Quality received was way below standards for the price charged. Had to change rooms due to room assigned was dirty, lack of towels (none in room) and in room refrigerator was so frosted up that the door wouldn't close. Was informed that coffee makers & tissues were no longer placed in the rooms......REALLY? There was no WiFi so couldn't use my laptop computer. Was told WiFi was "temporarily down".......yeah, more like "permanently", since it never was available during my stay. Very disappointing!!!

Pool not open. Webs on walls in room. Breakfast choices very limited and each day they ran out of something. Limited seating. Sink stopper in room not connected. Tub didn’t drain. Nice area behind hotel to walk around.

Passing through on a road trip. I was very pleased at the condition of the room for the price. Fresh and clean. New hard floors. Looked recently renovated. Bed was comfy and smelled fresh. Microwave and fridge. Breakfast was included. Located right off highway so you can hear the sounds. A nice outdoor pool too.

I wanted a hotel with a pool and went on the hotels.com app. Found a hotel with a pool and booked it. Low and behold when i went down to use the pool it was being renovated. Would have been nice to have that information before i booked my room, or maybe the person at the counter could have mentioned it. Most likely wont use the app again. Ill just call the hotel or use another site. P.s. i stayed in another hotel from the app on my trip and the same thing happened. Update your hotel info...plz. i would have paid more for a hotel with a clean/functioning pool

Check in delay even after was asked to come back 45 minutes after check in time. Trash piled by stairs, did not look swept or mopped, toilet had brown ring, sink faucet had big spots on it( was it cleaned?), pool green and gate was pad locked so could not even sit in that area, loud and when asked if could move to a back room in check in indicated could not accommodate request )but didn’t see other cars around). I checked out the next morning Oct 11 before checkout time and person at desk wrote my request for refund to get to manager. NO refund processed for 2 nights yet!

Disgusting. The rooms smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. The AC did not work. The phone did not work. The sheets were DIRTY with dog paw prints. The comforter and pillow cases were dirty. The place needs to be shut down, we checked out right away. There was no way I was sleeping there

The rooms need cleaning. First room we got the air conditioner didn’t work. Switched rooms. Bugs,spiders and dirt on the floor. Room smells musty. Tv remote takes forever to change channels. Towels smelled clean but were stained.

If you like mildew in shower/bath areas and gobs of spider webs in the ceiling/wall spaces, go here and get yourself a room. Don’t be surprised to find grimy corners and spaces between appliances and furniture, because those are nice representations of how housekeeping staff like to ignore and call them “acceptable cleanliness”. Spots can be found on furniture and linens as well. Who knows what they may be from? The only conclusion I can come to is they’re definitely gross. Oh well. Won’t be coming back, that’s for sure.

Dirty, and dingy. Pee stained towels, pubic hair still in the tub, bathroom floor was dirty. It was 2am we were tired and the room was already paid for. We closed our eyes prayed for the best and went to sleep. We will never stay there again

The room was dirty. The towels were stained. The bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and then had the knob replaced. The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and rippled as if it had been in water for an extended period. The grounds while mowed were not "manicured" the picnic table in the back was warped and missing boards. There was a collapsed shed (?) next to the picnic table. All in all a pit.

I had requested a first floor room and when I arrived they were not that pleasant about changing the second floor to the first floor ( I have a right bad foot) and I also had asked for extra pillows and they said out flat “NO” “we don’t have extra pillows”. Plus the a/c heat system was very loud

Our room was clean, but outdated. Needed upkeep! I had to jiggle the heater cord to make it work. Our room faced the interstate. Traffic was incredibly loud all night. The fake scrambled eggs were terrible. Other food was ok. I would not recommend this place

The key card entry to the room 108 was tempermental had to hurry quickly to pull down handle in order to open it or it wouldn't open. Room was musty smelling when I first entered it. Bedframe was squeaky so everytime I turned in bed it would squeak.

