Rooms have been renovated very nicely. Great staff, ice machine very handy for our 43 degree day. Pool area needs updating, grass needed a mow. Overall a great stay.

Very comfortable for a night at Panthers Leagues Club. Only small criticism is that there is only one person on reception for a 222-room hotel which can take a while if there are a few people trying to book in or out and the receptionist is taking a phone call at the same time. The bus from Penrith station stops right outside the club although, as they run on a loop, getting back to the station isn't quite as convenient and can take longer. There is internal access between the hotel and the club - but just a tip. If you get off the bus, go straight to the club and get your daily membership. That way when you book in at the hotel, they will link your room key and you will be able to use it on the internal door into the club. I was there on a Sunday night and found the hotel quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable and the TV a good size with free-to-air programs (which not all hotels have nowadays).

We were really impressed with Mercure Penrith. Staff were all really lovely, from the checkin to the house keeping to the restaurant staff - all really friendly & helpful. Parking is free and convenient, wifi was free, we could cast our devices to the TV. The room was clean, comfortable and really quiet. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent accommodation next to Panthers Leagues Club where we attended a Convention. Great room and exceedingly friendly staff. Nice little area for a quiet drink in the foyer area with access to an outside eating/drinking spot. Thoroughly recommend this site.

Every thing was good until we tried to use toilet. It looks like someone had use it and didn’t even flush. Disgusting. Obviously house cleaning didn’t check or ensure that room is properly maintained.

The property is fine overall wasnt very happy with the condition of my room, dry blood splatter behind bathroom door mouldy tiles on the floor in shower and around soap dispenser. Dust all around the tiny vent in the bathroom aswell. Besides that the room was fine

For the price we had to pay to stay there we were put on the bottom level and when we looked out the window there was temporary fencing there. The first night we killed a cockroach. I was expecting it to be much nicer than it was for what we had to pay.

Handy location and room was clean and modern. Check in was friendly and helpful. The hotel was soooo noisy though. The music from the Club next door went on until 12.30am and was so loud. I would have given feedback the following morning at checkout but the team member didn't enquire how my stay was or show any interest. Will probably stay somewhere else nxt time

The room was very noisy. We could hear loud music coming from the club late at night and then woken up early by the television from the room next door. Also could hear footsteps from the room above during the night. We paid $265 for a superior room and it was far from that. It was room for the disabled. There was no vanity/bench space at all in the bathroom and no hooks to hang in there. The shower was very weak. Very disappointing

Air con failed, TV would not pair with phone, critical when they dont offer movie chanel,phone in room did not work, staff were excellent though, room change and comped my wine I ordered.

We checked in early via email which was good. On arrival we were advised that we are listed as a VIP expediate? member which made us eligible for a room upgrade, if available, and a bottle of wine. Very nice! We were then directed down to ground level into a room with a view of an large electrical cable box outside our window. Our shower was good but then afterwards we couldn't turn it off completely, so it dripped all night. Very annoying! Then the loud music started and did not stop until at least 2am in the morning. Was that why we were given the bottle of wine in the hope to knock us out so we couldn't hear the music. Didn't work! Having said that the location was good we ate at Panthers which was very convenient.

We probably expected more, but what we got was plenty. The staff were helpful and sorted any problems very efficiently, but very busy,. The location is terrific with its proximity to the Panthers club. Everything was clean and fresh. The only negatives were noise from the hallway, the doors/ walls just seemed to amplify the noise and a rather slow check in. Over all it was a good stay and worth the money.

A very lovely man at the desk greeted us on arrival and acknowledged us every time we saw him during our 2 night stay. The room was great! Easy to walk to so many things and it was just an all round great experience.
