless you go back to the airport terminal. I would never stay at this hotel !

到着早々、浴室の排水が出来ない事態を発見しましたが、フロントに連絡したらメカニックの方がすぐにやってきて部品を交換し、事なきを得ました。それ以外には特に問題はありませんでした。空港連絡モノレール（CDGVAL）のロワジーポール駅からすぐの立地はとても便利です。部屋も広くて清潔でした。またこのホテルの長所としては、朝食の充実ぶりが挙げられると思います。バラエティ豊かなメニューで目移りするほどでした。味も申し分ありませんでした。この朝食だけでも宿泊した価値があると思いました。 CDGのトランジットホテルとしては第一の選択肢に挙げられるホテルだと思います。

Very nice property with easy walkable access. Room was fine and very clean. Ate at restaurant which is really only place around. Overpriced and average food. Had to send sea bass back because undercooked. They did redo it. Had a large bottle of still water and that cos 8.5 euros. Pretty ridiculous

Nice property. The only drawback was when I checked in I was told that the restaurant was open to midnight. When I showed up at 9:30 they said it closed in a few minutes and I could try the bar or room service. Turns out they stopped serving food in general. Evidently they closed for some type of cleaning. They might have wanted to share that with the front desk, put out a sign, etc.
