This is your basic super small town roadside hotel. It's right off the freeway, along with a string of other hotels, gas stations, fast food places. There is a real town there and there was a grocery store half mile from the hotel. The room was decent. It's clearly older and showing it's age, but seemed in good condition. The ice machine worked. Breakfast was small scale, but still held a variety of options, cereal, bread, muffins, waffle machine, scrambled eggs, instant oatmeal packets, coffee. Staff was good. My kids clogged the toilet, maintenance came quickly and was friendly and professional (not put out at having to unclog a toilet in the evening). This place is nothing fancy, but the price was right and if you need a decent place in this location this one will work just fine.

There were 1000s of cigarette butts in the parking lot, like no one had cleaned outside, every. There were 2 fights during the night outside our room. There was enough milk for one person to have cereal. No one came to check and refill.

There was no iron or ironing board. Most hotels have these items for people to use. Clothes tend to wrinkle when traveling. No bag for the ice bucket. Only 2 plastic cups. No coffee maker in the room. Not enough outlets for charging phones. Beds seemed small for a queen. No complimentary toiletries other than a tiny bar of soap. Not impressed with Days Inn by Wyndham.

We arrived late at night, granted it wasn’t anyone’s fault, but around arrival there was no power and when the power came back we asked for a refund and they could not accommodate. We finally checked in and 1 of the rooms we had reserved didn’t have electricity for 2 days of our stay. We asked for maintenance and they didnt send anyone until the last night of our trip. There are definitely better hotels to stay in around the Ridgeland area.

It took an hour to check-in and the room was dirty. They washed the balcony and water came under the door an into my room, which soaked my bag and all my clothes. I went to the desk to let them know what happened and ask for money so that I could use the washer and dryer to wash my wet clothes and they refused. The key card would not work and every night we stayed we had to go to the desk to have them fix it. Our last night there was a truck and trailer that took up 6 spots in front of our rooms. We asked the front desk if they could ask the owner of the truck to park in the back where there was trailer parking and he said that he couldn’t do that and instructed us to park in handicap spots. Needless to say this was a horrible experience and I would avoid this hotel!

Nothing positive. The floors to the room was dirty and jacuzzi was dirty outside was dirty with scuff marks. The toilet seat wasn’t properly adjusted. The halls were filled with old wasps homes and spiders. Dirty doors. The outside of the property is NOTHING like the picture. Can’t believe it’s backed up by Wyndham.

Just goes to show you can’t believe the reviews. this place is filthy dirty! And wreaks of cigarettes! I got a headache from the smoke smell. thank God my husband brought an extra pair of socks because there’s no way I could go barefoot on this floor. I don’t know who does the cleaning, but they should be fired. There’s dust on all of the tables. The floors were sticky and had dirt and spots all over them. I used towels on the floor and scooted around on them until I could get my sandals on. The towels were filthy afterwards. The bathtub looks like it needs a good cleaning. The showerhead was disgusting. I think I am done with Days Inn.

Sheets, blanket and bathroom were filthy! Shower looked as if it weren’t cleaned in a while. “Clean linens” looked as if someone has actually CLEANED with them- hard awful dark stains. Stained sheets and dirty floors

Price was decent. When I first walked in the room the AC was turned off so it was very hot inside. Once AC cooled the room down it would kick on and off throughout the night.

Guy at front counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms seem to have just been renovated so they are very clean. So far I'd say in the past couple years of staying in some other hotels, this has been the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Area was very convenient. There is a wonderful pizza place right beside the parking lot and if you stay here you have got to try it!

The images online look very appealing. When we got there is was a different story. Our first room was incredibly dirty. We found mold on the bed, bugs and spider eggs on the windowsill and bed area, a dirty microwave and fridge, rusty lamps, feces and pubic hair on the toilet, and a disgusting sink. Make sure if you are bringing children to bring multiple changes of clothes and wipes as our daughter had black hands, feet, and knees after only a couple minutes in the room. On the other hand, I told the front end gentlemen and he had moved our room and after inspecting our second room, it was up to par with our standards. The outside of the hotel was completely run down and looked like it had never been renovated. The surrounding area was not good, especially for our 11 month old daughter. We heard banging on our walls from other tenants staying and we were constantly woken up by their loud conversations and laughing while smoking and doing other illicit substances. We also heard constant revving and shouting from off of hotel property. Overall, the only commendable part of the hotel stay were the short interactions with the young gentlemen at the front desk.

I arrived Friday night with 2 reservations for the weekend. I asked the guy at the counter if I could have the same room for both nights due to having two reservations he said no problem and I signed the paperwork. I got back to the hotel for the night around 6 and my key wouldn’t work and a different guy reset my key. Then at 430 am the hotel phone rings and it’s the front desk asking me if I can come sign the paperwork for the Saturday reservation. I understand you need a signature but 1. Tell me when I check in, 2. Call before a reasonable hour, or 3. Have me sign it when I leave.

Better than expected as stayed in newly renovated room - new everything & spotless. Good overnight stop just off I95- serves the purpose at a value price versus other nearby hotels. Also New convenience store next to property. Would stay again.

Dusting a room can go a long way. The lamp shades had alot of grime on it. There was dust & dirt under the beds, & there was even crumbs left on one of the beds when I first got there. I flushed the toilet once & it made noise the whole night. & Please stay away from their breakfast. The bisquit was hard as a rock and their eggs & oatmeal didn't look too promising, the assorted fruit would be your best option. If you just want to sleep somewhere affordable for the night then this place will get the job done. The hotel front desk was extremely nice & the check in was quick. The room had a fridge, microwave, & controlled air. Also a plus, there's fast food options across the street & a walgreens.

This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. I was cleaning surfaces of everything and floor was filthy. We were put in a room that had constant traffic going on and a lot of cigarette smoke coming into our room. The room next to us was trying to open the adjoining room doors. We finally were able to get to sleep around midnight. We got up the next morning looking forward to our free buffet breakfast. It was pathetic. The eggs looked disgusting. I picked out a biscuit and it was as hard as a rock. We looked at each other and agreed to go to Waffle House for a delicious breakfast. I think this place needs complete overhaul and staff was rude and not anywhere near to ask for help with our room. Shut this place down! Hotels.com to have this place included in their list of stays is awful. I wish for my bill to be completely refunded.I am a frequent user of Hotels.com. I feel this place shouldn’t be included in Hotels.com

I would have a hard time ever staying at this hotel again. Lobby was dirty and disorganized and the breakfast area in the morning was scantly supplied and very underwhelming. Entered the room & dust everywhere, pillowslips were worn out, furniture badly worn. Really quite bad.
