Hotel was clean and quiet Only one working elevator. Only cable, and the guide didn’t work. No on-demand or streaming options even though the room had a smart tv (it’s 2023 for crying out loud). Only one trash can in the room, and it was the tiny one in the bathroom.

We specifically booked this hotel for our family spring break trip because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Both were closed by the state health department for our entire visit. We were NOT notified that the pool and hot tub were closed upon check-in. When we realized that both were closed and reported it to the attendant at the front desk, she declared that she "didn't know." We were told it would be open the next day. It was not, nor was it open the following day when we left. The entire hotel had one working ice machine on the third floor. We stayed on the fourth floor. Be careful with the elevators. On the second floor, you can only choose to go down, even if you need to go up. Our room was pretty clean and comfortable, but the toilet ran constantly, and street noise was loud. It would have been blocked a bit by the noise of the AC, but the AC stopped a couple of times throughout the night. The breakfast was nice, and a good variety of foods was offered. The tables were nice and clean, and the food was flavorful. Breakfast time is 6 - 9 a.m. Overall, we were disappointed, as we had planned on relaxing evenings in the pool and hot tub. Some discount should have been provided for the misrepresentation of amenities offered, but we were told to contact hotels.com. Lesson learned. In the future, we will contact hotels directly about the availability of their pools prior to booking.

Wonderful breakfast, housekeeping staff were excellent, location close to shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were warm. Hot tub timer not working properly, lasting 2 minutes at the most.

Location was great. Just outside Nashville. However we were looking for a pool and hot tub for family and hot tub didn’t work and when asked about it, it had clearly been shut down for awhile. And the pool was freezing. The breakfast was great and beds were comfy

Everything was good / except the hot tub was NOT WORKING . I booked this hotel for that feature.. next time I’ll call first .9 hrs away just to stay at this hotel..was disappointed, but I did get to soak in the tub .kinda made up for it!

I got to the hotel and was told the pool and hot tub were temporarily closed. They were closed my whole stay and yet the front desk said they were unsure when it would open.

Staff was super sweet. A/C didn't keep the room as cool as I would like ut at night and unit was on 65. The room temperature was more like 75. I only stayed 1 night so was no big deal. Hot tub is out of order and pool room was cool, pool cold. The motel was nice, clean and breakfast was good. I would stay again

We went there just for the pool and hot tub. made a online order from Expedia because they said it had the hot tub. got there and the hot tub was out of order and was told the hot tub had been for over a year. the water in the pool water dirty and had a horrible smell of urine. 3 other couples came in with there kids and couldnt beleive it ither and wouldnt let there kids get in. Tv stoped working as well. we asked for refund and they told us to get it from Expedia. and they dont have away of doing a refund on same day. Waste of alot of money. manger did care at all

Well, I stayed in a few holiday inn and they all have their good and bad. This hotel seem like it was renovated, the doors to my room almost had to be pry each time I went in or out, The paint was making the door stuck, I chose this hotel and cancel one I reserved because it didn’t have a pool, however this hotel advertised a pool and show pictures that had the pool in it and looked nice , however the pool during these 95/98 heat waves was condemned by the City due to the water system being out of order or no one available that knew how to maintain it, the water looked like lake water, I wood not bring my family there. The best part of this facility was the breakfast!! Well maintain, great variety of food items, clean , the gentleman maintaining the food was very professional, knowledgeable and took pride in his responsibilities. I give this gentleman the highest praise one can receive from the customers!!!

Perfect one night stay. The inside pool is the reason we chose this hotel. It was warm and my kids had a blast. Beds were comfy. We will stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom. We didn\'t like that our hallway smelled like marijuana when we arrived. And it was a little concerning that there was a 2" gap at the bottom of the main door, but I was able to cover it when we went to bed.

We killed two cockroaches in room 202.

Bathroom was not clean with mildew in the calking around the tub to wall interface. Wall at facet end of tub out side of tub had water damage

Chose this hotel because my daughter wanted to swim but the pool and the hot tub were both very cloudy and dirty looking to the point where I did not feel comfortable letting her swim. The employee at the desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was dirty as well, there were ‘hairs’ stuck to the shower walls and signs of mold on the shower ceiling. There was only one small garbage can in the bathroom and no garbage can in the main area. Overall it wasn’t terrible but definitely did not meet our expectations, especially for the price and the rating. The pool chemical balance needs to be attended better and the general cleanliness needs improvement.

My Room had an odd smell, and blinds did not open to allow light in. Staff was polite, outside was clean

Our stay was very disappointing the blind in our room would not go up the young lady at the front desk did some minor adjustments to raise it but later that night when we returned to our room the blind would not come down so we spent the entire stay with the blind up and no privacy during the day or at night the shower curtains were torn off the grommets the toilet continually ran you had to Jiggle It for it to stop throughout the night and to top it all off my husband killed a roach in the bathroom while taking a shower all of this was related to the front desk but no one addressed the issues so needless to say we would not stay here again nor would we recommend to anyone else and we have still not yet received a phone call to date about these issues not so much as even moving our room totally disappointed would not return and I will upload pictures as well and I will try to upload the picture of the roach that my husband killed from his phone please take note that this hotel does not offer walk-in showers only a tub with a shower another disappointment we were told that they only have one unit which is handicap with a walk-in shower again very disappointing I felt like we were in the Stone Age no walking shower again would not return The only positive thing about this stay was one young lady that checked us in at the front desk upon arrival she was very pleasant and welcoming and very polite

The breakfast was good. The staff was nice. The first room had a very noisy heater so the young guy at the counter gave us another room. The heat fan stayed on all the time and when it wasn't blowing heat, it blew cold air across the bed and the noise from the highway was annoying. The sink in the bathroom was lukewarm at best. .

