I was just doing a night before heading south but all was adequate for that. If I was staying longer I would have liked a little more room comfort for a prolonged stay.

Hotel is dilapidated, efforts to “renovate” are amateurish at best, dirty and broken. “Lipstick on a pig” comes to mind.