If you come, ask for a room on the back side. The front is close to the highway with no sound barrier at all. When I arrived, I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. Breakfast included hot biscuits and gravy, but included no healthy options, pretty much all highly processed carbohydrates. Despite the price, I would look for better alternatives.

the space under the entry door was big enough to let a variety of creatures enter. the ac unit was open in the back,i.e free entry for a variety of creatures. The metal bed frames were really strange- if you sat on the bed the frame it made a loud sound like a metal dumpster getting dumped, when you arose there was a sound like thunder

I booked this trip three weeks ago, I got an email the day before stating it was cancelled. I didn’t cancel it, so I called. The receptionist rudely told me they were overbooked and my room was cancelled, then hung up. I was unable to see my husband who’s been at boot camp for 83 days now. Heartbroken to say the least.

The hotel manager Nina is very rude judgemental and does not communicate well.I got put out for having a hot plate that they knew about.I never gave any problems paid my money out of pocket cleaned my room behind myself and took out any trash.Before I met this lady I enjoyed myself with the other staff members

Paid with a credit card through Hotels.com. Arrived at the hotel and was told there was a $1 fee for something or other and was told I could pay it or get a refund on my room. Supposedly it was on the Hotels.com website. It's not the money, it's the principle. Then I was told she needed my credit card for "incidentals." What incidentals are available at a Baymont Hotel?

Excellent hotel for travel. We stayed a few nights while visiting family in the area. There is a great conservation area behind the hotel with paved walkways, ponds and fountains. This hotel is right off rte 95 and is easily accessible.

Nothing fancy about this place. Inexpensive and what you would expect for a motel just off the Interstate. If road noise is an issue for you, you may want to look elsewhere as the door to your room is fewer than 500 feet from the Interstate and you can hear all the large trucks driving by.

The hotel is tucked off the road - 95 is minutes away. The room was spotless and the innkeepers were very accommodating when requested a 1/2 delay in departure. Hotel is surrounded by many places to eat!

Evacuation from Hurricane Milton. Basic hotel accommodation. Clean, recently painted. Good bathroom facilities. Clean towels and bed linens clean carpeting. Microwave and refrigerator clean and operational. Fair price for amenities. Buffet breakfast needed some improvement In all areas.

I wasn’t expecting too much given the price, but our experience was not good. Very loud—both traffic and people laughing and talking outside at 1&2AM on a Thursday. Bed was okay but the pillows are terrible. Tub dripped all night—had to put a wash cloth under it to muffle the sound. Went to breakfast at 6:30 (it starts at 6)—no coffee ready. The cereal had a sign saying “sorry no milk”, there was toast and waffles but they were out of butter, and packs of oatmeal but no water readily available. When the coffe was ready, it was undrinkable. The gas station up front has good, Green Mountain coffee. Trust me—it’s worth paying more for a better hotel.

Everything was good. Blow dryer didn’t work but was allowed to use one in a vacant room. Breakfast was a disappointment tho. Admittedly we arrived only 15 minutes before closing but the eggs were yukky and no offers to refill. Then the staff put everything away exactly at closing without so much as asking if we were finished.

First time staying at a Baymont property and we are not likely to do it again. It was inexpensive and very close to I95 but the traffic noise was intrusive. Everything about this place was a “C”. The bed was good and the AC wasn’t too noisy but the cleanliness was not up to my standards. The lighting in the bathroom was that dim yellow that shouts “cheap” and lets “cover up the imperfections”. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about, eggs but no meat. Enough said,

Absolute filth. The towels were stained, torn, and filthy. The walls and doors were grimy. Outlets torn out of the wall. Lights didn't work. The breakfast service was disappointing at best.

Liked - Price and convenience. Front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. Clean rm pool. Disliked - Air conditioner didn't pull moisture out of the room making it very musty. Also, 1st night a work truck had backed up to our room 3 ft from our air unit, at 5:00 AM he idled the truck and our room filled with fumes (we had asked for an upstairs rm only to be told none were available). Don't bother with the breakfast buffet as it was a joke.
