Positiv:Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super. Sie bietet viel Platz und ist komplett ausgestattet – von der Küche bis zu den beiden großen getrennten Schlafzimmern. Alles wirkt sauber und einladend. Besonders angenehm finde ich den Wohnbereich, der genügend Sitzplätze bietet und nicht überladen ist, trotz Kellerwohnung ist sie hell. Das WLAN ist unglaublich schnell und stabil, was für mich besonders praktisch war. Praktisch sind auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, die tadellos laufen. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Bügeleisen und Föhn in bestem Zustand – Top Ferienwohnung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.Negativ:Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, leider hört man die Bewohner über einem laufen. Auch das Klimagerät ist sehr laut. Leider kann man das Klimagerät nicht separat steuern oder ausschalten. Bei den Fernsehern habe ich keinen Kanal einstellen können. Es hat mich nicht gestört, weil ich nicht fernsehen schauen wollte. Ich glaube, das der Kühlschrank defekt ist. Da wir fast immer unterwegs waren, hatten wir keine Zeit das der Vermieterin mitzuteilen.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our party of 4 during our ski/snowboarding trip in March 2025. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-furnished, and the desk in the larger bedroom was perfect for the times we needed to work remotely. Having a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom was super convenient. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. This is a basement apartment, but the "daylight" window wells let in quite a bit of light so we didn't actually feel like we were in a basement. There is a family living in the unit above so at times we could hear footsteps overhead but it was generally not an issue. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Recommend!

The house/apartment are located in a quiet residential area but has easy access to retail outlets, such as grocery, restaurants and shops. Noise from home occupants upstairs was minimal. The fireplace was very nice as the evenings were still chilly in early April. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood in a quiet suburb. A nice and safe neighborhood you can take a walk in. Larger than it looks in pics. Tons of extra towels and bedding, plush and super cozy linens. Soft, warm beds. We loved the "fireplace". We really appreciated the coffee and cocoa left for us. A great place for a family to stay. Lots of extra room in the living and dining area. I was there with my brother for our mom's sudden passing and funeral. This property was exactly as described online. Kristin (the host) was very accommodating during check-in, throughout our stay, and upon check out. I rated four stars only because we have a one year old granddaughter and the carpets needed cleaning from normal use. Had there been hard surfaces everywhere it would have been immaculate. The neighborhood was upscale and quiet, and Kristin's husband got up early to salt the steps for us so we didn't fall. Overall our stay was everything I hoped it would be and I will be booking this accommodation on our (very near) next trip to West Jordan.

We had a great and comfortable stay at the Maynes Manor. It was in a great location in between Salt Lake and Orem, which are the 2 places we visited. With shopping and restaurants nearby. It had everything we needed to make meals and they had beds for all 6 in my family to sleep comfortably. It was very clean and we would definitely stay again. The price was great and I loved the quiet and safe location of the home and the neighborhood.

Nice property in good location.Only issues stopping us giving it full marks were limited kitchen equipment and disturbed sleep due to lack of sound insulation from upstairs. It was even possible to hear the small dog running around.Would have been nice to have a kettle.

We stayed for a week while skiing in the area.The apartment is a great size. The extra cot worked out gear for my teens. Mattresses are foam and comfy. Plenty of towels. We needed a toaster and scissors and Kristin dropped them off the next morning.I suggested an additional mirror so I could get ready while others are using the bathroom and she brought me one the next day.

Kristin was a great host! Super communicative and helpful - even offered us an early check-in if we needed it! Her rental was clean, comfortable and spacious, exactly as noted in the listing. It's a little far from downtown SLC, but was a great location for a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Will absolutely keep in mind for future visits! We had a great and comfortable stay at the Maynes Manor. It was in a great location in between Salt Lake and Orem, which are the 2 places we visited. With shopping and restaurants nearby. It had everything we needed to make meals and they had beds for all 6 in my family to sleep comfortably. It was very clean and we would definitely stay again. The price was great and I loved the quiet and safe location of the home and the neighborhood.

We stayed for a week while skiing in the area.The apartment is a great size. The extra cot worked out gear for my teens. Mattresses are foam and comfy. Plenty of towels. We needed a toaster and scissors and Kristin dropped them off the next morning.I suggested an additional mirror so I could get ready while others are using the bathroom and she brought me one the next day.

Besonders angenehm finde ich den Wohnbereich, der genügend Sitzplätze bietet und nicht überladen ist, trotz Kellerwohnung ist sie hell. Das WLAN ist unglaublich schnell und stabil, was für mich besonders praktisch war. Praktisch sind auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner, die tadellos laufen. Ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Bügeleisen und Föhn in bestem Zustand – Top Ferienwohnung. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen.Negativ:Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, leider hört man die Bewohner über einem laufen. Auch das Klimagerät ist sehr laut. Leider kann man das Klimagerät nicht separat steuern oder ausschalten. Bei den Fernsehern habe ich keinen Kanal einstellen können. Es hat mich nicht gestört, weil ich nicht fernsehen schauen wollte. Ich glaube, das der Kühlschrank defekt ist. Da wir fast immer unterwegs waren, hatten wir keine Zeit das der Vermieterin mitzuteilen.

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our party of 4 during our ski/snowboarding trip in March 2025. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well-furnished, and the desk in the larger bedroom was perfect for the times we needed to work remotely. Having a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom was super convenient. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. This is a basement apartment, but the "daylight" window wells let in quite a bit of light so we didn't actually feel like we were in a basement. There is a family living in the unit above so at times we could hear footsteps overhead but it was generally not an issue. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Recommend!

Nice property in good location.Only issues stopping us giving it full marks were limited kitchen equipment and disturbed sleep due to lack of sound insulation from upstairs. It was even possible to hear the small dog running around.Would have been nice to have a kettle.
