False information about pools. There is no outdoor pool, and the indoor pool is closed.

Limited breakfast options. Pool was down for cleaning. Employees could have been nicer.

Arrived to check in receptionist was very pleasant very helpful manager was not pleasant was not helpful was very rude room was not ready in order to enjoy it had to switch rooms the room that I was in the door but not properly open or locked the refrigerator did not work the pool area was very hot in the exercise room the treadmill did not work I would not advise anyone to stay there unless they change the management that is over it

Key card didn’t work upon arrival. Took the better part of 30 minutes to get a card that actually worked forcing us to take a different room. During our stay guests were drinking alcohol outside of their room on the balcony. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were not in service.

The property was dingy. The wi fi was not working. The indoor pool was closed. The ac in my room was so loud that i had to turn it off. The staff was indifferent.

Called ahead with a late check in. When we arrived all the door were locked. When we were finally let in come to find out they cancelled our reservation. The put us in a smaller room and got charged same price. It was middle of June and outdoor pool was still covered and the indoor pool was green. Will never stay there again!

Front desk staff was great, so helpful and friendly. Floor in the room could have really used a through cleaning. Pool was not open despite appearing so online and confirmed as open when calling for reservations. Decent place for the cost, the great front desk staff was welcoming.

This Quality Inn is so dirty and gross! I've got pictures of blood stained sheets, poop or blood on the bathroom title. Outlets don't work and neither do the charging ports for cell phones, laptops, etc.. Toilets do not work well, Light bulbs are burned out and leaves the room dark. I have pictures to prove it. When I tried to report it, no one was at the front desk Sunday afternoon; I was told by the pool service man that someone would be at the front desk, I waited, and no one showed up. I called Sunday night to the front desk and the manager, and he was rude and unresponsive and told me to call the 3rd party I went through. Before we checked out Monday (our stay was supposed to be until Wed.) I told the front desk clerk of why we're leaving, and she called the manager, and again, he was not helpful at all! In fact, he said we may have put the blood on the sheet!! He said for me to call the third party we booked through. And if we had blood on the sheets, why was I just telling him now. Again, I spoke with him Sunday evening and told him of everything I wrote above. We left Monday at 12:10pm to find new accommodations. We will not be returning. I would appreciate a call from Expedia as it is very difficult finding a customer service number for your company.

I wish I could download pictures of how filthy and run down this place was. You should be ashamed to affiliate yourself with this place. Makes me wonder about ever booking with you again.

Even though nothing is stated in my reservation and the fact that I prepaid.... I was forced to pay an additional $10 service fee to check in. This is borderline illegal. The room was grimy and the bathtub water ran brown for the first 30 seconds. Just avoid this place.

The first room I was given was not cleaned from the previous occupants. My current room has stained sheets and shower curtain. Dust is visible on the power cords. Not much pride taken in this property.

Walked into the room and the smell was awful. The floor was sticky, it was very dirty and the bathroom had holes in the shower wall lining. After looking around the room, we grabbed our things and walked right back out and ended up booking a hotel elsewhere.

We stopped here for the night after driving 15 hours. Dead tired. Was not at all happy.First off when I went to the desk to check in I was waiting for 10‐15mins for the guy to check me in. Had issues with the equipment and computer and was not happy I had to pay $4 more dollars. Says it is for hotel facility. When we got to the room we always check our sheets my daughters sheets had blood and other stains on her sheets. Mine and my husband's sheets had stains. the shower/tub had hair from the previous people. The converter to the shower was hard to switch plus the fixture was coming out of the wall. Told the lady at checkout the issues and never offed any compensation or refund. Do not stay here!!!!

Nothing in my room worked, the microwave didn’t work, the sink leaked really badly onto the floor every time we used it, half the outlets didn’t work, the air conditioner barely worked so it was hot in the room, the area behind the bed (the headboard area) was covered with sticky dust like it hadn’t been cleaned in months

Right off the highway so all you hear is cars and trucks all night long. Along with the pictures make it look out to be a much nicer looking place then it really was.

Heard some road traffic at night. Not too bad. Slept fine. Breakfast was good

The tub would not drain while taking a shower.

The walls were paper thin and we heard someone above us with birds chirping all night, and we could hear the person in the room beside us coughing all night. In addition, the tv was unplugged, so I plugged it back in, and I saw why they had unplugged it....the screen was so dark you could not make out what was on the TV

This Quality Inn was not as nice as other ones we’ve stayed at. This one was more dated and we found our room had a smell to it. You can also hear the highway right beside the Inn.

Somewhat dated facility but clean with courteous staff. Would be nice if continental breakfast included eggs and sausage or ham. Out of yogurt the day we were there. Convenient to I-95

It was convenient right off the interstate. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Very basic. But it was clean and breakfast was good.

Many of the poor reviews are very accurate. This facility needs a lot of work. In my opinion they definitely skimp on a lot to save a buck I was also very irritated that the hotel called and texted me at least 3-4 days prior to my reservation trying to get me to cancel and book directly through them, and also to confirm I was not a local resident. The second night of my stay I received a knock on my door from the owner saying I needed to check out the next morning, when in fact my reservation information was readily available to their front desk staff and he had wrong information. This was very unprofessional in my opinion. The indoor pool area is not usable. They had the AC shut off (or perhaps it wasn't working, I don't know)..either way, it was not worth what we paid, and with the bare amenities available, it was overpriced even for a 2 star facility. It is not a quality Quality Inn.

Very rude and unprofessional employees

You could hear absolutely everything from the room and the room next door. I rented for two nights and when I arrived they only gave me one, and not only that but they charged me more than what it was on Expedia.

I really loved my stay there. Staff was wonderful very helpful very nice . Breakfast was a good just hope they have had more hot meals . It was very quiet place not to noisy.

Very soft beds and they have an indoor pool they are located right off 95 . And the staff was very nice

Right off the highway, 3 places to eat you can walk to and also a gas station.

Clean, glad we brought our 12 pot coffee maker. It is really close to the highway.

Rooms was ok. Breakfast was horrible- cereal, but no milk, no juice, no yogurt, no eggs. It was nothing there for breakfast. If they advertise with FREE breakfast, they should provide at least basic food. It was NOTHING to eat .

This is a “poor Quality Inn”. The photographs of the rooms etc. are very deceptive. Linen etc. were clean, the beds comfortable and little else. The water pressure at the sink was extremely low. The microwave was filthy. Very limited selection of breakfast items. They ran out of hot breakfast items by 8:30am. and did nothing to replenish. No cream for coffee. No fruit. No bottled water. Disappointing to say the least!

Bed was comfy. Hotel could use some updating. Hairdryer, pool, waffle maker, and some fitness equipment were not operational. Not quite sure what the $4.00 facilities fee was for! Kind of run down place but the price was right. Women who was stocking the breakfast bar was extremely pleasant!! I’d give her 5 stars.