This hotel was right next to a busy interstate. Extremely noisy.We didnt get decent nights sleep at all. Its a clean place with a nice breakfast, but i wouldn't come back here even.if i was desperate!

It was a great hotel for our needs. The room was roomy, comfortable & well decorated. We were in the end unit that faced a busy interstate highway so the traffic was audible during sleep hours. So for light sleepers an end room may not be recommended. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options: eggs, meat, cereal, fruit & danish. The hotel clerk’s & housekeeping staff were all welcoming & friendly. It was overall a great experience.

Wouldn’t choose this hotel again. Didn’t like the view couldn’t let the shade up bc guests would be able to see inside our room. Room was dark because of this. Had to ask front to clean the room after the 3rd day. Air conditioning was receiving maintenance it was an inconvenience. Room could use upgrading.

Bed was comfortable. Some sort of gross places on wall in bathroom which is why I travel with wipes. Our room was right on the end by the road and was loud all night. Would stay again but only if we had a room on the back side.

View from outside was great. People inside were great. Breakfast options were incredible and very good. I didn't use the indoor pool or exercise room but from a quick walk by each was very impressed. Just a little disappointed with the maintenance part. First noticed when I went to open the door to room. Literally had to give it a little shoulder to open and was very tight. I guess door was not set right or previously damaged a little. But was surprised when door did not easily open or close. Why does a door not easily open or close? The room is being cleaned daily, why didn't any of the cleaning staff notice or mention to maintenance to fix? Then went in to turn on lights. About 25% of the lights in the room didn't work. One of the lights next to the bed didn't even have a bulb. Then when I went to take a shower the drain was broken and just laying in the tub. Soap dispenser by the bathroom sink was broken so had to go to the shower soap dispenser to get soap whenever washing hands. Overall not bad and my concerns were minor but sometimes these minor (and easily fixable) issues become what is most remembered. If you just need a bed for the night is fine and accomplished my goal of having a clean room and bed for the night but these little minor issues really bug me because they all could likely be fixed in 15 or 20 minutes if anybody really cared to do so.

The Hotel was nice but due to the location near the interstate if you are a light sleeper you will hear road noise, also our blackout blinds did not pull all the way down.

Just stayed the night on the way to Chattanooga. Clean and breakfast was better than most. Cinnamon rolls were especially great! The hotel must've been overbooked because they called asking about our arrival time. (Which was around 11pm). We appreciated this rather than giving our room away. (Parking lot was FULL when we arrived.) My only complaint was the morning check out employee was rude when I asked for a receipt and she wouldn't give me one since I had booked through hotels.com. Night employees were very pleasant at check in.

Every employee at this hotel is wonderful! We are repeat visitors and it always feels like we’re coming back to see old friends!

I tried to switch to a different credit card and was told that couldn’t be done. I happen to know that’s not true for several reasons including I was in the hotel business for 20 years. All it meant was she did t want to be bothered. No respect! I realize hiring “good” workers is more difficult than ever, but this choice should not have been made. *Not the person who’s name is on the reservation.

Property looks nice and staff was always friendly. I do have a complaint, we had a 3 night stay and we did not have our room cleaned, no beds were done, no fresh towels, just one day they took out our trash, one day! We asked for additional pillows and they have none available. We had to come to the front desk for fresh towels, no nice. Breakfast was ok, same all days we were there.

This hotel was such a treat after two nights in a bad hotel in Kentucky. The bed was wonderful and the room was wonderful. We ended our trip in this hotel and it made it so worth it. The amenities were great and location to close to restaurants was amazing.

This property was convenient for me based on the location of my event.

We were visiting family in Smyrna, TN. The hotel is conveniently located to their home, restaurants, and shops, so getting around town was quick and easy. The staff members were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile and hello. The hotel is very clean and I enjoyed breakfast that is included with the stay. I liked that there are sidewalks that connect to the other hotels and a small neighborhood, so I could walk every morning. Would definitely stay again.

Got in late- was only there 7 hours. Front desk staff was nice. Breakfast had more hot food than I was expecting and it was good

Everything was good. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. Shout out to Ivan who was n charge of the breakfast buffet. He replenished everything up to the last minute.

The location was nice, the hotel was clean but the staff are interesting. I called due to having a late arrival and they stated they would make note. But, I got a call later due to me having not yet areivong. Then, the breakfast is supposed to go till 9 a.m. yet the person working it shut down the pancake maker down 10 min before and closed the doors to the area 2 min till 9 a.m.
